Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Katowice

Been here a few times now, Staff are very welcoming. Helpful (I don’t speak Polish). Rooms are very clean. Would certainly recommend and I will be back in a few weeks.
Parking facilities are perfect and secure.

Overally nice and good looking hotel, based on the place in the center of everything.

Had a wonderful few days at this hotel. The check in went extremely smooth with the hotel receptionist having all paperwork ready for our arrival.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I quite liked the bag to place on the door if you didn't need cleaning and were rewarded with a little snack.

The breakfast was also really good with a good range of options from pastry to hot food.

There is a gym available with decent equipment as well as a sauna. Both are open all night so great after a long day out.

Wonderful location, perfect services, comfortable rooms. Easy access by tramway or local, suburban buses.

Beautiful, modern and cozy hotel. We'll be totally going back next time we are in Katowice. Everything was very clean. The room was very beautiful and spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave us an upgraded room for free, just because. The breakfast was also delicious, and with a huge variety to choose from. There are also several choices for vegans. In addition, the hotel is very centric, just a couple minutes walk from the city centre and from the central station. Very convenient! I really recommend it!

I was booked into Vienna House for a job I was doing in Katowice. I arrived very tired after a long flight and was greeted by an extremely friendly front of house lady who was extremely quick to check me in.

The rooms are a bit dated with older TVs, but they're spacious and the shower is fantastic - big with hot water and great water pressure.

I ordered room service on the first night - a Chicken Salad. It arrived extremely quickly and still warm. It was the perfect portion size and absolutely delicious.

A few fun additions to this great hotel - the lobby is filled with different plants and you can pick the ones you like to take up to your room with you. I really loved this. Another fun addition is that you choose not to have your room cleaned by hanging a small bag on your door. When you return after house keeping as done the floor they've added a small treat to the bag which I thought was a very cute touch.

The gym is great with enough equipment to keep most people happy.

I had great friendly service while I was there - including being allowed into the breakfast area before opening to grab a coffee as I was leaving for work very early in the morning.
