We discovered the hotel by chance and the reviews spoke for themselves, so we booked. The hotel's location is well chosen, as the center and numerous restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. The entrance is really very inviting and has an opulent feel with its elegant decoration. The reception is friendly and the explanations in English or Polish are a little rushed, but understandable. The way to the underground car park and the spa area is somewhat misleading. The corridors are just as elegantly designed as the rooms. The beds are comfortable, the shower is large and unfortunately the inventory is already visually worn. The minibar was empty and smelled unpleasantly of fish. There is nothing negative to say about the cleanliness of the rooms and the spa. The pool is at a pleasant temperature and the spa offers many treatments. The breakfast was not very varied and as the plates were ice cold, all the food was also cold. The service is again very courteous and the waiters make an effort to serve everything quickly. Price-performance is OK for a short stay.

I had a great stay at Hotel Dana in Szczecin. The location is excellent – central and close to everything. The hotel itself is elegant and clean, with comfortable, spacious rooms. One highlight was the service at the bar, where a young Kurdish staff member was incredibly friendly and service-minded. It really made the experience more personal and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and overall service was good, although English skills at the reception could be improved. A solid 4-star hotel – I’d be happy to stay again.

Very nice hotel with very reasonable prices. Hotel is coming with basen and sauna. As about breakfast, it is also very good ones with big variety of food. Highly recommended

Restaurant and food were really good and had a nice experience overall. Staff very polite and professional, thanks in particular to Mesut who made our dinner in the restaurant even better. Room was good but could be improved with more clean walls, a better shower and functional curtains. Products mentioned as beauty set are not of good quality as expected but can be improved. Hotel is perfect as central and close to the public transport. Overall a nice experience with some improvements needed.

Nice hotel in the center of Szczecin. The room was spacious, with everything you need. The bathroom was a decent size. The hotel pool is great for relaxing, the sauna is good. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Malwina at the reception is wonderful, helpful and very kind.

Location of the hotel is good. The decor is ok, but dated. Breakfast offering and service were good. The one thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. Bed side cabinet had glass marks from previous guests that were not cleaned during my 2 day stay, bathroom/shower were not clean properly. As my room was overlooking the street, trams were very noisy but there is not much that can be done about it.

My stay here was amazing. The personal was super friendly and the breakfast was more than expected. Maybe the mattress was not very comfortable but the room in general had everything we needed.
Also the pool and sauna were nice, everything was super clean and they had good facilities. I just hope a "only adults area" was available because it can get really loud with kids playing in the water.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. According to the hotel’s website, the room we booked (Superior Double) was advertised as having a smart TV. However, the room was equipped with only a standard cable TV. When we raised this issue with the receptionist, she informed us that she would discuss it with her superiors and get back to us, but unfortunately, we never received any follow-up. After our stay, we checked the website again and noticed that the mention of smart TVs had curiously been removed from the room descriptions.
The bathroom had a bathtub with no protective curtain or door to prevent water from splashing, resulting in significant water accumulation on the floor even after a quick shower. This caused the bathroom to remain wet for hours. Additionally, there was visible mold along the edge of the bathtub. The room’s ventilation emitted an unpleasant odor, and the carpets also had a noticeable bad smell. The lighting in the room was dim and not suitable for activities like reading.
Regarding breakfast, while the food was tasty, the selection was quite limited.
The pool area was another disappointment; the water temperature was inconsistent during our stay and was far from warm. Furthermore, the pool is shared with gym users and residents of the Hanza Tower apartments, which detracted from the overall experience.
Finally, the staff’s behavior was less than welcoming. We were only greeted on a few occasions, which left a negative impression. Overall, the hotel did not meet the standards advertised, and there were several areas where significant improvements are needed.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located, with several shopping opportunities nearby, including the Galaxy Centrum, which is within easy reach. This adds to the convenience for guests who wish to explore the area or indulge in shopping during their stay.

The Hotel is generally ok. However, the shampoo available in the shower was the worst liquid I have ever seen. You would need a full glass of it to be able to wash your hair.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, but the pool was out of service for several days during my stay, which was the only downside. Will stay here again on my next visit.
