This is a very luxurious hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well decorated with luxury high-end finishing. Service is very good! The staff were all friendly and welcoming! The only suggested improvement would be to include breakfast in the nightly rate.

Great location. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The sheets and towels are clean and smell of fresh soap. The elevator is tiny and barely fit two people. The only downside was the pictures made the room look a lot larger than it actually is.

We stayed at One Luxury Suites for two nights and wish we could have stayed longer!! The staff were all exceptional and very kind. Marija was especially helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and local sites. We would highly recommend One Luxury Suites for anyone travelling to Belgrade.

My husband and I had the most gorgeous 3 night stay here. Location is so central in Old Belgrade (a few mins walk to Independence Square), room aesthetic was amazing and attention to detail from the friendly staff beyond reproach. We had a suite with a jacuzzi and it was so fab to use after a long day of walking. While others may have mentioned street noise while sleeping (because yes, it is located in a busy area), we did not experience this because we were not facing the main street and it was very peaceful. Hopefully we will get back here again!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and every time it's nice. The staff is very friendly, they always are eager to help and they ask you if you need anything. I have stayed at many hotels, and this one is strong 4* hotels.
What I like:
Clean rooms and friendly staff
Quite safe, only guests can enter, have to have keys, plus cameras everywhere in the lobby and floors
Complimentary coffee and tea every day
Great location
Awesome transfer from and to airport for additional charge (same as local, but better cars and door to door service!)
What I dont like:
This hotel can use more sound proof features, but to be fair other hotels I have stayed at are quite similar

I questioned whether I wanted to tell everyone how great this little gem was for fear of it being booked out when I want to stay again! The staff are outstandingly courteous and helpful and will ensure you have everything you need. I've stayed in 3 different rooms here and they're all very comfortable with plenty of space, each one slightly different depending on your budget or need for space. This is my go-to place in Belgrade because of its central location and affordability.

The suits are really neat, clean, well maintained and it smells nice. The staff is very polite and helpful! Considering of the location (being in the centre of city) it's worth the price !

I had an AMAZING stay there!!! The room is very cute, design and chic, smells great, very comfortable bed and best service ever! The team there is very helpful and you can tell they are happy to provide you with the best advice to discover Belgrade, they really love their city and that's why we loved it so much! I recommend this hotel 200%!!

Location is as good as you will get. Recently renovated and spotless. The staff among the best service you will find. You cant drive to the front door so you will have to take your bag from the car park to the suite. The staff are happy to do that for you if you need it. Value for money "fantastic". I would love to go back.

I stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. They held my bags for me in a locked room as I got to Beograd at 8:30 day of check in. They made tours available to me ( didn't need as I knew a local) and helped me get a cab to the point of coming out to the street to help me. Room was sparkling clean, service was wonderful. As much as I don't want the secret to get out, this hotel was an amazing experience. I am using them every time I go to Beograd. The owner Ivan is an extremely nice gentleman as well. Dan, Maja and Emilja were awesome and helpful. I wish America would have staff so friendly and helpful as them. As I said to them, I will be back when I visit Belgrade.
