If you look relax don’t book from this hotel ;
Room; is very dark the bed there’s bedbug and the carpet is not cleaning properly , my kids accidentally throw the food when I tried to collect , I collect full of hair instead the food . You can even heard the other room . You cannot sleep properly at all .

Toilet ; there’s no even floor map and even u request to put inside the toilet it’s nothing !

Restaurant; when we order the food the services is very poor and there’s no taste at all .

We ordered a food from outside because of we are not satisfied from their food , at night we just ask to make hot our food but they refused it’s because we did not buy the food from them . 👍👍👍

Play area ; very dirty it’s like store room ; all the things is very old and karban .

BE AWARE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have never witnessed such racism and arrogance from staff like I did today ! A friend of mine booked a room at this hotel and as we got there I was told if you want to go upstairs with her you have to pay and I am literally shocked because I wasn’t even here to stay but we were going out together and she wanted to change into different clothes hence I went back with her to the hotel in the first place but they said No if you don’t pay you can’t go up just for me to wait on her change and funny fact is that there was a alot of different groups of people that came and Indians and other races they weren’t treated or asked anything but because I am a woman of color I was told no you can’t get into the lift and you not allowed to wait for your friend in her room ..I will never recommend such treatment towards people if I had stayed then I could understand but in 2024 and people are still getting treated like this because of their skin color is absolutely disgusting!

Worst hotel ever because of staff named "SUNDAR". He is very rude and doesn't know how to behave. I stayed there for 8 days and the last day he fight with me for a guest who came just to help me to pack all my luggage, he was there for just 30min. I had my flight at 7am early in the morning. Other staff who speaks Tamil (forgot his name) knows me and he is very nice(I am staying there for last 8 days and he is the one booked room for me). Even he is really ashamed to look to my face because of Sundar's rude behavior to us. With such a staff you will surely gonna shut down your property.

**Avoid This Hotel If You Want a Relaxing, Stress-Free Staycation**

If you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable staycation, **DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL**.

**Rooms:** The rooms are shockingly outdated and look nothing like the photos online. The beds are ancient, the carpets haven't been cleaned in ages, and the dim lighting makes the atmosphere depressing. Some lamps didn't even work. The bathroom was a nightmare—old, rusty, with no floor mats, and they use the cheapest possible toilet paper.

**Visitor Policy:** They have an absurd visitor policy that isn’t clearly stated online. We hosted a small birthday celebration for our son, inviting a few friends for a short visit, and they tried to charge us **50 QAR per visitor**! They insisted it was hotel policy but never mentioned it online, and then had the nerve to blame us for not calling to ask. This felt like a scam.

**Playroom:** The playroom is another major disappointment. It’s nothing like the pictures online. Exposed screws on the playhouse make it dangerous, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The area was small and seemed to be a breeding ground for mosquitoes.

**Pool:** The pool was old and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, I witnessed gym members, still sweaty from their workout, jumping into the pool. Absolutely disgusting!

**Breakfast Buffet:** The so-called “breakfast buffet” is a total scam. Instead of a buffet, we were handed a limited menu (though they claimed it was unlimited ordering). When we asked about the buffet, they said we were the only family who opted for breakfast, so they didn’t bother setting it up. The food was basic—eggs, nuggets, hash browns—and not even a pancake in sight.

Definitely not worth the price. First and Last visit to this Hotel.

I’ll start with the positives. I really liked the location and the staff were really friendly. The negatives. The initial room we were in had a horrible smell and didn’t have any towels or toilet papers. Because we were so tired from long travels, we just went straight to sleep. Few hours later my daughter woke up and saw a small bug on her bed, when I captured the bug, it was a BED BUG!! A BED BUG!!!
We wheeled our bags out right away and placed all of our clothes in a plastic bag and left immediately. We were placed in another room on an another floor as it was the middle of the night. After thorough inspection of the room and changing all the sheets in the new room we completed our one night there and left the next day. We were supposed to be there for 9 days!!! Absolutely NOT!!!

Worst hotel experience in my life by far. Very poor service and impolite staff. Walls and carpet are dirty, room was very smelly. Very poor insulation, you could literraly hear your neighboor like if he was in your room. Hairdryer doesn't work but that was the last of my issues. No one cares if you try to ask or complain about anything.

Very poor service, no one responds to e-mail and WhatsApp questions. If you have forgotten something in your room, you will never see it again.

Last weekend i stay Golden ocean hotel Honestly very bad customers service i face . Receptionist Not even wishing i wish they didnt repling and the staff tell me if u want Room . wait 10 to 20 minute like a bad way.
Only pool warden behave nice ly

About room its ok but toilet not clean and smelling.

Pool is nice and room service department also good
The other thing is i ask the receptionist regarding what are the facilities inside the room he not even giving clear details .
Totally iam fully unsatisfied actually i come there to look the atmosphere of the hotel to condect frends meetup around 13person sorry i cant book anymore here...

Hi, I made a reservation with my boyfriend. But we postponed it because we have work to do. We had another reservation for another day. When we went that day, they said there was no reservation. But we had sent an e-mail before and it was approved. That being the case, we asked if there was availability. But the receptionist sternly said there is no room without checking the system. Then we moved to another hotel. When I checked online, there were many empty rooms. But we did not understand why they did this. We are also in this profession. We know how things work. I think you should continue with people who do their job well, produce solutions and smile...
