Clean, modern hotel. Nice room size. Fitness room is better then most, had everything for a good workout. Friendly helpful staff. There is a small store within walking distance that had everything I needed. I would come back to this hotel again. I did have some drinks at the bar but did not eat from restaurant but Serbian food is very good so I'm sure it's worth trying out.

I stayed at Hyatt Belgrade for 2020-21 New Year. It has been a nice experience since the quality and standards are great. Spa Zone is relaxing and good; very well prepared. Rooms need to be more updated. This is the only aspect to take in consider. But in general, hotel’s location and Hyatt quality is great.

All the staff were welcoming and very friendly. Room was clean and good pressure in the shower....great buffet breakfast and enough choices for vegetarians. The rooftop bar is a great way to end the day with a drink. It's about a 45 minute walk into the city . You can exchange money at the desk and there's also an atm.

Ended up randomly in this hotel, as a consequence of a delayed flight. OK, maybe the family was tired and hungry, but that dinner really hit the spot. Caesar salad, sausages, burger, spare ribs and velvet cake were seriously good. The thing is, we were too hungry to take a photo of anything but the velvet cake. So there 😀

Nice place, very kind people, great airport shuttle service, excellent location. The only issue os that it is very noisy. On one side, the AC units are in the courtyard the rooms facd, on the other side, the street and the restaurant downstairs is very loud (and windows provide not much sound insulation). Plus the bathroom drain is a bit smelly. But otherwise everything is nice.

Rooms and nice, staff is nice. Internet is however horrible, cannot have an online meeting or a voice call without being interrupting 100 times, they give routers which are unfunctional and they don’t fix the overall problem. For such a hotel this is unacceptable

Modern hotel in the city of Belgrade, 20 minutes walking from Republic Square. Quiet single room, with a large bed and spacious. Everything is cleaned, complimentary use of shower dress. Young stuff, very helpful and kind. Good breakfast on the rooftop. Convenient price. Good starting point for a touristic visit of the city.

The hotel is mostly known for its conference rooms. It is appropriately located in the part of town where most companies have their offices and thus represents a good solution for organizing meetups. The restaurant had amazing food for lunch.

I ordered a small suite. It was clean and nice, some leaking from the shower. But most of the time I was out and exploring the city. One thing for sure, I will not forget the reseptionist Titina. We choose the big room. Room was good. There was little problems like cracked tiles. Broken flush. But, hotel stuff was always so helpful about everything. It is not exactly a hotel. More like a Airbnb rooms. Price performance is 5 stars. We hate the noise that comes from windows. We hate from towels. They were so small and there is no robe.
