Beautiful hotel, a short walk from the center and the historical sites.
Breakfast was really good as well.
The staff was friendly and accommodating and especially the service during the breakfast was very attentive.
Only small disappointment was that we wanted to go swimming on the morning of our departure and were then standing in front of a closed door, because there was some maintenance work until the afternoon. Would have been great if that had been communicated upon our arrival.
Other than that, definitely worth a visit!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! They cancelled at no cost the 2nd night and offered free parking. That was nice.
The hotel has a huge potential. They put a lot of money into it (furniture, facilities etc. ) BUT:
1. The smell in the room is unbearable. Even if this is a new hotel, smells like an US motel. Probably because they have carpet everywhere and it gets wet an retains dust.
2. WC - for sure there are guests that leave the WC dirty, but there is no excuse not to clean it. Come with the flame thrower but don't leave traces of pee, poop, vomit around.
3. Shower - it is stuck most probably from hair and other stuff. After 30 seconds was a flooding.
4. AC - does not work. Just makes noises.
5. Minibar - ABSENT! Just an old small fridge.
6. Towels - where in good shape in 2020.
7. A lot of furniture in the rooms occupying space and enhancing the smell.
8. shower ammeneties - cheap, cheap, cheap.
The only good thing was the interaction with the staff.

Really good hotel, the restaurant is top class. I recommend. They speak english!! Rarely in poland. The room is perfect. We Will come back

Beautiful hotel with luxurious atmosphere, nice staff and 5 star breakfast. The pool area was a bit overcrowded and not enough beds for relaxing.

Overall a nice hotel. Seems almost lavish, but you can see that the work has been rushed. It was obvious that the finish was not 100% which is quite a shame.
There’s really bad signage when you park in their basement. We ran back and forth wildly and ended up in some wrong parts of the hotel that were not finished. It's a bit confusing and a bad start to the arrival! However, they were really nice at the reception when we finally announced our arrival.
Delicious selection of food for breakfast. They should get 5* for that. And the waiter Mesut G. gave super service. Praise to him.
However, we’re quite unhappy that the air conditioning in the room didn’t work. Apparently on the entire 1st floor, we were told when we addressed the issue.
Also the hot tub/jacuzzi was out of order (pool area). That’s actually why we chose that particular hotel! And we didn't even get any refund.
That’s not good service. The cleaning could’ve been a little better as well.

the hotel is very nice, the food is not bad at all, the breakfast is very rich. And you have a free SPA with gym and the staff is very friendly and kind always available
