Room was cold.. radiator coulnd heat full room.. 20€ breakfast cause silvester??? parking was like 16€ for day... no soap in the shower. Most likely someone before us takes the batteries from the TV.. 😀 so TV Doesnt work. Sorry but for that of money.. I think you can do Better... room 507. Wiew was good tho

20 minutes walk to downtown Katowice. 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. Older hotel. Partially renovated. Very service-oriented. Double room with sofa not very big. Good quality of sleep in bed. The sofa bed, on the other hand, was very bad. This urgently needs to be replaced. Nice bathroom with Rituals care products. Free indoor pool with sauna and whirlpool (only open in the late afternoon and evening, not in the morning). Good buffet for breakfast. Good restaurant in the evenings. Highly recommended, especially for families.

I had a wonderful dinner at the Novotel restaurant, made even better by the exceptional service from Lena. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the evening. The food was very, very tastefull, and the overall experience was fantastic.

For the one night room we paid 85 euros, if we don’t count the discount from Booking it would have been almost 95 euros. For me, the room does not correspond to the price at all!
The hotel looks good, but inside it is very old.
Old carpet with stains, strange elevator design, strange smell in the hall. The room is large but also old. There are no outlets on one side of the bed, I had to put my laptop and phone on charge near the entrance by the mirror on the floor…
Dirty towel shelf. There is some strange hole in the bathroom door, which is covered with something.
On the Booking, there are two pillows on the bed for each person, we had only one.
But the worst thing is the shower cabin, it’s either mold or poorly processed tile seams, but it’s simply disgusting to wash in it🤮
The only thing that can somehow justify the price for the room is a large comfortable bed and high-quality body perfumes (rituals) in the bathroom. Also on the good side that you can get some water in the lobby to drink (there are no extra plastic bottles).
And in the room, there is a big table at which you can work, again without the necessary outlets nearby, there was only one outlet for the TV.
I have a suspicion that we got this “not good” room because we were here only for one night because the photo on the Booking looks much much better.
If you, like us, are looking for a place for one night just to go to the airport, avoid this hotel!

The level of details is impressive, the have these little cleverbcomments around the hotel that manages to put a smile on my face.
Daniel from the hotel bar is awesome and provides excellent service.
Staff are friendly and very cooperative to every need.
