The hotel exceeded our expectations, it’s easily comparable with the 5-star hotels in Serbia with a similar concept. The kids loved the game room and indoor pools, while I enjoyed the outdoor pool and very well equipped SPA. The food was good and fresh, with plenty of options, especially for the breakfast. Very nice hotel, equipped with sauna, gym, 3 swimming pools and a hot tub. My only complaint is that the swimming pools are a bit too shallow, but that's really nitpicking. The rooms are new and tidy and the food is good. Overall, a nice place to relax and get fresh.

Great spa center, buy the ticket with sauna included! They have steam room, salt room and sauna. Sauna was around 75 degrees (warmer would be nice)! They do have a cold plunge and three swimming pools of which one is outside.

Located just bellow the mountain Rtanj, Radgost is the great gathering point for hikers to prepare, rest, fill up with energy and good spirit. High level of hygiene and great people made the whole visit even better

The restaurant in Nais hotel is our spot on a way to or back from Turkey. The place is nicely located close to the highway but hidden in a green garden with trees, has a nice terrace to eat your meal and has a nicely decorated interior. The food is very tasty and staff proffesional and friendly. We will definitely visit again on out way to Turkey (and probably also on a way back).

Great hotel for an overnight stop on our journey back to UK. Bedrooms immaculate, shower powerful, beds and pillows super comfy, food beautiful staff so helpful and friendly. Stayed on the way out and booked again for 5 weeks later on our way home.

It was a very clean, big and spacious room. We stopped for a night rest during our 3 days journey and had a really goed sleep and rest. Breakfast was also very good!

This hotel was beyond anything we could have expected! Milica was wonderful to work with, and she made sure that we felt as welcomed as possible. She went out of her way to pick us up from the airport and even helped us call around for bus schedule times. Wonderful place. My friends and I stayed here for two nights and everything was perfect. The rooms were big and very clean. The breakfast was filling. The stay was so kind and went out of their way. The court yard for morning coffee or afternoon drinks is very relaxing. Definitely will return to this hidden gem. It is a great value for money.

There was pigeon droppings on the terrace and no one had made any effort to clean it up. It was basically unusable. The service was very slow — we waited an entire hour just to be served breakfast... Nothing special... .....................

We got a large and nice room. Clean, with A/C and large TV. Could be difficult to find a parking space but for one night there was no problem. I definitely recommend it.

We planned to stay one night but extended our stay. Huge room with huge tv and a 2m wide bed that slept two adults and a toddler super comfortable.nice gym great sauna and lovely massage. The breakfast was really not the best. Limited options and not the best quality products- far from what a 5 star hotel should be but the rest makes out for it!

Probably the best hotel in town, located on the central square. Unfortunately, several buildings on this square are in need of urgent renovations. Excellent service at the reception, nice spacious room with a view of the central square and the Nisava River. On the other hand, unless you like loud music, the restaurant-bar in the hotel is not for you. Also note that there is no non-smoking section....

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers.

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. The front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel parking lot is charged, and parking on the side street is free.

Located right in the center within walking distance to tourists places. Polite staff. Free parking, room is big but furniture is a bit outdated. WiFi signal was poor. Water did not stay hot for long in the shower. Very bad smell in the toilet.

Those little breads they serve for breakfast, still warm, are worthy! I had the opportunity to have two breakfasts there, well, I still dream sometimes of eating for breakfast those wonderful buns!

This is a very modest hotel. for a good price. The rooms were quite comfortable, and the breakfast was great. I personally did not see anything wrong with the rooms at all. They were fine to me. No, they were not luxurious, but they were fine. If I ever go to Nis again, this is probably where I would stay.

very good price! the hotel has something from an era not existing anymore. IT would be better if the whole hotel was not smelling of tobacco smoke but it is a problem allover Serbia

The breakfast was pretty good. The room is OK. Bear in mind that in Serbia the people are still smoking in all closed spaces, even the rooms... There is a free parking.

It was ok, shops and restaurants. Lots of beggers,especially young children. They will pester you all through the walk in this street...which leads to the fortress.
