Excellent hotel with free spa, breakfast and dinner buffet included. Spacious rooms great view onto mountain (depending on room). True five star hotel. Friendly efficient service. Great setting, great outdoor pools, great also for kids.

I grew up in this small town and witnessed the original hotel opening. It was a class above all the other hotels in the area then.

After many, many years, living and traveling abroad, we came back and stayed at hotel Izvor. This is a true 5-star experience hotel. From the interior design, wonderful pool/spa area, fantastic a-la-carte restaurant and wonderful rooms, we were very pleasantly surprised and loved our stay. We will be back!

My room was not available, therefore I got a free upgrade to a superior room.
Hotel is not a brand new, but it is nice and staff is very supportive. Rooms are well equipped and spacious.
Free parking, with artificial shade and CCTV available.

Amazing facilities, rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are welcoming and extremely polite. Nice variety of breakfast and dinner items on at the buffet, though coffee needs improvement. Beautiful surrounds

What was TERRIFIC:

!!!!Couple's package: included two fantastic 50-minute massages, two bottles of delicious wine (of your choice) for two nights of dinner, a full 4-course scrumptious meal (at the Italian restaurant)-this feature is perfect for couples

Amenities: refreshing spa and pools, dining room (plentiful buffet-style choices for dinner/breakfast) and bar/cafe(quality cocktails & desserts)

Location: beautiful public park/forest across the street for walking and relaxing

!!!!Customer Service: upon my room cleanliness complaint, Ivan (front desk) immediately acknowledged the issue and upgraded us to a better one(very satisfied with his prompt follow-through on the matter)

What needs IMPROVEMENT:

!!!!Cleanliness/hygiene: for the price of this 5-star hotel, both the standard and deluxe rooms were that of a 1 or 2-star motel -various stains on the pillows(nasal, oral & presumably private cavities), underwear, used cigarettes, gum, empty plastic cartons & wrappers over the balcony railing, missing & mismatched balcony furniture, hair on the sheets, hand/finger prints on the headboard, stains on the couch & sticky residue on the coffee table, visible duck tape over curtain tracks (the point is: the hotel needs to more seriously invest into (and oversee) the training of, and hands on work performed by, their cleaning staff))

Overall hotel ambience: needs renovation to maintain a more modern yet sleek/classy feel(as is, looks more like an outdated Victorian-meets-Baroque styled hotel)

Buffet: better dessert choices

!!!!!Massage & Spa: tighten up on the 'adults only' rule (for either or both facilities): kids could be heard/seen running around, screaming and/or even using them which takes away from the peaceful ambience exclusively offered to adult guests)

*In my opinion, this hotel is more suited for children/families than for adults (lots of screaming, rough play and noise, so if you're looking for a quieter/calmer adult experience, this might not be for you) -this isn't the fault of the hotel, of course; just a personal observation

Great mineral water pool. Around the village. 15 min walk to the temple.

Amazing hotel,the best hotel in Serbia, by Far.Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast,the food is high quality and service is perfect.The service here is excellent. All the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant.The employers in the hotel were so nice and friendly. That is so much appreciated. Thank you guys ! The hygiene is on high level everything is clean and tidy.Parking available in front of the hotel.

Impressive service, very pleasant people, very clean. The spa is also excellent! The only thing I missed was an extra blanket, but then again I didn't bother to ask. Best recommendations!
