The hotel may be in need of deep cleaning (mold in the shower) and renovation, however we were quite satisfied with the quality of the bed and also the service, we were allowed to let our car stay in the outdoor hotel parking (car was too high for the garage) for free while we did some last minute shopping in the Galaxy mall. Good visit!

They had a laisy service, and the breakfast is cheap cheap.. Feels and taste like the buying stuff just being unwrapped from the plastics... Not like an expected breakfast at a Radisson hotel.... Very helpful staff. Big, comfortable bed, bright rooms with big windows, Super nice housekeeping staff. The only thing I would suggest to amend is the bar area. It is unacceptable it's in the reception area, crumped and not pleasant at all, wrong. The hotel manager please think it through. Your cosy restaurant has a space for both.

A really good hotell. Spacious when it comes to the room and of high quality. And they were so kind that they even prepared a place to sleep and a present for our little dog. That was very thoughtful of them and it put a big smile on my face. Thank you.

We received a room on the top level. we didn't have aircondition in the room and in the summer time with a baby it is little hard to resist. Unfortunately we didn't get the room with a view on the fiord even we booked normal room on there's site . The location it is very good near of the old town near of the castle.

Good value for money. We stay here quite often as the price is really low and standards were used to matching the price but when we came today standards were so much more improved!! This hotel needs some renovation but is in otherwise good condition. The staff at reception were knowledgeable and professional. It was centrally located with good transport connections.

Four of us stayed and took four rooms. The rooms were very comfortably sized, beds great, linen's great, towels great, and bathroom very comfortable and nice size.
