Staying in this so called “hotel” was the worst and unpleasant experience . I have booked a room for one night for 2850 rsd. Which I think was overpriced for what you got! After leaving the room next day, I forgot a perfume (worth $150) inside my room, I called the same day reception to report, but unfortunately never got it back. I insisted to speak with management of the hotel, but no one show up, also, they refuse to give me manager’s number. I was short with time, so I had to left, unfortunately with bad impression.

Very bad hotel we can’t call it hotel , dirty pillow and blanket bad smell no services at hotel even no one clear the room , i booked 5 nights but i run away after 2 nights I couldn’t stay there even they refused to return the money of the rest days and they gave different room than which i booked by Booking.com

Pathetic spoiled my trip , never book this hote
The elderly lady is unprofessional and also one more lady I can’t say how pathetic way they are handeling hotel .
No professional approach at all
No breakfast but dog biscuits only 🧇
No room service just clean floor as per demand
Toilet was not working since first day they repaired at 3rd day and threaten if u complain too much I will call police and complain against you .
What the hell .

the hotel has no breakfast service !!!! an elderly lady at the reception ill-mannered ,and without knowledge of foreign languages,.....The rooms are in semi-clean condition ..... the younger staff is trying to correct .....Which is far from their rights .... on average, if you are unable to sleep over ... this hotel for one night ..... !!!!!!

Pathetic, Never book this hotel
The hotel name must be changed to SAD STAR CLUB it will match its meaning , as they provide nothing as service , staffs are illiterate, un professional, not co operating and , not hygienic , and no breakfast . Rooms are normal and they don't do service .

It's a very nice place. The rooms are large and comfy, the personal are nice and always available.
