We enjoyed our stay as family a lot. The location close to the beach is great, as well as the food and service. Pool for 1 hour/day included in rhe day rate was fine for us. If you get the Radisson App you save 10% on dinner.

Great Hotel. But the parking situation is a trap. I was there three times and I could park in front of the hotel for free. Then the community of Kolberg changed the parking slot (which I thought was part of the hotel) in October 2023 to chargeable, which I know today one year later due to an expensive fee. The signs for the chargeable parking slots are 300 Meter away. So I arrived in the night after a 4 hours trip and I was still thinking that it was free to park there (cause it was free 3 times before) and now got an expensive fee for more than 55 Euros (parking fees in Berlin Germany are 20 Euros). During check in, I did not get the warning about that trap (simple question or warning would have been enough). We complained about it but had to pay for the Hotel parking slot then for more than 11 Euros per day without goodwill. Fun fact: we got a pretty unfriendly private response by e-mail saying that we have to care for the traffic rules by ourselves, while at the same time in the public answer on google, they invited us to contact the hotel for improvement of information. (Which we did already). So honest communication and goodwill about the misunderstanding due to the new regulations of the parking slot would have been nice for regular guest who appreciate the hotel apart from the parking-mess.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience.
Positive Aspects:
- The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
- The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.
- Swim pool was not busy at all.
Points we did not like:
- The game room was a major disappointment, as every piece of equipment was broken and unusable.
- There are no stairs available, which means relying solely on the elevators.
- The gym is severely lacking, with equipment that does not resemble a functional gym.
- The downstairs pool is only free for one hour each day; after that, there is a charge. Good side is that is never busy.
- It's a 12-minute walk to the beach, which might be inconvenient for some.
- The drink I ordered at the bar was undrinkable.
- I contacted the hotel twice to request adjacent rooms and was assured it would be arranged. However, at check-in, the staff was unaware of this request and did not provide the promised rooms.
Overall, while the hotel has good points, there are several areas that need improvement. If the price is rights, I would stay again.

I recently stayed one night at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was very nice, quiet, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The spa area, while small, was efficient and met my needs. However, the gym facilities could use some improvement; it only had dumbbells, treadmill, and an elliptical machine, and would benefit from renovation and better equipment. On a positive note, the breakfast was very fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had the most amazing time at this resort! I am normally very picky when it comes to hotels and room cleanliness. Radisson Resort Kołobrzeg did not disappoint!
We are the VIP level members so we got 3 hours of AquaPark time daily which was incredible! We didn’t even make it to the sauna or playground, we just wanted to stay at the AquaPark and then explore the beach. 3 nights isn’t enough so we totally plan on going back soon!
Unfortunately, neither of the VIP perks were honored (room upgrade, as an example) but we were welcomed with amazing goodies in the room at check in instead. We had the most wonderful time regardless and we are thankful for the Front Desk staff and their professionalism and positive attitude (especially, Piotr).
Cannot wait to go back and stay longer!
We also got lucky that parking across the street is free on weekends so we only paid for 1 day which was 65 pln. Otherwise, cannot fault anything! One of our favorite Radisson locations ever!

This place does not meet Radisson 4 stars criterias. Cleaning service visist the room only to change the towels and leave the water (if you proactively ask) and they do not care about trash or dead insects on the floor. The breakfast restaurant is so tiny, too small to accomodate guests even in low season like today and they charge extra payment for dicaffe hot drinks!!! Far too away from the standard I experience in other Radisson spots. Go to Sopot if you are determinated to meet the quality at the PL seaside under R brand. Photos taken right after the cleaning minutes ago :)))

Great room, excellent bathroom, 100% user friendly. Free parking in front of the hotel, even if it’s full you can park it on the pavement across the parking. Breakfast has it all you need and more. Fresh orange juice, good coffee. We’ll definitely come back!

I have stayed at 50 different Radisson Hotels, but never have we been met with such good service. The reception consisted of wonderful people, no wonder when they have such a charismatic and good manager. We will definitely be going back.
