Excellent room, food, staff and everything else. Would reccommend. 10/10 Go to BG and stay here (if you have a car)

The room needs a lot of repairs. Also the lack of an elevator makes the situation a bit difficult to carry suitcases. The breakfast is very poor and generally not worth the 125 euros we paid for one night. The highlight of all was the broken glass and the broken handles in the bathtub

Very nice hotel with a perfect location and very polite staff. The rooms are spacious and cozy. We ate at the restaurant, the food is absolutely amazing!! I recommend you try pljeskavica s kajmakom and plněná vesalica. Highly recommended place!

I stayed there on our way from CZ to BG and back in August 2022. There is nothing I could possibly complain about. There is a few things I would like to point out: - close to the A1 highway - secured parking - spacious and clean room - restaurant - friendly staff - supermarket just a few meters on the same side of the road - you can pay by card everywhere

I'm rarely rate hotels on Google, but this one is extraordinary. Yes, it's usual hotel near the highway. But their workers do the difference. I made booking for wrong dates. They helped me to cancel it for free and match the price. We arrived after the kitchen was closed - the waiter in the restraint ordered pizza for us in a delivery service! Few more requests to reception were completed in seconds...

Excellent place. Very affordable for staying. Always clean. All the workers are pleasant and helpful!

The room was large. There was a double bed and three singles. Perfect solution for families with three kids. We were only three adults, so plenty of space. Good quality of furniture, massive wood and interesting decoration. The reception is in the restaurant, very polite and friendly people. Breakfast is up to four options. We have chosen the third and fourth. Three fried eggs or omelette, well "...

Walls are not sound proof, cleaning lady starts vacuum cleaning next door at 8 like she wants to chase you out of room No card accepted, even though on the door it has logos of cards

Good hotel in a small city. Used it on my trip to Greece. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The only drawback was the noisy air condition unit outside, that we heard even the windows were closed.
