The service was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful and 24h available. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. The pool was clean, the small gym was fine, and the spa was easy to use and well kept.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool , spa, and gym open at 8 am. I wish it had opened earlier for people who start their day early.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Kids loved the swimming pool. Location is very close to umm gwalina metro station and there is a metro link bus that drops very close to the hotel. There are many small hotels and supermarkets closeby to buy snacks and fruits.
Definitely recommend this hotel for its family friendly rooms, pool and for being so affordable at 140 riyals per night (during Ramadan)..
When I escalated the issue to the hotel manager, I was simply told that no rooms were available and that nothing could be done to help me. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
If this hotel does not honor confirmed bookings, how can guests trust them? I highly do not recommend staying here, as they clearly prioritize walk-in guests over those with confirmed reservations. Avoid this place unless you want to risk being left without a room upon arrival!
