Location to the beach was great. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, I would def stay here again. But maybe a diff floor.

A great place, the beach is close to the hotel, delicious breakfasts, clean rooms, and the staff is friendly and smiling. The only downside is that there was no air conditioning in the room. Sometimes it was so stuffy that it was impossible to sleep, and unfortunately opening the window did not help either. I believe that in the future it will be possible to install air conditioning in the rooms ...

A unique and atmospheric hotel. Great location by the sea and the promenade. Standard at a high level. Breakfasts very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. A wellness area with the possibility of individual booking is an ideal option. In addition, the possibility of using all attractions in Grand Lubicz. I am the third time in this facility and I will definitely come back here again.

If it wasn't for the capricious weather at the Polish seaside, the stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. A very good service, varied breakfasts and dinners. Possibility to use the jacuzzi, sauna and massage in the hotel. Additionally, the possibility of using the attractions in Grand Lubicz. What bothered me a bit was the size of the rooms and their soundproofing, although this is more of a problem...

Great Hotel, New Rooms, comfy Beds, New Bathrooms,Watter Kettle with Tea and Coffee on every Room, International Television, Good Wifi, Great Breakfast, Access to Aquapark is in Price included which is a real bargain. All the Staff very friendly. Will stay here again

Amazing hotel, great food and atmosphere, plenty of entertainment for adults and kids. Pool area is really great again for kids and adults with separated area for adults water slide for kids, really enjoyed our stay here and will be back for longer next time.

We were only there for 3 days, we were very satisfied, good pools, sauna, just super clean, order, everyone is very friendly, not far from the hotel the sea. There is a buffet and a restaurant, everything is very tasty. I would say better than in Turkey. I recommend spa treatments, I was very satisfied. I recommend this hotel, you won't regret it. 👍👍👍😀

We stayed in RBH for a family Xmas stay. We received overall an excellent service from the hotel staff. We steyed in a spacious rooms with enormous sized, comfy beds. We choose half board and every day we had a selection of fantastic food for breakfast and dinner. There is also really good spa center, which for most of days was empty so we had it almost sole use of it. Our aged parents felt appreciated...

Nice hotel, might not be 5*, but worth the price, and rooms are really nicely decorated. Can't say much about the food as I was just staying a quick overnight in my business travel.

it's not the same hotel as last year. After the expansion, I heard from one Englishman in the canteen morning 'it's overcrowded here. Like a battle every day '. the price for a dog is expensive. the price for a dog is expensive. On the plus side, there are delicious meals, different cuisines of the world are served every day.

We do always homework before any trip and we actually knew were we go and what we will see. Sure, own eyes is always better. We had a junior sweet on the 3 floor and on the corner with excellent view to sea and the festival that were held in that weekend. Room was clean and extraordinay planning - corner was rounded shape. Also it was actually center and everything were near by.

A little and lovely intimate hotel with very good and friendly service. Just a few minutes walk to the seaside Rooms were clean. I used the Sauna every evening and I loved that it was reserved only for me! The place is beautiful and has its own style. Nice people from first contact at the reception up till the room service and restaurant waiters. We’ve enjoyed the dinners with great seafood and great selection at breakfast table. Highly recommend for a short break from daily work and fast life!

Truly a great place to relax and enjoy Utska! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront of Utska depending on where you go. The spa here is great, boasting talented massues, an infrared sauna, and a peaceful salt cave. The rooms are nice. There is no AC, but there is heating. The food is great and the drinks are phenomenal. The service was genuinely fantastic and all if the staff are welcoming...

I appreciated the kind and professional service from the first day until my last day. The room was very convenient and pretty cosy. I slept very well all the time. I enjoyed the acitivities at the swimming pool and relaxed in the jacuzzi area. It was simply awesome. A beautiful hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms and decent pool area (sizeable pool, jacuzzi, steam and dry saunas, a salt room). The breakfasts were very tasty and offered a wide selection of choices from the cold and hot buffet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

This is the smaller version of the Grand Lubicz Hotel (also in Ustka). Nice hotel, centrally located in Ustka, but a long walk from the Baltic Sea waterfront. This area is highly seasonal, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance in the warm weather months. During winter months, many of the businesses are either closed or have reduced open-hours.

