Roomster need updating, service at the reception is Little bit cold. Problem which i have is that upon arrival you can't sort everything with one person at rhe reception , you have to do some walking between getting your room, food and medical treatments. To me Little bit messy and disorganised.

Hidden additional costs everywhere. 45 złoty for parking, 25 złoty for a bathrobe, 6 złoty for a fruit. I was afraid of doing anything and being charged for it.

Nice dine in... Tuna steak tartar not so great unfortunately. Fish soup very light and tasty. T bone steak was nice , as well the salmon.

Nice hotel with beautiful view and good services. The Spa is very good. Will visit again. Thank to your polite and helpful staff.

We spent 4 days at this hotel. The room we had was very nice and spacious. The pool is a good size and the hotel has a spa area with sauna. Although the spa area is supposed to be a quiet area there is the odd disturbance. The hotel is well run but the staff hardly speak English. A good knowledge of German or Polish will see you through. We would definitely come again but I would avoid the evening...

Quiet area away from the center near the seaside. Room cosy and clean. Food in the restaurant tasty and portions large. Wide selection of alcohol. Staff helpful and friendly. Spa and wellness offer impressive.

Nice rooms. Gym is small. Pool has 3 lanes with lifeguards. Breakfast buffet has a variety of choices, changing daily.

The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and breakfast. This place needs friendlier staff, we didn't feel welcomed the whole time we were there. Anna from the towel area is the absolute worst, she is rude to all the guests.

Very close to the sea, however for a 5 star hotel there is a lot of problems with the room. (broken shower holder, the mattress that is a bit worn, or a lamp that doesn't work properly) the staff is nice and helpful. The equipment is designed to fit or suit an average person, so if you are a bit taller or bigger the bathrobe or some spa equipment won't be fitting you properly.

The hotel is nice. Chistenko. Polite staff. 4 elevators for the whole hotel. So the stairs are faster. In the sauna 4 beds, relaxation area before entering. Noisy. Not to rest. The Breakfast is plentiful. But every day the same. Anyone. And we most will not go there.

The proximity to the sea, visiting card of the restaurant, the lobsters and the waiter who tries to speak Russian! For young people there is a club in the hotel building.

Great place to stay. We had an apartment, 50m², kitchen, terrace, sleeping room, bathroom. TV, hair dryer, microwave, dish washer, washing machine. They have a phantastic spa area and only 5 minutes to the beach.

Then the community of Kolberg changed the parking slot (which I thought was part of the hotel) in October 2023 to chargeable, which I know today one year later due to an expensive fee. I have stayed at 50 different Radisson Hotels, but never have we been met with such good service. The reception consisted of wonderful people, no wonder when they have such a charismatic and good manager. We will definitely be going back.

The staff is impeccable. The price-value ratio is amazing. No fridge or kettle in the room. Parking cost the same as if we had parked anywhere in a public parking lot. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and varied.

Internet is an absolute disaster both wifi and access to phone towers, no work from here. The rooms were nice and service was good but I wouldn't call this a 5 star hotel. Few hotel workers properly wore masks and the pool was very small and constantly full of children.

The hotel itself is a great place to stay. You can easily access it by road, they have parking lots at the hotel (pay) or outside for free. The reception is friendly and gave us all the information we needed (in English or German). You can use their spa for free (which is a bit small in relation to the size of the hotel). Everything you'd expect a 4 star hotel to be. The rooms were extremely big and the view was pretty. There's also a pool with 4 Jacuzzis and 2 saunas. I used the pool and gym everyday and the equipment is good. The food was also tasty, freshly made pancakes made infront of you for breakfast.
