Poor soundproofing, after 22.00 in the hotel, there is no silence until 0.00, that is until all do not go to the rooms after closing of the bar.
Breakfast is very mediocre. Eggs were undercooked, and my son could not eat it. And to eat cereals, there were no bowls. We had to actually beg for bowls from the workers for 10 minutes.
During this time, I heard in response:
"We give out what the kitchen gives us."
"Wait, they're out."
However, there were no plates for a long time before that.
Also in there is the problem with the path for pedestrians from the stop of the tram, in fact it is not there, as the door on the path is closed, and you have to walk either on the road or on the dirt.
It was also very surprising that the blanket had a huge yellow urine stain on it. Thank you that the linens were clean.

Fantastic service. Very good breakfast. Convenient location next to the park and aquapark. Hotel is a bit dated

The hotel was great overall, with nice rooms and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. However, charging extra for parking felt unnecessary.

It was just a nice overall good stay , lovely staff and even though I didn't eat on site, the food looked amazing when I was in the bar having a drink.....
Me and the wife preferred to go out for breakfast and dinner. The parking charge is a bit harsh for residents that stay at the hotel..... I think it should be subsidize a little more for residents staying longer than 2 days

Very nice place. Perfect for children with toys corner, soccer game and a perfect pool. Food was very good, we tried both dinner and lunch. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!

The hotel is really nice . The rooms are big and cozy and have everything for when coming for work and not only . The restaurant's food is really appetizing and good highly recommend if near the area.

No AC in 2024 is an absurd. Probably my fault as i should have checked before booking but I didn't expect Novotel to miss AC in the room.
It was +30 degree outside and probably about the same inside.
All that was in the room was a small fan. When asked if there's an extra fan houskeeping lady just impolitely said 'probably no' without any extra effort to check.
Definitely never going to stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is a very very nice and recommended hotel. Simple yet very clean, decent, super friendly, in the middle of greenery, quiet. A perfect location for a get away. Great for families with kids, Highely recommended

Making a special mention of the hotel staff at restaurant and front desk for their friendly nature. Also the meals were delicious. We were staying at the hotel for a rowing event. We enjoyed excellent service at the buffet. Selection was diverse accommodating any food preference. The location is a few minutes from down town by trolly and hotel spaces are open and relaxing. The back patio has several options to relax or entertain, such as beach volleyball, swimming, boccia, access to hiking trail.
I will definitely stay again in the future!

I don't know about the rooms because I went to this hotel to have a lunch but my experience was overall very nice. The staff are nice and the restaurant has a very nice options with delicious food. I recommend.
