Easy walk to old town. 10min walk. Only complaint I could make was my room was right next to the fitness center. And some people decided that at 23:00 was a good time for exercise. Btw the fitness center is open 24hrs. Breakfast buffet, which was included, was great. Got waffles every day. Kid area was good. Kept them busy during checking in/out, after they finished breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay during the Christmas. The room was clean and tidy, the hotel was tranquil. The breakfast was promising. Thank you.

Nice hotel but I will give 3 stars to it. Very and very bad mattress in the rooms. You can't sleep on them at all. It is like sleeping on floor. Service was good, but again they need to change those terrible mattresses in the rooms.

We stayed here for about a week in November. The rooms have been renovated, king sized bed, very clean toilets / bath rooms. The breakfast has a good variety and was good enough in taste. The service staff were very kind and courteous. They have even obliged to my demand for changing my room!

Our room was a little tired, and so was the mattress. However, the food was very good and the pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The water was great for working out. It's not too cold and not too warm. Perfect for swimming lengths. I'd like to visit Pirat in the summer. It's right on the lake, and there are lots of things to do on the water.

We used the campsite. The campsite is the poor cousin of the hotel, obviously, but that doesn't mean the quality of the service and facilities need to be less good on a price ratio. I give 4 stars as my birthday party was a success, staff was very friendly and at the end everything prepared as per planned. I loved my hall and it was perfect for the event. Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes. The swimming pool is small, but it has two large saunas. All facilities, including the rooms, are kept clean and staffs are also kind. I'd love to visit again someday.

Overall, the hotel was good. Rooms and other facilities(restaurant, bar, parking lot) were suitable for guests who visit Olsztyn for any reason only except not for tourism. The location of this hotel is on the southern border, so easy to go to from Warszawa, but slightly far from city center.

Close to the main road which is very convenient for business visits. Restaurant serves tasty meals also with tasty vegetarian options.

The hotel itself it’s nice and clean and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Our room was pretty big and comfy however the double bed were 2 beds put together which created a gap in between that was pretty uncomfortable. The room had blinds which were very good for sleeping at night to avoid some light coming in in the morning. Very close to old town.

What a lovely place to stay! They made me feel so welcome, even though i couldnt speak Polish. The General Manager and the Bar Manager went above and beyond in making my stay so enjoyable. My wife organized my 65th birthday party there. We had a super dinner for14 people in a private room. Great steak Great drinks. And most important great service from nice people. We had a great party. Location is great too for the train station and old town.

Great location next to a beautiful park. Close to touristic venues and a new train station. The staff was great! Very friendly. Good communication upfront via the website. Nice garden with tables and chairs as part of the hotel and I even had a balcony and a television. Wifi also worked well.

Breakfast is tasty and there are various types of food to choose from. It is very close to the town centre which is great if you do not have a car. In the room there shoud be doors for the bedrooms and a table in the kitchen, not in the bedroom.

No air condition and I had to open the window but voices from outside was clearly audibly and disturb sleeping during the night. luckily only one night stay.

The hotel is full of fungus on the walls, especially on the ceiling of the club room. The food is not salty enough, and the tea is Korwin-styled (full of sugar). The service is not so friendly, only the receptionists are nice. There's no fridges or teapots, but you can rent a teapot from the reception. The bathrooms are very old and need a renovation, especially the showers. The location is very nice...

The hotel still needs a bit of an upgrade. But for 3* it's okay. We booked an apartment. Beautiful inside but a bit not happy with the view.

The rooms were quiet and peaceful. Laundry service is expensive. The food is good. Bar attenders are not so friendly!. Lake view is awesome from the room windows. Lake wake at the morning is very nice.

Good location, but loud music plays until late into the night on the weekends. The rooms really need modernization. USB ports, new bed lamps, and modern furniture would give this hotel greater appeal. The nightly rate is similar to other hotels in the area.

Wonderful old building, clean, nice personnel, good breakfast. I liked it very much and when I'll go to Olsztyn again, I will stay here for sure. Later update: i was there 2 more times. Very small, hot room at relatively good price. To hot and lack of ventilation makes the room hard to stay in.

Okay place for solo traveler and group, not good for couples. Positive is location.
