Generally speaking - very good! Room minimalism but 9/10; breakfast 10/10 excellent staff; cleaning 9/10; gym 4/10 only one running track, one bicycle, all were taken in the morning.

My second favorite location to stay in Poznań. Really good, convenient location. I was surprised to learn that every Saturday morning guests can join a complementary city walk with a guide. Of course I joined and I can only say that it was worth it! The guide shared a few local stories and the two hours planned for that activity were already gone! Overall really good value for money, highly recommend

This hotel is in a good location, directly across from one of the large shopping centres, and just at the end of the high street. Pleasant stay, big rooms, tidy and nice bed. Also great with own iron and iron board. However the rooms were a bit noisy, we could hear the room next door. Kind of sucks when they woke us up in the morning because of their use of hair dryer. It was very loud. A bit far walking distance into old town.

Check in was easy and the staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast service is pretty good too. The room was cleaned daily and fresh pillow cases were installed. Overall service was great to include staff in the dining areas. I will definitely be back!

Nice Sheraton hotel, properly maintained, service attitude fine, lounge and breakfast excellent. Fitness facility medium sized, sauna very tiny for 2 people maximum and sometimes not getting properly hot (60 degrees, and technician does not have sauna experience to understand issue of insufficient heat), which is a pain in winter. The rooms in this hotel are beautiful and modern, but unfortunately they are not particularly clean. I saw bugs in the bathroom. There was no water in the morning to shower for about two hours. The location is good. Right on the edge of the old town and within walking distance of the train station. Level rooms. The breakfast was better than expected, especially the ice cream and homemade waffles!

It's another short stay in Poznań and I had no doubts to pick this hotel. It's in a very convenient distance to the train station, the city center and the places I visited. The stuff is very friendly. The hotel was well located and had good rooms. The wellness area was also relaxing. Everyone in the hotel gets free access to this area. The in house restaurant had great food for lunch or dinner, but the breakfast could use upgrades - specially for fruits and healthier alternatives. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Nice convenient mattresses, good breakfast with vitamin shots that is an original idea. The design of toilets with glass walls in rooms not with double beds in my opinion is not the best idea. Faucets in bathroom are not ergonomically designed. The waiting time at the reception desk is definitely too high (in our case 30 minutes)

AC was making wailing noises, mini bar fridge and kettle didn't work, plug in the sink prevented water from draining and a couch cover had a tear in it. Beautifully located hotel, great breakfast. The room (Ibis) was disappointing. Dirty stained carpet, the water in the sink drained very badly and it didn't smell good from the drain. Nice hotel about a 10 minute walk to the old town but there is a large shopping complex next door if that's your thing. It's about a 15 min walk to the main bus and train station. Stayed one night at this hotel and could not rate it more highly. Room was clean, comfortable, modern and a good size - we particularly liked the great shower - and the hotel is well positioned just a 2 minute walk to the old town square. Very good budget hotel. Very good service - friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant food above expectation. I rated location high because it's right the corner from the hospital I was attending. Just one issue with our room - there was occasional smell from the drainage.

Very good hotel. Stayed 2 times for one night during a business trip on the way there and, a few days later, back. Clean, spacious (we had family rooms), everything was well organized. The rooms are lovely and staff were really nice. The food at breakfast was delicious. Location was superb as it was near The Old Town. They also lend bikes. You get some candies when you get to your room.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times now and your experience and good night sleep really depends on the room. The hotel is ok nothing wrong with it, the sauna, gym and pool are really nice, rooms are clean but the mattress was so old and creaky I couldn't sleep, the pillow is none existent and gave make neck pain.

The hotel is quite far from Poznan center, but is only one of the few hotels with Swimming Pool in Poznan. The family room was big and neat ; room cleaning was done everyday. The breakfast was very good with lots of items.

I have stayed here twice and can highly recommend staying in the main building and not the side building if possible. It was just a nice overall good stay , lovely staff and even though I didn't eat on site, the food looked amazing when I was in the bar having a drink..... Me and the wife preferred to go out for breakfast and dinner. The parking charge is a bit harsh for residents that stay at the hotel..... I think it should be subsidize a little more for residents staying longer than 2 days

Location is a short drive from the airport. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The parking garage can be a challenge for those who have never used a car elevator, but is a good option if parking along the streets is hard to find. Rooms are quite inviting and comfortable. I did end up with a view that wasn't as favorable but a walk around the city will help fix that.

Loved this hotel in the center of the city. This is by far the best Hampton inn we have stayed. The ambience in the reception, the well appointed interiors, the courteous and friendly staff, clean rooms all made our short stay very comfortable and satisfying. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. City center is very close and you can walk practically everywhere. The room was fantastic, with a very comfortable bed. We had our room with the window in side the block, so was very peaceful. The service was great during the stay. Our breakfast was included and had a lot of options, including vegetarian and gluten free.

Our room and the bathroom was spacious and very neat, the breakfast delicious, and the receptionists super friendly. We had an impossibly large bed which was very comfy, and providing that the sound proofing was top notch, we slept really well.

Sadly no extra duvet just one queen size even when asked for. Very nice Nespresso machine in room. The spa (jacuzzi and sauna) looked clean and pretty but didn't use it. Poznan old town it's such a great place to visit and to walk around. I'm starting to fall in love with the colours and atmosphere of this city. It's definitely beautiful and worth visiting as many times as you can because depending on weather conditions you'll see always something different but always beautiful.
