Good hotel with everything that you need. Located close to the airport. Service was really good.

the hotel was okay. I have been I better, but this one was good as well. the pool was good. I went there once but when I jumped in only then I saw the sign "no jumping".the showers weren't excellent, but they were okay.

👍❤️ This is a perfect hotel in Poznan. Location is near center. Approximately 15 minutes to city center with taxi and you can call taxi from lobby. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. Rooms are clean and big enough. Breakfast is fine. Parking is inside hotel. Staff is friendly. Prices are acceptable for Madrid city. Definitely, you should make a city tour when you fly to Madrid.

The hotel was well located and had good rooms. The wellness area was also relaxing. Everyone in the hotel gets free access to this area. The in house restaurant had great food for lunch or dinner, but the breakfast could use upgrades - specially for fruits and healthier alternatives. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Nice convenient mattresses, good breakfast with vitamin shots that is an original idea. The design of toilets with glass walls in rooms not with double beds in my opinion is not the best idea. Faucets in bathroom are not ergonomically designed. The waiting time at the reception desk is definitely too high (in our case 30 minutes)

Not bad, but not meeting my standards for a 4* hotel. We had a number of complaints about our junior suite. AC was making wailing noises, mini bar fridge and kettle didn't work, plug in the sink prevented water from draining and a couch cover had a tear in it. Location is a short drive from the airport. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The parking garage can be a challenge for those who have never used a car elevator, but is a good option if parking along the streets is hard to find. Rooms are quite inviting and comfortable. I did end up with a view that wasn't as favorable but a walk around the city will help fix that.

Loved this hotel in the center of the city. This is by far the best Hampton inn we have stayed. The ambience in the reception, the well appointed interiors, the courteous and friendly staff, clean rooms all made our short stay very comfortable and satisfying. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. City center is very close and you can walk practically everywhere. The room was fantastic, with a very comfortable bed. We had our room with the window in side the block, so was very peaceful. The service was great during the stay. Our breakfast was included and had a lot of options, including vegetarian and gluten free.

Our room and the bathroom was spacious and very neat, the breakfast delicious, and the receptionists super friendly. We had an impossibly large bed which was very comfy, and providing that the sound proofing was top notch, we slept really well.

Very nice hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price which was a surprise. It was off of the beaten path, so it was a little walk to see what the area had to see. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, on site parking (for a small fee). Rooms clean, new and modern. All the necessary hotel items there. Inside looks even better than outdise. Bed was super comfy. Good position, quote and near center and main RaiPlay station. Very good breakfast, and good staff. Only, the only singular oddity is that no one cleans the room unless you specifically ask at reception every day, and even if you specifically ask to tidy up the room, no one ever tidies up the bed. I love this place. The building was old and very different places to explore. Variety of foods and also shopping areas.

Poznan old town it's such a great place to visit and to walk around. I'm starting to fall in love with the colours and atmosphere of this city. It's definitely beautiful and worth visiting as many times as you can because depending on weather conditions you'll see always something different but always beautiful.

Very good hotel. Stayed 2 times for one night during a business trip on the way there and, a few days later, back. Clean, spacious (we had family rooms), everything was well organized. Breakfast is very tasty. Due to the pandemic, it is delivered directly to your room upon pre-order. Excellent rating!

Very good hotel for the price, privately run small hotel trying to offer the features of bigger chains. Well organized and clean. The neighbourhood looks a bit off putting but it's nice and quiet at night. Parking is available well free of charge.

We just arrived, booked our room last minute and we were positively surprised! The welcome was amazing, Mr Mateusz at the front desk was absolutely lovely and professional, right person at the right place! Rooms tidy, bar and relaxing area very lovely. Great breakfasts, delicious coffee, fresh food and bread. Clean rooms, electric kettle, instant coffee, tea. Bathrooms with soap and body wash but only 3 towels per 2 guests. Wi-Fi works in some parts of the hotel but disconnects after a few seconds in others. Bedside lamps in some rooms don't work. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend booking online.

I felt the location for me was great as I was working at Malta Park which was only 5 minutes walk. Service at the hotel was good with a clean and comfortable room. Localization is okay. You have few buses to City Center. The street next to hotel is crowded. I was in restaurant. Its bif and modern. Waiters ale nice and very optimistic. Very interesting building. There is a courtyard inside that you can look at from your room window or an elevator. The decor is very stylish, with late XIX century touch. Rooms are nicely decorated. There is a restaurant on the rooftop that offers really good deserts and drinks. You can sit at a table and enjoy the view of all other rooftops surrounding Stary Rynek.

My second favorite location to stay in Poznań. Really good, convenient location. I was surprised to learn that every Saturday morning guests can join a complementary city walk with a guide. Of course I joined and I can only say that it was worth it! The guide shared a few local stories and the two hours planned for that activity were already gone! Stayed one night at this hotel and could not rate it more highly. Room was clean, comfortable, modern and a good size - we particularly liked the great shower - and the hotel is well positioned just a 2 minute walk to the old town square. We also ate in the hotel restaurant which we also really liked.

The hotel is very nice, one of the nicest in town. Rooms arent very new and fresh but theyre size of 50sqm compensate every other thing. Pool and spa are good, clean and at the top floor of the residence building and looking at the town covered by snow makes it really nice. Maybe for first timers its a bit complicated because taxi left me at one entrance and i had to look for the reception in another...

The rooms in this hotel are beautiful and modern, but unfortunately they are not particularly clean. I saw bugs in the bathroom. There was no water in the morning to shower for about two hours. The room is very quiet. The hotel lobby is very stylish. The hotel’s restaurant offers delicious food at a very reasonable price.

One of my best stay in a Mercure hotel I have had. The staff was friendly and provided me with the best request I have asked before the reservation! Rooms are very cleaned! If you have to stay in Poznan : go there! Really worth it!

Hotel is located about 15 minutes by foot from Old Town. However quite nice walk there, also by the bridge. Service very kind. Room OK- just bed in double room could be wider. We haven't eaten breakfast. Regarding parking we have parked 100m from hotel for free in the street.
