the hotel was okay. I have been I better, but this one was good as well. the pool was good. I went there once but when I jumped in only then I saw the sign "no jumping".the showers weren't excellent, but they were okay.

👍❤️ This is a perfect hotel in Poznan. Location is near center. Approximately 15 minutes to city center with taxi and you can call taxi from lobby. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. Rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast is fine. Parking is inside hotel. Staff is friendly. Prices are acceptable for Madrid city. Definitely, you should make a city tour when you fly to Madrid.

Best hotel to stay in Poznan with feelings like at home. Splendid rooms with all facilities. All the services are excellent. Breakfast was awesome. delicious and fabulous (paid around 55 zloty/person. Enjoyed the calm and quite surrounding area of the hotel as well. You have to pay separately for Parking (around 25 zloty). Overall superb.

Very close to the centre. Decent size rooms, good amenities and furnitures, clean. And well maintained. Decent size lobby with seating area. Good breakfast. Super quiet room.

Location is a short drive from the airport. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The parking garage can be a challenge for those who have never used a car elevator, but is a good option if parking along the streets is hard to find. Rooms are quite inviting and comfortable. I did end up with a view that wasn't as favorable but a walk around the city will help fix that.

Loved this hotel in the center of the city. This is by far the best Hampton inn we have stayed. The ambience in the reception, the well appointed interiors, the courteous and friendly staff, clean rooms all made our short stay very comfortable and satisfying. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. City center is very close and you can walk practically everywhere. The room was fantastic, with a very comfortable bed. We had our room with the window in side the block, so was very peaceful. The service was great during the stay. Our breakfast was included and had a lot of options, including vegetarian and gluten free.

Good choice to accommodate for a business trip in the city center of Poznan. It would be perfect if the swimming pool was open but there was a renovation in spa center. Park place. I recommend everybody.

Very cozy rooms, near bus station and train station. We reached around 9:30 AM and hotel staff was very courteous and they let us check in by 11:30 as hotel was completely booked and room we booked was premium. Staff cleaned the room for us before actual check in time and let us in. Rooms were very cozy compared to the price we paid for, highly recommended.

We got a brand new room and that was really nice and confy, but there was no minifridge in it. Breakfest was big and tasty.

Price was cheap, but they didnt have coctails in bar.

Making a special mention of the hotel staff at restaurant and front desk for their friendly nature. Also the meals were delicious. We were staying at the hotel for a rowing event. We enjoyed excellent service at the buffet. Selection was diverse accommodating any food preference. The location is a few minutes from down town by trolly and hotel spaces are open and relaxing. I don't know about the rooms because I went to this hotel to have a lunch but my experience was overall very nice. The staff are nice and the restaurant has a very nice options with delicious food. I recommend.

We just arrived, booked our room last minute and we were positively surprised! The welcome was amazing, Mr Mateusz at the front desk was absolutely lovely and professional, right person at the right place! Rooms tidy, bar and relaxing area very lovely. Food also very tasty :) close to city centre !

Came here on camp and couldn’t ask for a better place for 9 days. Food excellent and staff just as good and helpful! Beds were very comfy with plenty of space in the rooms.

Stayed at the hotel as part of a sporting national team in March. Have stayed in many counties and many hotels and have to say this has been by far the best. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, exceptionally clean and all staff were very friendly. Food was by far the best I have had on any camp. So much to choose from, tried things I had never eaten before and beautifully cooked.

So far from centers town , the room was very little . lots of stains on the carpet. air conditioning does not work… no blanket. no extra pillow. cramped toilet. no bottle of water is offered… very kind and competent staff at the concierge desk

Awesome place for chillin before flight, you can eat there tasty food from good quality products in very nice restaurant where personnel is surprisingly kind. The room are atmospheric, clean and u can't hear planes from there but seeing them taking off from window is stunning. Definitely recommend that hotel to actually everyone.

I stayed at the hotel for business travel reasons. The hotel is a nice botique hotel, with nice rooms. The breakfast offers a huge variety of food, add it to your booking if you stay here.

Poznan old town it's such a great place to visit and to walk around. I'm starting to fall in love with the colours and atmosphere of this city. It's definitely beautiful and worth visiting as many times as you can because depending on weather conditions you'll see always something different but always beautiful.

What An amazing find. This hotel is. Its in a great location. The service from reception staff and all other staff members was among the best we have had anywhere. Nothing to much trouble. As for the rooms they were spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. Cannot speak highly enough of this great hotel.

Nice hotel located near both main railway station and city center. For a double room I paid 127 PLN. Room was clean and spacious. It didn't have AC but had a powerful fan. We had bathroom in room, shower was comfortable. Water was hot, pressure was good. Hotel recommends drinking tap water as it is both healthy and decreases carbon footprint. Maybe an old hotel with a car park, but or its value I would recommend..it reminds me the Ibis Style rooms..but more relaxing yellowish light imside rooms.

