Very nice hotel with excellent facilities and service

Absolutely lovely hotel, very classic, amazing customer service, breakfast, location and spa.

Very pleasant hotel in great central location. Spotless room with beautiful wooden floor and stone bathroom. Breakfast a little underwhelming but solid. Not impressed with high volume wedding disco in the main reception hall from 10PM until 4AM (!) just meters from my room, but presumably that doesn’t happen every night??

It was hard to find the hotel at first. Staffs are very nice and helpful. But, I discovered there was not "extra" electrical outlet for connecting my charger. So, I have to unplug one of the appliances and plug my charge. Apart from that, overall good.

Great stuff, nice location. In general the stay was pleasant. However, the internet was really bad, couldn't use it and the smell in the bathroom was not that good.

A brilliant stay here. very close to the conference center and city center, convenient for short stay. The reception staff especially Ewellna helped me a lot with pretty friend and patient service. would definitely recommend to anyone who paying visit to Katowice!

Close to the center. The hotel and the room was very clean. The waitress was very nice. However it seems the wall are a bit thin and you may hear some music, probably coming from concerts located in the same building

The staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast. There is good transport links. The room was lovely.

Gotta love this place! Katowice is a very cozy city with lots to do and very close to anything you would want to visit in south Poland. The hotel is well located, very kind and helpful staff and the rooms are great. I haven't left and I already wanna come back

Came here for a dance festival for a couple of days. The front desk service is great and always available. The breakfast is good aswell.

Overall a nice experience at the hotel. You get what you paid for but the staff was kind enough to upgrade our rooms to one of the best ones with a theme of cinema. Located centrally with good connectivity and right in front of the Silesian museum. The rooms are not expensive at the budget hotel.

Excellent location 10 minutes walk from city centre of Katowice. Surprisingly wide range of food at breakfast for 1 star hotel. Staff are very friendly and kind they will help you with anything. Hotel also has big parking space. Only bad thing we didn’t like is that there is no sockets near bed and that bathroom is not in one room but divided in toilet, shower and sink, which is right next to bed....

The level of details is impressive, the have these little cleverbcomments around the hotel that manages to put a smile on my face. Daniel from the hotel bar is awesome and provides excellent service. For the one night room we paid 85 euros, if we don’t count the discount from Booking it would have been almost 95 euros. For me, the room does not correspond to the price at all! The hotel looks good, but inside it is very old. Old carpet with stains, strange elevator design, strange smell in the hall. The room is large but also old. The hotel is located a few minutes away from the city center. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly and they gladly fulfilled our requests. Breakfast was not great but we liked the vegetable juice machine and the waffle machine. If we return to Katowice, we will definitely book it again.

I couldn’t get a good sleep that night, the mattresses are very soft, pillow is not comfortable, I could hear everything and everyone from the corridor. I love staying at the Park Diament when I visit Katowice. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is just off a main highway that is convenient to everything in the area, yet it is in a very quiet location. Ample parking is available. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Finally, the hotel rates are a great value.

Solid, basic hotel with easy walking access to the city centre. The rooms have all the basic needs and are clean. The walls and doors are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbours talking and when they are using water (toilet, sink, shower). Good restaurant and service, location is, well it depends where do you need to be but it isn’t the best. Rooms, ok, quite generic design but comfortable.

Pro: Food was great at restaurant Cons: no hot water, it was even dirty brownish water, they said within 1 hr but that was not the case and they said the same for our other collegues on different times.. also the aircon was not working , 18 degree in the room with cold water was a night mare.. the room had a very narrow desk for working and just on working area placed a huge TV blocking the head space...

We recently stopped this weekend in room 517. The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was really nice but found the choice for evening meals very limited. The location of the hotel wasn't ideal and far from the city centre. The lady who works in the bar and reception was brilliant and helped us a lot and even ordered us a Pizza Hut! On the whole... an enjoyable stay.

Good 4-starred hotel with nice and clean rooms. Location is very good, you can find 24h apotheke and mini market. Don't go to hotel's restaurant if you are hungry. They offers good food but very small portions.

Clean, modern and friendly staff. It could have been better though if room service worked around the clock and not from 1pm to 11pm. Pro tip: for a tall gentleman the duvets will be short and they don't have any other sizes. So you can wrap one duvet halfway under the lower side of the bed and use it as feet cover.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff is the kindest. Only improvement needed is availability of charging adaptors for foreigners like me. Overall it is still the best hotel. Great Hotel, room are big super clean and bed are so comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights during Christmas time. The market was only five minutes away by walking. Being so close to the city center was so convenient.

Location and service were great. You can basically know half of Katowice's attractions by foot by staying here. At night, though, it can get noisy due to the neighboring bars and night clubs, or inconvenient guests that just don't care. Since this is not a hotel, it's hard to report such incidents. Still, I'd recommend a short stay for tourists getting to know multiple cities in Poland.

Very nice place to stay with close distance to shopping mall and many restaurants. Hotel have no parking, but you have a very cool Hi-tech parking lift house right behind. The Hotell staff is very service minded and friendly.

Stayed there for two nights. Hotel is located in the city. Rooms are totally ok for the price range. Lovely restaurant downstairs where we enjoyed dinner at both evenings. Breakfast was also ok. Choice of fruits could be a bit more. Good hotel for a trip to Katowice.

Street is amazingly loud, unbelievably loud. Windows are wonderful at muting the horrendous music out, but that means opening windows at night is impossible. Other than that everything is wonderful, cozy, clean room, very comfy bed, helpful and nice service.

It’s a nice hotel centrally located in Katowice on the famous walking street Mariacka. The reception is small but effective. The room that we got, which is good for 3 persons, was spacious and comfortable and with view of the street downstairs. It’s quiet and peaceful at night despite the bars downstairs. The hotel has a good restaurant. We ate dinner there.

Great hotel, located next to a sportcomplex, you can use all the facilities for free. Rooms are a bit thight but the beds were great. Only downside being that the staff didn't speak english.

The hotel is for everybody very interesting who loves sports and spa. You have the possibility to use many of the fields (e.g. soccer, tennis or table tennis). The hotel has its own bar, where you can also play bowling. There is also a swimming pool, two whirlpools and two sauna.

I needed a hotel situated close to the important roads such that I can efficiently travel by car to my intended destinations. The hotel was perfect for that. The room was just right for my needs. The hotel was clean enough for my needs. Staff was friendly and polite. I did not have any particular issues.

Very comfortable bed and easy check in and check out . Very close to a busy road and can be a little bit noisy but other than that , friendly staff convenient location near the a main road into town . For people who don't drive there's a tram stop that brings you into town only a 10 minute walk away from the hotel.

Arrived late. The restaurant was not working, next to nothing was found. The hotel itself is nice. The staff is polite and attentive.

For me, it's a gem next to the market square. I paid very reasonable money for a tasty roll with dumplings and broth in the set of the day offer, I was warmed up and well-fed, so I was satisfied. The period atmosphere is quite interesting, and the waiter tries to make sure everything is ok 👍 Thank you 🙂

I rate breakfast at the Katowice hotel as satisfactory with a plus, and dinner and the main dish of the day are very good. The big advantage of this restaurant is the large glass windows through which we can see a beautiful park with lush trees.

Great food according to tradition, so it will be ready on Friday, very tasty creme onion soup with croutons and golden cod. Very good food. Elegant and very clean interior. Nice service at a high level. I recommend ! If anyone criticizes you, it's just poor competition...!
