I had a very bad experience with the restaurant staff.The most arrogant and disrespectful people I have ever met in a hotel. While I was eating food, one guy wearing thobe and white cap came across me and asked me to take the food and go from there. I was like, What?" when i asked what is the issue,he told me you cannot eat food which brought from outside, which i already asked the security guy while receiving my food from the talabat guy can i eat from here, the security guy show me place to eat, so i sat there and begin eating, the staff of restuarent said he is the manager of this hotel and he was watching me all the way i am bringing food and sitting there and while i almost ate half of the food, this guy saying to take the food and go to my room which is very disrespectful thing ever to say a person who is almost ate half of his food from the restuarent table!! i said i will not go until i finish my food!! Then he started to ask my room number and all and said typical Malayali, which is also very offensive, and took my pictures. He was like, I did a big crime!! He called the security and told to throw me out from there as i am like a cat or dog sitting on his table,the security guy was so helpless and poor guy he doesnt know how to handle the situation, because the manager told to throw me out which is insane!! He called his general manager,I respect that guy,the general manager understands the mistake is with restuarent manager and sorted the problem very easily, but this person, I wonder how they gave him a position as restaurant manager if he doesn't respect the food at all!

Very offensive!

I wanted to call the police after arguing with him!

The room service is really bad.. we just try to ask to borrow plates and spoon he said no its not allowed to borrow. You should teach lesson to the room service. Its only plate only 1 plate.

The stuff are really nice, but this is the most dirty hotel i've ever seen in my whole life !!
So dirty that you see stains on the duvet on the towels on the doors inside the toilet and outside the toilet , they dont clean it very well they just wipe it
You see hair everywhere specially in the bathroom
We told them that the room is so dirty and the've sent the house keeping to clean it and i've watched them how they clean and i couldn't handle it ! For example they've put the duvet on their shoes to fold it !!! How is it possible to put a duvet on a
shoes !
The dirt on the toilet has not been cleaned!
The shower and the certain are so dirty you will be amazed when you just try to take a shower
The location is good and the stuff are nice but the hotel is so dirty
