I have stayed at 50 different Radisson Hotels, but never have we been met with such good service. The reception consisted of wonderful people, no wonder when they have such a charismatic and good manager. We will definitely be going back.

Great room, excellent bathroom, 100% user friendly. Free parking in front of the hotel, even if it’s full you can park it on the pavement across the parking. Breakfast has it all you need and more. Fresh orange juice, good coffee. We’ll definitely come back!

We spent 4 days at this hotel. The room we had was very nice and spacious. The pool is a good size and the hotel has a spa area with sauna. Although the spa area is supposed to be a quiet area there is the odd disturbance. The hotel is well run but the staff hardly speak English. A good knowledge of German or Polish will see you through. Quiet area away from the center near the seaside. Room cosy and clean. Food in the restaurant tasty and portions large. Wide selection of alcohol. Staff helpful and friendly. Spa and wellness offer impressive.

The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and breakfast. This place needs friendlier staff, we didn't feel welcomed the whole time we were there. Anna from the towel area is the absolute worst, she is rude to all the guests.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is new, nice and clean. Kids loved the indoor playground, swimming pool and the Kids' club. The food was delicious (!) and the restaurant staff was very nice. Fitness and swimming pool were great. The beach just a few meters away.

The staff is impeccable. The price-value ratio is amazing. No fridge or kettle in the room. Parking cost the same as if we had parked anywhere in a public parking lot. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and varied.

The rooms were nice and service was good but I wouldn't call this a 5 star hotel. Few hotel workers properly wore masks and the pool was very small and constantly full of children.

The hotel itself is a great place to stay. You can easily access it by road, they have parking lots at the hotel (pay) or outside for free. The reception is friendly and gave us all the information we needed (in English or German). You can use their spa for free (which is a bit small in relation to the size of the hotel). Free towels everywhere! The room itself was very clean and the size was great

Very nice place for the money I have paid. Rooms is also good services fast don't had any problems. Spa and swimming pools is also clean. Parking right in front of the windows. Good place for family weekend. And towels and slippers you need to ask in reception they are free

We had a privately rented apartment and it was very clean and nicely decorated.

We were over Easter in Kołobrzeg on the Baltic Sea, we enjoyed it very much. The apartment is very nice and very well equipped. We can only recommend it!

A comfortable place to relax. Near the Park, sea...shops, cafes...In the hotel is delicious Polish cuisine. Nice staff. Swimming pool , massage and all the benefits etc. for vacationers. So if you are in hotel Diva - enjoy your holiday!???

Very close to the sea, however for a 5 star hotel there is a lot of problems with the room. (broken shower holder, the mattress that is a bit worn, or a lamp that doesn't work properly) the staff is nice and helpful. The equipment is designed to fit or suit an average person, so if you are a bit taller or bigger the bathrobe or some spa equipment won't be fitting you properly.

Roomster need updating, service at the reception is Little bit cold. Problem which i have is that upon arrival you can't sort everything with one person at rhe reception , you have to do some walking between getting your room, food and medical treatments. To me Little bit messy and disorganised.

Everything you'd expect a 4 star hotel to be. The rooms were extremely big and the view was pretty. There's also a pool with 4 Jacuzzis and 2 saunas. I used the pool and gym everyday and the equipment is good. The food was also tasty, freshly made pancakes made infront of you for breakfast.