We really enjoyed to spend 1 night there. Price is correct and the personal are very very nice. Our dog got even a present and we was very happy!

Correct price/quality ratio, the burgers are nice and some drinks as well. The place is usually quiet at night. The bedroom and shower are always clean. Internet works better un certain part of the building. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not far from the airport but the road is quite long due to a U turn needed.

Reviewing only the rooftop restaurant with good view on Kolegiacki Square. A bit pricey but delicious deserts and very friendly staff.

Very interesting building. There is a courtyard inside that you can look at from your room window or an elevator. The decor is very stylish, with late XIX century touch. Rooms are nicely decorated. There is a restaurant on the rooftop that offers really good deserts and drinks. You can sit at a table and enjoy the view of all other rooftops surrounding Stary Rynek.

Hotel was clean and cozy It is next to the square. Bad points, the top shower head wasn't working. I have paid for a delux room and I was given some other kind of room.

The restaurant is very good, chef probably has a lot of experience. But in my room nobody hoovered, In some rooms, there was no wardrobe. Staff is very polite and helpful.

The bed was very comfortable! Unfortunately, there was noise from the street. The service was excellent and of a high standard.

Unfortunately, the brand alone won't defend itself. Apart from the sign, it has little to do with the standard that should be provided in every hotel of this chain. The hotel in Poznań needs a proper refresh, both in terms of the standard of the rooms and restaurant service, not to mention the conference rooms. In the bathroom, you can't use the hair dryer because the sockets have too low voltage....

Excellent customer service. The rooms are very nice. The hospitality is the best I’ve ever received. The location is perfect. The airport is a quick cab ride, and the historical downtown is a quick walk or tram ride away.

This hotel was great! Right downtown which was awesome to explore! Friendly and attentive staff as well! The rooms were clean and room service was great as well! I also really enjoyed the gym! Most of the time gym hotels don’t have anything and this gym had enough to still get a good workout out! Breakfast was pretty good and they even have gluten free bread packaged for those who cannot eat gluten...

Nothing more to add except that Sheraton is remarkably awesome. However breakfast not that unique as I thought it might be comparing cheapest hotels in Poznań. Location is perfect if you want to stay in the center of the city. From the other hand be aware it is quiet noisy specially in the morning. Overall very recommended.

Very good hotel. Stayed 2 times for one night during a business trip on the way there and, a few days later, back. Clean, spacious (we had family rooms), everything was well organized. Breakfast is very tasty. Due to the pandemic, it is delivered directly to your room upon pre-order. Excellent rating!

Service is in very poor condition, so it’s better to find nice restaurant close to main market. There are also some difficulties in finding a room - No room numbers. Rooms are really nice and interesting. In one of the room there was some leaking from ceiling. Wow it wasn’t nice. Ventilation...

Good clean hotel. AC works well and the room and bathroom is big. Helpful staff. The parking lot is small and gets full most times quickly but there is a mall close by with Plenty parking. Very close to centrum and a beautiful view of the park and city from room. Good experience overall.

Great place for a quick stay ... Only realised that Air-conditioning works when the windows are closed. Otherwise the stay for me was comfortable and it included all the amenities I needed for 1 night.

And the walls between rooms are to thin, at least my walls were to thin so I could hear very annoying music from my neighbors. Luckily for me the receptionist was very helpful with that. Probably the best hotel I've been to in this price range. Also beats some of the more expensive ones. I like the beautiful rooms, nice lounge areas and the restaurant which is worth visiting even if you're not staying there. The staff is very helpful and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I like that instead of miniature cosmetics there are refillable bottles with custom made soap...

Stayed one night at this hotel and could not rate it more highly. Room was clean, comfortable, modern and a good size - we particularly liked the great shower - and the hotel is well positioned just a 2 minute walk to the old town square. We also ate in the hotel restaurant which we also really liked.

The hotel is very nice, one of the nicest in town. Rooms arent very new and fresh but theyre size of 50sqm compensate every other thing. Pool and spa are good, clean and at the top floor of the residence building and looking at the town covered by snow makes it really nice. Maybe for first timers its a bit complicated because taxi left me at one entrance and i had to look for the reception in another...

Love the design and the concept of this hotel is amazing. Just the hotel room is not like a quality of 5 stars hotel. (It was like a good standard apart-hotel.)

The hotel itself and the rooms were good. We booked "quiet room" because we needed a rest... Next door to us were guests with two dogs. They were very loud. We had to change the room in the evening because of the dogs. The changing was easy and the friend receptionist helped.

Very beautiful and interesting complex with a closed territory. In the complex besides the hotel you will find bars, restaurants, shops. Well decorated and well located. The rooms are spacious, clean. Good Breakfast buffet
