4 day staycation stay
1. Room - was what we expected, very spacious and clean. Although the bedding had a hole in and some sigarette burns on the sofa and carpet. Also the walls were most definitely not sound proof as said on the website, we stayed for 4 nights and we had a noisy family next to us and could hear their TV.
2. Food - I expected more variety on the restaurant menu as breakfast, lunch and dinner was not included in the package. Was quite disappointing and worked out quite a lot since we had to order from outside.
3. Facilities - the pool area was beautiful and clean. But they definitely need a water cooler because it is very hot in this country and the water was never cold.
4. Reception - good, but check in took quite some time, but the guy who helped us was very friendly.
5. Safety - they did not have a first aid kit on site which was quite scary and disappointing (I asked for band aids and they said they don’t have, just bluntly, did not ask if I was okay or anything)

Courteous and helpful staff esp Raja and Lorena. Clean and spacious room. Accessible location.

Stayed here during the final days of the world cup. The hotel has a really nice lobby and check-in was quick. The rooms are excellent and had all my needs covered. Had the chance to eat at the top floor/pool. The views at night are great. I was able to see the fireworks and drone show while dining. The food was presented very well and was tasty.

A high-class budget hotel just two blocks from the Museum of Islamic Art and within walking distance of Souq Waqif. This contemporary boutique hotel understands that it’s the smaller details that make a happy guest. Namely free Wifi with no annoying passwords, a free, non-alcoholic minibar, an affordable laundry service and a good in-house restaurant, Yum Yum, which is worth staying in for. Ask for a room as high as possible, with a city view. Although super-size king beds are available, the rooms are generous without being excessive. The gorgeous, rooftop pool is yet to be opened. I prefer the street side rooms so I can see the Corniche and the action on the streets below. If you prefer a quieter space and a view of neighbourhood rooftops, ask for a room at the back. This hotel is difficult to find so brief your taxi driver on nearby landmarks. Note that all its profits go to charity.
