An absolutely fabulous hotel with fantastic service and very good value for money. Reception was extremely friendly. We got there very early and were allowed to check-in . The room is fantastic: very large comfortable bed, beautiful modern bathroom, great TV, Room service was fabulous, very accommodating. Overall, there is an extremely good service culture in the hotel. Employees are very attentive and always concerned about your well-being.
Breakfast was also very good - lots of fruit, vegetables, sweet pastries, fresh bread and warm dishes.
Pool also very nice and clean. Very tasty cocktails, drinks and food.
We will definitely come again.

Rooms- Good. Sounds from other rooms is the issue. Other wise Rooms are excellent and very clean. Impressed 👍
Breakfast Buffet -Poor, No Indian Food and felt loss of money.Came out with hunger.
Cleanliness - Excellent.
Swimming pool - Excellent. Very clean.
Over all I can say it's a good stay to chill out for a day...

2 or 3 stars hotel. Tche Tche Club located on second level, so if you football fan this place for you. Open 24/7 and have large selection of drinks and shisha.

I was stayed morethan 10 days , very good hospitality and the lunch was delicious.

As unfortunate as it is to have to give this review, we haven’t been impressed with the service or standards of The Avenue hotel. This 3.5 out of 5 star review reflects what we rate the hotel in comparison to the other 5 star hotels in the near region. The 3 main issues were the following
1. Key cards not working. Out of the 4 cards we received, only one successfully got us up the lift and into our room. We raised this on 2 occasions at the concierge however they were unable to rectify this issue. We have had to manage with our one working key card since.
2. Hot water. One of our showers did not have any hot water, once identified, we raised this with the concierge, they apologised but appeared to do nothing about it. We have had cold showers ever since. We weren’t offered any alternatives or compensation for this issue.
3. Cleanliness. The overall cleanliness of the place was average. While our rooms were acceptable, the gym, the windows, the lifts and the foyer were all poorly cleaned. I train at the gym daily, and here there were no gym towels offered, ultimately requiring me to bring my only bath towel to the gym, which I consider a hygiene issue. A 5 star hotel always provides access to gym towels, and are proactive about the general cleanliness of their place.
A positive for this hotel is that the staff were all extremely friendly and proactive to help us plan our daily activities in the area. This assistance was very valuable and helped us decide what sightseeing activities we got up to each day, so thank you!
Overall, we believe the service and quality of this accommodation did not reflect a true 5-star hotel. Compared to the competitors in the local area, this could compete with 3.5 star hotels, but certainly far from any 5 star hotels.

Stayed at The Avenue Hotel and already from check-in I could feel a good hospitality and good service. All the way through the staff has been accommodating and always polite and smiling. That made my stay a memorable one.
The hotel is close to the metro and traveling around was easy and a good experience.

Lovely welcoming staff. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Pool was lovely. Biggest assest of this hotel is its staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good hotel with walking distance to the metro station. Very friendly staff especially Marwan from Algeria in reception. The breakfast buffet was of good quality although few options. The swimming pool was ok, but no sauna or steam room available. In room dining was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. Room size was smaller than expected and the view was not that great.
