👍🏼 Good top restaurant and breakfast, location is practical if in Katowice. Rooms are clean and spacious ( would prefer a better and modern lighting) and update bathroom but standard is acceptable. Staff are friendly and responsive.

Good hotel, everything was fine. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was wrong about the location because you have to walk around 25’ to get the city center so it’s the only thing that I didn’t like at all if you think at the temperature in the evening.

I couldn’t get a good sleep that night, the mattresses are very soft, pillow is not comfortable, I could hear everything and everyone from the corridor. I love staying at the Park Diament when I visit Katowice. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is just off a main highway that is convenient to everything in the area, yet it is in a very quiet location. Ample parking is available. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Finally, the hotel rates are a great value.

The hotel is located a few minutes away from the city center. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly and they gladly fulfilled our requests. Breakfast was not great but we liked the vegetable juice machine and the waffle machine. If we return to Katowice, we will definitely book it again.

We recently stopped this weekend in room 517. The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities. The breakfast was really nice but found the choice for evening meals very limited. The location of the hotel wasn't ideal and far from the city centre. The lady who works in the bar and reception was brilliant and helped us a lot and even ordered us a Pizza Hut! On the whole... an enjoyable stay.

We have stayed at the Monopol Hotel in Katowice three times now. It is an excellent choice and never fails to impress. It is a great choice for either the business or casual traveler. The service has always been excellent, with smiling and helpful staff. The rooms are large and have all the necessary amenities. It is conveniently close to some good shops and the train station and shopping center too...

I've been here off and on for the last half year. I'm not saying it's a bad hotel, but there are better and more comfortable ones for the same price. I'm saying more comfortable because they only have wooden chairs in the rooms, so not made for relaxing. The rooms are clean and big, but not very modern (in comparison with other hotels nearby). Altus shopping gallery is adjacent to the Courtyard Mariott Hotel in Katowice. It is an upscale modern shopping centre though it fails to attract local crowd perhaps because of its smaller size compare to the shopping malls. The food stalls and some of the boutiques are very good. It has underground parking as well which is very convenient.

Hotel is much better than under old name and ownership. In line with others in the area I have stayed at over the years. Very similar to the Angelo down the street. They have a very nice workout gym and above average breakfast. Being on 20+ floor gives a nice view but then you have to wait on elevators. Polite & helpful staff at the reception & in the dining area, excellent choice of good quality food and clean and comfortable room. The only disadvantage was the fact that the hotel is located near a busy road and so the traffic noise can be a bit of an issue at times.

The Hotel is clean and the stuff was lovely, breakfast was really good but, the beds were uncomfortable and there were broken light switches which were a bit frightening. The location is also problematic, with no transportation in the area, we had to take a taxi each time we wanted to leave the hotel.

I needed a hotel situated close to the important roads such that I can efficiently travel by car to my intended destinations. The hotel was perfect for that. The room was just right for my needs. Perfectly fine - exactly the standard I've had in other Ibid Budgets. The location is great for visiting the Silesian Museum or getting the bus to Nikiszowiec or the airport. But it's a fair walk from the centre of the city (10-15 mins) which isn't great, especially at night.

For me, it's a gem next to the market square. I paid very reasonable money for a tasty roll with dumplings and broth in the set of the day offer, I was warmed up and well-fed, so I was satisfied. I rate breakfast at the Katowice hotel as satisfactory with a plus, and dinner and the main dish of the day are very good. The big advantage of this restaurant is the large glass windows through which we can see a beautiful park with lush trees.

The room we were in was small. I am 182, but someone a bit taller, 190 will have a problem with the bed. Location is great and so is the breakfast. The food in the morning was fantastic, literally some of the best "hotel food" ive had, and i travel quite a bit. Anyway, our room was small, perhaps other rooms are bit bigger. Would i stay there again? Of course!

The apartment was very nice and in the centre of Katowice. The owner was very kind and he came earlier to open it and let us have our language inside. It was on a central street with plenty choices of food and drink, although there was a little noise in the night. It was 5' max from the central bus and train station. I would totally recommend it for someone who wants to explore the city.

Very nice place to stay with close distance to shopping mall and many restaurants. Hotel have no parking, but you have a very cool Hi-tech parking lift house right behind. The Hotell staff is very service minded and friendly.

It was hard to find the hotel at first. Staffs are very nice and helpful. But, I discovered there was not "extra" electrical outlet for connecting my charger. So, I have to unplug one of the appliances and plug my charge. Apart from that, overall good.

Great Hotel, room are big super clean and bed are so comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights during Christmas time. The market was only five minutes away by walking. Being so close to the city center was so convenient.

Location and service were great. You can basically know half of Katowice's attractions by foot by staying here. At night, though, it can get noisy due to the neighboring bars and night clubs, or inconvenient guests that just don't care. Since this is not a hotel, it's hard to report such incidents. Still, I'd recommend a short stay for tourists getting to know multiple cities in Poland.

The hotel is for everybody very interesting who loves sports and spa. You have the possibility to use many of the fields (e.g. soccer, tennis or table tennis). The hotel has its own bar, where you can also play bowling. There is also a swimming pool, two whirlpools and two sauna.
