The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long....

The stay was quite successful, after submitting a complaint about too much noise coming from the ventilation devices located above the occupied room, we were moved to another of a higher standard. Breakfast very good with a lot of variety. You can have reservations about the small pool. Service at the reception without reservations.

Nice ,friendly place, but there's one or two things that they could fixin the room and restaurant. Beach is good , clean sand

We spent 4 days at this hotel. The room we had was very nice and spacious. The pool is a good size and the hotel has a spa area with sauna. Although the spa area is supposed to be a quiet area there is the odd disturbance. The hotel is well run but the staff hardly speak English. A good knowledge of German or Polish will see you through. We would definitely come again but I would avoid the evening...

Quiet area away from the center near the seaside. Room cosy and clean. Food in the restaurant tasty and portions large. Wide selection of alcohol. Staff helpful and friendly. Spa and wellness offer impressive.

Nice rooms. Gym is small. Pool has 3 lanes with lifeguards. Breakfast buffet has a variety of choices, changing daily.

The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and breakfast. This place needs friendlier staff, we didn't feel welcomed the whole time we were there. Anna from the towel area is the absolute worst, she is rude to all the guests.

Very clean, well run, close to a beautiful beach and quaint town. Should have English signs and instructions to attract a more travellers. Looking at the other reviews, shame on you, what do you expect for low prices. The rooms were cleaned every other day, B&B is once a week for the same price

One of the best pizza i ever ate. The handmade limonade is absolutely recommendable. It's direct at some Tennis courts on the promenade near the beach.

Everything you'd expect a 4 star hotel to be. The rooms were extremely big and the view was pretty. There's also a pool with 4 Jacuzzis and 2 saunas. I used the pool and gym everyday and the equipment is good. The food was also tasty, freshly made pancakes made infront of you for breakfast.

The rooms were nice and service was good but I wouldn't call this a 5 star hotel. Few hotel workers properly wore masks and the pool was very small and constantly full of children.

The hotel itself is a great place to stay. You can easily access it by road, they have parking lots at the hotel (pay) or outside for free. The reception is friendly and gave us all the information we needed (in English or German). You can use their spa for free (which is a bit small in relation to the size of the hotel). Very nice place for the money I have paid. Rooms is also good services fast don't had any problems. Spa and swimming pools is also clean. Parking right in front of the windows. Good place for family weekend. And towels and slippers you need to ask in reception they are free

Ambience is getting old. Food pretty monotonous. Choice for lunch, well... everything there was with dill. Age wise 50-60+. Not a hit for me, between the old people.

A very enjoyable stay. Nice and helpful service both at the reception and in the canteen. Delicious breakfast, lots to choose from. Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, daily cleaning, electric kettle in the corridor on each floor. A huge advantage is the hotel's proximity to the beach, railway station, swimming pool, on-site cafeteria and elevator.

Stay for a week in April 2024. The hotel itself is well located. The treatment base is good. Food and service were very good (as in most NAT facilities). Average standard rooms. The fridge heats up instead of cooling, there is no possibility to prepare coffee or tea in the rooms (there is one kettle available in the corridor). This place had its prime in the 1990’s or so, and not much seems changed since then. Not really deserving of 4,4 stars as its average rating. It’s clean and quite well kept, basic needs met, but lacks charm. Mainly retirees staying. Indoor pool was the main reason we booked it, as it was a rainy July.

Great personnel and service. Great location especially close to the seaside. Tasty breakfast & buffet (visible the high quality products; diary, meat, fruits and veggies). Loud music played late into the night at the molo bar with crouds of yongsters at the beach singing and shouting. Noisy bathroom. Well kept facility. Parking lot almost nonexistent. Other that, great people and location.

We only visited the cafe part of the hotel. It really has wonderful views of the pier and the beach. We stayed for over an hour enjoying the view. My wife would highly recommend the mulled wine. (glühwein).

Excellent service, awesome food and gorges view. Hours of beach walking everyday - we love this place and visit every year! Along the beach there is pathway with plenty of artists showing, some even making on spot their art!

Mona Lisa is close to the beach and 3,5 km to walk to Kohlberg, it's also possible to take the bus. In Podcele, the direct surrounding of Mona-Lisa,there are some Options to buy snacks and drinks and some restaurants, one shop for arms and a little airport for sportplanes. Hotel in very good place next to the Rodziewiczówna street and sea side. Rooms in old style but ok. Breakfast is great and you can find whatever you would like to. Hotel people are very kind and will support you in all different cases. If hotel could be renovated then it would be 5 stars.

Not the fanciest place to stay. It's got old soviet style elevators. Hot and cold water taps in the bathroom got opposite temperature water( cold is hot and opposite). They provide toiletries but they seemed water downed. We stayed quiet high up so enjoyed view over town and park. Breakfast bar was one of the good features of this hotel. It's very close to the beach.

Clean, comfortable and I was impressed that they could make the veg diet of 650 calories a day into 3 course meals. Nice swimming pool and good choice of exercise classes included. I went with a Polish friend and it would be impossible to follow the speeches by the nutritionist otherwise. We were given handouts at the end, but I didn't get around to translating anything. I lost about 7.5 lbs in a week...
