I think it's a great solution to stay here for the weekend 🏞️
located in the center, there is parking (but 8 euros per day), “pets friendly” (15 euros for a small dog but they gave us dog bad and bowls), in general, the staff is friendly and welcoming, but the only thing on the first evening, when checking in, they asked us to send documents to the post office, we sent and we were released from the reception, then there was some kind of misunderstanding because after 21, already when we putting the child to bed, they started ringing the room and knocking on the door.
the food was delicious and varied, in case of bad weather they have an indoor pool and saunas (there is also a massage but it is better to sign up for it in advance), there is a large playroom for children.

We enjoyed two separate nights a week apart in this beautiful location. It's really close to the center, you can benefit from parking on premises at an extra cost. There is also a nice, relaxing SPA and the ability to dine in the hotel. The breakfast selection was amazing and the staff was very nice and helpful. There are a lot of sightseeing to be done nearby

Booked 3 rooms and Upon arrival stuff was nice and when we get to our rooms it was hot inside after trying AC few times but it wasnt working, called front desk and they have stated that they didnt turn AC on as nights are colder, they advised to open a windows at night so you can get bitten by 100 mosquitos during your stay, didnt like that and decided to cancel our stay and ruined our trip to Zlatibor!

Large, modern, sophisticated, hotel which makes for a comfortable stay in Zlatibor. We found the rooms well soundproofed which was great for peace and quiet. Friendly welcome. Excellent choice for breakfast!

A fine, stylish and modern hotel located right next to the centre of the area, the hotel truly earned its stars.
The apartments are very clean, warm and well equipped with everything you would need. They're also quite sizable, and there are fused apartments available as well.
The restaurant is of particular note, as the food there is to die for.
The view out the windows is quite grand, but actually urban rather than mountainous, which is a bit disappointing considering that this ought to be a mountain resort. Sadly, most of the area is highly urbanized, and more reminiscent of a city centre rather than a mountain resort.

Great hotel, probably the best in Zlatibor. Very helpful staff. Good for different kind of meetings, trainings, retreats but also excellent for vacation purpose. Delicious food!! Spa is also good

The staff is pretty inhospitable for a place of hospitality. We had a large group and they were informed of our arrival in advance, we had to wait at the reception for a while to check in and get our key cards although we all had our documents ready. The reception staff was not very friendly during this ordeal.
During breakfast, they have a full glass facade overlooking the Main Street with tables adjacent to the window. I filled up my plate and sat at one of the tables and was about to take a bite when a lady walked up to me and asked me to leave that table as ‘I was not allowed to sit there’. Very big turn off which seemed pretty racist to me but I let it go as I didn’t want to spoil my mood during holidays.
The overall hotel is pretty below average for the price and I had better experiences at other hotels I stayed at in Serbia. The staff behaviour was a turn off for me. A small blip in an overall wonderful experience with friendly people of Serbia.
Avoid this hotel!

Great hotel with very polite and professional staff. Accommodation is very pleasant and new. Location is great as well. Breakfast is very rich and you have different opinions every day.

Amazing for families!rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff was really nice and friendly 😀 and breakfast was brilliant 👏 and also perfect if you are traveling with pets,we had a dog they even gave us a dog bed🥰and the location is the best

This place and brand of Mona is overrated, the room we were into got things (such as travel plan with 4 passport copies) from previous guests and that tells me it wasn't cleaned. Mattress was really uncomfortable and sound isolation is terrible. Pool is okay, it's small and keep in mind that jacuzzi works for 15 min every 45 min. If you want to go to the sauna you have to pay additional 500 dinars (≈4€) every time. Food was good and you had opportunity to choose for different diets. If you are at restaurant or in conference room you don't have a bathroom at that level. Overall its overrated and i would not recommend it for that kind of money.
