Accessible to old town and all other needed facilities. Old charming hotel very well kept and homely. Bouncing castles and a playroom available for the kids to play. Food at the restaurant was delicious, and the wine measurements were very perfect for the price. Highly recommend.

Spacious room, close parking, very good breakfast. I would like more cleanliness and more water pressure. Sauna was not working and the fitness room is quite worn out.

We got a very large and clean two rooms. Service is very friendly and it's only 15 minutes walk from the city center. Breakfast is very good! The place operates also spa and sauna. Parking outside the hotel is available and free during weekdays between 16:00-08:00 the morning after and completely free during weekends.

Hotel was good ..not perfectly located but not bad since it is only 10 minutes walk to old town. I wish there were more electrical outlets. Parking was not difficult either.

Great location, great spa (swimming pool, Sauna), also very good breakfast and fine restaurant. Rooms are ok but there are several annoying things that are more obvious when staying longer. Things that could use some extra attention is cleanliness of pool, gym is too small and not well equipped and needs some serious maintenance (rust, etc), food that you order from hotel restaurant and you want it...

Rooms are good and comfy. Very spacious. But considering it is a 5-star hotel, room amenities are basic and standard, did not stand out of ordinary. The grounds are great, lots of walking areas. Relatively safe. Quiet and tranquil. Location is far out for regular commute and you have to plan to drive there or else no other way to go. The spa is great. Just a good place to get away from all the noise

Just brilliant, we have spent 3 nights in Marina Club together with our children and family and it was all that we could imagine. Beautiful location, great rooms, awesome swimming pools and saunas, fun kids area and lobby with comfy couches where you can relax with a glass of wine, staff is super friendly and breakfast offers great variety of goodness. We are definitely coming back !

Great place top to bottom, especially for a weekend with family. The location is spectacular, but that goes without saying - just take a look at it on Maps. Really cosy hotel! Very convenient location to get there. Surrounding is beautiful, lots of green and beautiful Marina. Lakes themselves are very nice. In the hotel rooms are fresh and modern. Restaurant and bar serves good choice of food and drinks at reasonable prices (taking into account fact it is 5 star hotel). Hotel has very good location. 5 minutes walk from Old Town. We have parked in the street in front of hotel but hotel parking os very cheap. Rooms are small but fresh renovated. Breakfast was OK. Price for a stay was quite expensive as for off peak season.

Hotel location is very good it only was 2 min walk awey from old town. But in the TV were only 6 programs. Breakfast was normal. And in the room is a condition and that is very good in the summer.

Easy walk to old town. 10min walk. Only complaint I could make was my room was right next to the fitness center. And some people decided that at 23:00 was a good time for exercise. Btw the fitness center is open 24hrs. Breakfast buffet, which was included, was great. Got waffles every day. Kid area was good. Kept them busy during checking in/out, after they finished breakfast.

Nice hotel but I will give 3 stars to it. Very and very bad mattress in the rooms. You can't sleep on them at all. It is like sleeping on floor. Service was good, but again they need to change those terrible mattresses in the rooms.

Overall, the hotel was good. Rooms and other facilities(restaurant, bar, parking lot) were suitable for guests who visit Olsztyn for any reason only except not for tourism. The location of this hotel is on the southern border, so easy to go to from Warszawa, but slightly far from city center.

Close to the main road which is very convenient for business visits. Restaurant serves tasty meals also with tasty vegetarian options.

Kinda pricy. The use of green tiles in pools makes it look like algae. But water is clean. Only caution is that in the lazy river is a suction for the filter on the wall. It sucked me to the wall. If I was a kid , it could be dangerous and definitely scary.

Hotel was very modern with a lovely restaurant with excellent food. Shower and bathroom were spacious.

The hotel still needs a bit of an upgrade. But for 3* it's okay. We booked an apartment. Beautiful inside but a bit not happy with the view.

My spoiled family commented "only 3 star hotel?" but then they found out the hotel in all aspects is much better than some 4 star hotels. Koya restaurant for example serves really great food. So good my spoiled doughter had 3 time in a row their seafood pasta. Rooms were clean comfortable. Location is great due to being right at the beach of beautiful lake. The rooms were quiet and peaceful. Laundry service is expensive. The food is good. Bar attenders are not so friendly!. Lake view is awesome from the room windows. Lake wake at the morning is very nice.

Good location, but loud music plays until late into the night on the weekends. The rooms really need modernization. USB ports, new bed lamps, and modern furniture would give this hotel greater appeal. The nightly rate is similar to other hotels in the area.

The hotel is for sale (in 12/2020) but the service is still ok and people really nice. Restaurant is delivering food at your door due to Covid measures. Very handy. But towels, bedsheets are wornout, sueely waiting for new owner...

Fantastic warm room, high quality interiors, clean, after setting radiator to full blast its really warm, spaciouse bathrooms and shower, clean, location is prime right next to the old town. 5 min by taxi to west Olsztyn Railway Station. Food is tasty with a convenient price tag, lovely smiling crew especially fond of the receptionists very helpful

A pleasant hotel in the center of Olsztyn. good breakfasts included in the room price. The prices in the hotel restaurant are on a dense level. the service is very polite and helpful. The disadvantage of this place is the lack of air conditioning and a lot of traffic around the hotel.

Overall its fantastic place for weekend gateway. I can not praise enough the stuff. Young friendly and suprisengly knowledgeable about the region. Let me put it that way, the hotel itself it's by the biggest lake in the city. Simply brilliant

Great location next to a beautiful park. Close to touristic venues and a new train station. The staff was great! Very friendly. Good communication upfront via the website. Nice garden with tables and chairs as part of the hotel and I even had a balcony and a television. Wifi also worked well.

Breakfast is tasty and there are various types of food to choose from. It is very close to the town centre which is great if you do not have a car. In the room there shoud be doors for the bedrooms and a table in the kitchen, not in the bedroom.

No air condition and I had to open the window but voices from outside was clearly audibly and disturb sleeping during the night. luckily only one night stay.

Our room was a little tired, and so was the mattress. However, the food was very good and the pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The water was great for working out. It's not too cold and not too warm. Perfect for swimming lengths. I'd like to visit Pirat in the summer. It's right on the lake, and there are lots of things to do on the water.

Beautiful place for a wedding. Just next to the lake with amazing views, beach, boats. Close to the city and to the nature. Great service. Really delicious food. Can't say anything about the rooms. But everything else was perfect.

We used the campsite. The campsite is the poor cousin of the hotel, obviously, but that doesn't mean the quality of the service and facilities need to be less good on a price ratio. I give 4 stars as my birthday party was a success, staff was very friendly and at the end everything prepared as per planned. I loved my hall and it was perfect for the event. The big plus was amazing food and big amount of it. Thank you Pirat for a lovely night. The only criticism I would say that it would be nice to get some help and get some boxes to pack the rest of the food but after all night...

The hotel is full of fungus on the walls, especially on the ceiling of the club room. The food is not salty enough, and the tea is Korwin-styled (full of sugar). The service is not so friendly, only the receptionists are nice. There's no fridges or teapots, but you can rent a teapot from the reception. The bathrooms are very old and need a renovation, especially the showers. The location is very nice...
