The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located close to the town centre which makes visiting the many shops and bars very easy

We were very fortunate to enjoy a week at the hotel. We had one smaller issue that was corrected immediately. Excellent breakfast. The staff were friendly, kind, and multilingual. They made us feel welcome during our whole stay. Also, we had an unexpected evening at the Grand Club. I highly recommend it if your travels bring you to Rzeszów. It was a lovely city.

We had a great, relaxing stay at the Grand Hotel. It is a cozy, clean, friendly town and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful and the dinner and cocktails at night were also excellent. Greeted with nice hellos and staff was helpful. We would stay here again.

Brilliant! You could get directly from your room by secret stairs to Grand club dance-floor and of course back 😜. The best hotel and night club in Rzeszów. Will be glad to see you soon.

I stayed at Zimowit two weeks ago ..it was amazing experience room was very clean staff very friendly and helpful at the reception desk. Food tasty,for sure i will be back again. Location good not very noisy so u can sleep and relax i really recommend

The hotel is excellent. I rented a room for the newlyweds, everything is super. We were pleasantly greeted at the reception and received a room reservation in 5 minutes. The room is in order. An excellent restaurant is available, the kitchen is chic. I will be in Rzeszow, then I will settle only there.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the rooms are changing, i mean some of them are large some are not. Generally everything seemed fine. The receptionists a bit not understanding but it is ok. The buffet breakfast is extremely expensive in Poland circumstances. The location is awesome, just opposite the railstation and close to mall and centre.

Very affordable prices, extremely nice and helpful staff, clean rooms (maybe a little bit small, but enough), perfect location - everywhere is close, but at the same time quiet. There is no way to say something bad about the hotel. Definitely deserves those 3 stars. Highly recommend!!!

One of most modern hotels in Eastern Europe. Great facilities, great breakfast and really business-shaped hotel. Price reasonable and very good choice in menu at restaurant. Directly connected with the shopping center and movie Theater. Recommended.

Located in the very center of the city, right next to a bus stop, and on top of a shopping mall. Underground parking available. Fantastic breakfast, a large variety of choice. RESTAURACJA: Jedzenie jedno z najlepszych w mieście, cenowo ok ale jest drożej niż w standardowych knajpach. Chwilę trzeba czekać na jedzenie, ale warto. BAR: Jeśli chodzi o bar to był zamknięty jak byłem koło 23.00, szkoda. CUKIERNIA: bardzo smaczne lody, oraz ciastka. Cena niższa niż w znanych cukierniach ale porcje też są mniejsze. Warto spróbować.

Hotel na wysokim poziomie. Miła, zawsze pomocna obsługa. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Najbardziej jednak lubię to, że jest dosłownie w samym Rzeszowskim Rynku.

I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and well organized. The ladies at the reception are very caring. They helped me get a taxi and handed over my breakfast in a bag since I was leaving before breakfast time.

An ideal hotel for visitors to Rzeszów. The best value for money. Quiet neighbourhood, clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Some rooms have air conditioning. The restaurant is on site and serves a good and varied breakfast. Free parking. 20 min. walking to the old market.

We went only to the restaurant. The infrastructure is really nice and the place is huge. The waiter was super friendly and proactive. The dishes were average. The worst was the fish, appears to be frozen. The salad with chicken was good. The overall experience was good.

I was at the wedding and played great. 3 weddings at once was not a problem. On the phone, they are all friends :)

Huge rooms, dirt cheap for the quality, very decent breakfast, supermarket, taxi at a minute's walk.

Rooms neat, very clean and spacious, like the rest of the building. Coffee, tea and water available in the room for guests. The room had a dishwasher, kettle, hair dryer. Another advantage is a very large balcony and air conditioning. We didn't run out of anything - even scissors to cut off the tag from the new sweater :) Breakfast delicious and filling, but it's a pity not in the form of a buffet...

Very convenient for both rail and bus stations. Hotel is good value and I had no complaints about the room including bathroom. The WC sas seperate to the shower / washbasin in my case (room 302) Clean and everything else worked. Only slight complaint was no lift for a 3 storey hotel.

The hotel was great. A bit noisy outside with the trains blowing their horns all night and people yelling. It was hard to sleep well.

Decent room and reasonably priced However no lift and my bag was heavy and I was on 3rd floor. Currently they are doing the road outside and it smells like the sewers too, so you need to walk 9 sides of a dodecahedron to get to the station on rough payment. However the place was decent overall

My favorite place in Rzeszow. The strict center of the city. Very close to the Old Town. Especially I likie mornings, during breakfast, looking from the windows of the charming hotel restaurant, you can observe the city and its rhythm of life.

Cozy family hotel. Very nice and professional receptionist who will help with any question. Classic, fresh breakfasts from 6.00, which is very convenient for travelers. The rooms are spacious and with all necessary amenities. Private parking which is also a plus. Definitely recommend this hotel.
