Room; is very dark the bed there’s bedbug and the carpet is not cleaning properly , my kids accidentally throw the food when I tried to collect , I collect full of hair instead the food . You can even heard the other room . You cannot sleep properly at all .
Toilet ; there’s no even floor map and even u request to put inside the toilet it’s nothing !
Restaurant; when we order the food the services is very poor and there’s no taste at all .
We ordered a food from outside because of we are not satisfied from their food , at night we just ask to make hot our food but they refused it’s because we did not buy the food from them . 👍👍👍
Play area ; very dirty it’s like store room ; all the things is very old and karban .
