Ye Olde Charm. Warm and friendly. Excellent service with wonderful menus. Spectacular property. The holiday activities are heartfelt which made my short stay memorable. I highly recommend.

Visited out of season, the hotel was defenitly not a 4 star, - terribly understaffed, room wasn't clean, lots of dust and spiderweb even when we specifically asked to prepare it, - breakfast was poor quality and never fresh, for those who are not early birds, there are only leftovers, breakfast table is not refilled, - hair dryer in the bathroom was too weak, even for short hair, so better bring...

On the bright side, the hotel decor is stunning along with amazing garden that is being taken care of, cozy fireplace in the lobby perfect for spending winter afternoons with tea or coffee

Overall we had a great time, the beauty of the place made us forget about its disadvantages and the staff apologized with a bottle of wine when we were leaving, a nice gesture

Perfect location in the middle of town. Ever so helpful staff happy to rectify aby trouble you might have during the visit.

Close to the rail station and restaurants etc. Hotel had nice entrance area and reception desk staff. Room was pale decore with two single beds. Bathroom was in good condition

The pool is nice. They did not serve any food or had call for food service on a Sunday, and that was a bit disappointing but if you plan that it is managable :) they serve drinks and beers 24/7 that's a plus :)

Nice hotel in a relatively good location. For those who need accommodation while traveling. Unfortunately, I was not pleasantly surprised when I had to sleep in a sweatshirt and a hat and woke up with a runny nose

In the morning, the food left on the table was all in ants. It's good that we were only two nights because on the last day we found ants in the bedding. And no, they didn't come through the open window

Really good service (especially a parking man who makes a very good first impression). Hotel is clean and cozy. Breakfast are really nice. The only problem is only one coffee machine and lack of kettle in the room.

Looked a little old from inside and there was no kettle in our luxury room but the facilities where great. Heated pool with salt water, great cooking from the chaff and staff was very nice