The best thing about this place is its location. Further away from the city center, the sea is close by and the most beautiful beaches are also very close. The second best thing is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Also it was really clean, especially the common areas.

Very nice food. They have a great venue for many different types of occasions. Close to the forest for a nice fresh walk. Close to the beach and promenade. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

The prices here are not out of the ordinary. Pet-friendly hotel. Dance evenings for tourists, very nice staff. Delicious food. Many attractions. 2 steps to the sea through a charming forest.

It was my first stay in this hotel (with family, including a cat). What captivated me in this place was: - beautiful location in the middle of a pine forest, - very nice service (all the people serving are very empathetic, nice. I wonder how they do it :)... it's something special! ), - in the cafe there is a lovely lady who has a flock of lovely cats, which are very polite (they stay outside) but...

We have been stopping here for years at the cafe. Mrs. Krysia serves delicious coffee and more. This hotel is unique because of its property. Beautiful balcony next to the hotel, close to the beach. Nice ladies at the reception. Tasty meals.

I participated in a rehabilitation session from May 4 to May 18, 2024. I am very, very pleased with my stay. Everything is perfect!!!! NO MINUS!!! ADVANTAGES ONLY!!! Beautiful location, in the forest, close to the beach, very nice staff, very tasty and varied meals, aesthetically presented, and the waiter service was outstanding. Bright rooms, with a TV and a nice bathroom. I really liked the program...

Great location of the hotel right next to the beach. The food was very ok for a sanatorium facility. The treatments were flawless. A very nice cafe with very nice service and reasonable prices. A bit far from the center and the port, but there is a great road promenade, half an hour's walk. We will probably come back, although the rooms are unfortunately worn out over time.

Bicycles on the facade are not only a symbol ... The gentleman from Hotel Alga saved my life - when the bicycle pump refused to cooperate, he offered a compressor, thanks to which I could reach Władysławowo without any problems. I recommend to all cyclists (and not only), I cordially greet and thank you again for your help.

Very good location, clean, comfortable, very good breakfast and nice staff. My husband and I were delighted. We recommend in winter, quiet, peaceful, very close to the sea. In the summer it is rather for young people, because I suspect that there may be a lot of noise from the street.

It was quiet....Clean...but.... Bathroom door won't close, shower bracket loose and unusable, water leaked from the sink onto the floor, the watertight one on the table didn't have an outlet and you have to put it on the floor, the outlets on beds VERY hard to find and reach.

Great location. If someone needs, he can buy a parking lot. Breakfasts too. There were some shortcomings in the room. But in general, I rate the stay as a plus.

The hotel has a fabulous location among old tenement houses and is so close to the sea that you can hear the sound of the waves. A perfect place for a holiday stay. Close to the promenade and the beach, what more could you want - the weather is beautiful.

I am not a resident of this resort. I only used the dinners offered by the local restaurants, also for people from outside the center. Despite the fact that the interior of the restaurant is not very modern, the meals served are very good and at a reasonable price. The service was also very nice.

Stay ok. Cottages quite large but not too often, dirty windows, stink from the refrigerator. The breakfasts were delicious.

Delicious and varied breakfasts (delicious eggplant paste, fresh smoked fish, cold cuts, cheese, salads) - from choice to color, something for everyone. Clean rooms, towels available, hair dryer in the bathroom, cosmetics for guests. In the wardrobe there are additional pillows, a beach screen and a set of hangers. A great place!

An ideal place for families with children. Adults how to take care of children can use the sauna for an additional fee or the family salt cave. We were in self-sufficient bungalows that have everything from a teaspoon to underfloor heating in case it was cold. The place is really cosy and great, we’ve felt like home because of the good amount of facilities as well as the super friendly and welcoming staff including the owner. Totally recommend it as it’s close to the beach and pretty calm for a stay. Looking forward to more visits!
