Beautiful hotel with luxurious atmosphere, nice staff and 5 star breakfast. The pool area was a bit overcrowded and not enough beds for relaxing.

Overall a nice hotel. Seems almost lavish, but you can see that the work has been rushed. It was obvious that the finish was not 100% which is quite a shame. There’s really bad signage when you park in their basement. We ran back and forth wildly and ended up in some wrong parts of the hotel that were not finished. We spent our wedding anniversary and couldn't have asked for a more friendly service. Everyone was helpful and friendly, we had a delightful room and breakfast was amazing.

Four of us stayed and took four rooms. The rooms were very comfortably sized, beds great, linen's great, towels great, and bathroom very comfortable and nice size. The desk staff was excellent on the way in and the way out. Breakfast was very good as they had someone making omelets and other dishes if desired. A great location next to Old Town. I'll definitely stay here again.

Really nice. A little pricey compared to what else is available, but if you want the security of a hotel suite it's fantastic. For the quality and size of room I had, it was just fantastic. The hotel may be in need of deep cleaning (mold in the shower) and renovation, however we were quite satisfied with the quality of the bed and also the service, we were allowed to let our car stay in the outdoor hotel parking (car was too high for the garage) for free while we did some last minute shopping in the Galaxy mall. Perfect spot in the middle of centrum. The hotel is placed in a big park, here is very nice and calm. You dont think you are in a big city. We enjoy our stays here. Second time here, and we will come back😊👍 And the staff are all very nice and helpful. And speak and understand English👍🙏

We received a room on the top level. we didn't have aircondition in the room and in the summer time with a baby it is little hard to resist. Unfortunately we didn't get the room with a view on the fiord even we booked normal room on there's site . The location it is very good near of the old town near of the castle.

Very nice breakfast, large room, but very loud since the windows are at the street, had trouble sleeping the first night. The second night I used the ear plugs provided by the hotel.

The room was clean, had a large bed & a television with an ensure shower room. There was no kettle in the room & most importantly there was no safe to keep valuable belongings. Staff were polite & helpful.

Nice room, dated but better than many I have seen! Don't forget to visit the restaurant and get a platter to share, you won't regret it.

Horrible sound isolation in windows. Painfully slow and unstable wifi. Shower constantly switches from hot to cold water every minute or less. Rooms are warm and cozy, liked the carpets.

This is the place where one would the "old" feel of the yesteryears. The room is quite comfortable and the restaurant serves nice Polish dish.

Available last minute at a reasonable price. They hire these super nice 50 years old ladies which is a big plus for them. Really clean rooms and comfy beds. Plus I had an amazing view :-p

Good value for money. We stay here quite often as the price is really low and standards were used to matching the price but when we came today standards were so much more improved!! Smelly carpets were replaced with new ones, more furniture in the rooms and breakfast is amazing well worth the 15zl it cost: you can even make yourself a waffle and it tastes great!!! Nice budget oriented motel with reasonable prices, as long as you order the room in advance. Last minute deals are more expensive. Employees are very nice & polite. All together, rooms need some updates, however total is worth 5 stars.

Had a two night stay here and was very satisfied. Sadly, the bar is not open in the evenings at the moment, however there was a voucher to use at the Novotel next door if you wanted a meal nearby. It was a 1-night stay, and the room fit perfectly for our needs. All facilities were there. It was very clean as well. Check-in went smoothly. It is also 5min to the train station, and the hotel is very close to the city center, that is nice. Thanks for the hospitality!

I arrived late and tired and so appreciated the very quick and efficient check in. Very nice and clean room. Very good wifi. I liked the in room tea & coffee facility. The only things missing were a safe and a refrigerator.

Room has a large double bed, flat screen TV, ensuite shower room. Room was very clean, had a view of the street. Hotel is in a great location & right next to flixbus bus stop. Free WIFI! No safe in the room.

Hotel is very near to central bus station, many option for food also. Breakfast is quite normal and room size is sufficient but can be improved. I have a TV in my room but was not working.
