Nice hotel about a 10 minute walk to the old town but there is a large shopping complex next door if that's your thing. It's about a 15 min walk to the main bus and train station. Rooms were cleaned daily and normal standard Ibis specification. It had a gym, large bar
to expect it. Couldn't fault anything, staff were great and overall would recommend.

Beautifully located hotel, great breakfast. The room (Ibis) was disappointing. Dirty stained carpet, the water in the sink drained very badly and it didn't smell good from the drain. View of the hotel roof...
Since other guests praised the cleanliness, I guess I was just unlucky.

This was our second stay in Ibis. First stay was fab, amazing location.
Before arriving for the second time, I have emailed weeks in advance requesting a baby travel cot to be prepared in our room and asked for potential early check-in as we had an early flight with two small children. I have agreed to pay the extra fee for early check in.
Upon arriving at the hotel, our room was not ready. I have asked for a rough guide on how long until we can check in to which the receptionist rudely replied ‘ I cannot make the room magically appear’ . Well, you had enough notice to make your guests satisfied. I was asking a simple question to know where I stand, I didn’t expect that attitude in return.
We had to leave our luggage and find somewhere else to stay with our children in the meantime. Fast forward to eventually checking in, the travel cot was not in our room. Meaning we had to wait to have it delivered delaying our baby’s bedtime.
The man in charge at breakfast was extremely kind and helpful. Completely forgot to ask for his name. He was very accommodating in terms of bringing highchairs over and making a nice handcrafted coffee when he saw me waiting for a basic one out of a machine. I really appreciated that. Breakfast was tasty but not much choice. Desserts were repeated every single time for the 3 days that we have stayed which was disappointing. Only two cakes to choose from and the same every morning.
Cleaning standards are very high, everything was cleaned well and the corridors are always tidy. There was some grout cleaning that could be done in the bathroom but that’s not too important. Water in the sink wasn’t going down properly in that room either.
Play area for children in reception was a bonus. Microwave in reception also very helpful. Bar really nice, location is the best. I signed up to the online account and was promised a welcoming drink during our stay but that never happened. When queried with reception they had no idea and didn’t attempt to find out for me. Staff has made this experience a little off putting. Lack of care to make our trip straightforward & enjoyable has also put us off returning. You have to keep chasing staff to get stuff done which is a shame. Not sure if we will be back .

Whilst I enjoyed my stay, I found the quality of the room to be a little disappointing.
There were several stains on the carpet, although it appeared that they had been cleaned properly. Meaning they were only now visual in nature.
The curtain rail was broken, causing part of the curtain to become suspended in mid air, and in some cases the parts that attach it to the rail, to become detached, and fall to the floor.
A repair was carried out, but the problem persisted.
Note that there is a promotion, encouraging guests not to have their rooms cleaned on a daily basis. In return, there is a choice of having points credited to the guests account, or a complementary drink from the bar. However this only applies for the total length of the stay, not per night.
Supplies are still available from the cleaning staff, if required.

The room we had was extremely noisy as the window didn't seal properly. This meant we felt like we were sleeping at the train station due to the crazy street noise from the adjacent road and trams. It also took us over 30 minutes to check in as there was only one person working when we arrived and about 10 people were queued to get in. The gym is fairly sub-par and the room was smaller than what was pictured online. The location is convenient but we wouldn't stay here again on account of the street noise. Cleanliness was great, though!

Great location of hotel, superb breakfast, actually one of the best we had between 3-4* hotels. Room not big, but you have all you need.

Good and bad. Great location near the train station with a short walk to Market Square. Rooms ok, but the bed mattress didn’t keep the bottom sheet on very well. The bathroom wasn’t so great either since the toilet flusher was behind the raised seat. To flush you had to move the seat, which wasn’t too sanitary. There was more enough room to have designed it better. No toilet roll holder, besides a horizontal holder near the floor. Really? Expected better out of Ibis. The elevators were rather slow to arrive and sometimes made a buzzing sound when the doors closed. Breakfast offered was around $24. Rather on the high side. Just go to Starbucks in town. Still, it was a modern hotel and the front registration desk was good with English speakers.

Staid there for 3 nights. Rooms where great nice big room . No kettle a bit disappointed. Breakfast was excellent. Found the Bar staff very poor in the was saved paying customers. Especially one paticular woman . No customer training. But all in all hotel was good.

I wanted to give it a 5 star rating, but some slovenian jacka*s tried to steal my wallet in front of the hotel and tried to sell me a fake parfume just to see my wallet, so it needs a bit extra security in front of the hotel. Apart from that, great services

Comfortable and spacious room for a good price. Wish there was a kettle and some tea/coffee in the room.
