Large two bedroom studio with kitchen, table, two chairs. Clean, comfortable room and bed (hard mattress), air codition. Wellness with small pool, 4 types of sauna, interior and exterior jakuzzi. Warm water in both jakuzzi. Didn't try meals in restaurant, but dinner seams OK (I saw tables). Bathrobe with male and female slippers in the closet. Two tea cups and coffee set in kitchen. Cheap mini bar (snacks, drinks).

Room that I was staying in was perfect.
Nice, clean, neat, cozy bed. Bathroom was super clean.
Dining area is so wonderful.
Food is so good and tasty.
Service is good.
Location is perfect.
Clean air, nice parks, local taverns.

The most horrific experience in hotel. I was sitting for breakfast with a baby, and a waiter came 3 times and has been rude to me since baby threw peace of cheese and bread on the floor and he steps on it. He did not clean, he did not help me get the baby chair to the table. I felt unsafe in that compound after such bad behaviour towards a women alone with a small baby that i will never go back even though we had yearly meeting in this hotel for few years. It is just too much what kind of agressive behaviour is acceptable for employees.
It is rediculoys that they advertise as kids friendly and have a kids play area, and yet this kind of thing happens.

Clean rooms, even had a jacuzzi bath. English speaking staff, buffet breakfast for around €5 and choice of evening buffet.

Smoked to the maximum, served without basic spices such as salt and pepper, let's not talk about balsamic since we didn't get vinegar or oil.

This is one really good spa hotel. Probably best ratio of price and quality since you are really getting a lot for decent price. Hotel is not brand new but it is clean and maintaned. Location is perfect just at the beggining of the big park, surounded with a lot of parking places. Spa area is wonderful, with accent on hot water and kids pool which is great. Great saunas options and not that crowded. Food in restaurant is ok. There is also big kids playground. My only negative feedback is that they not allow kids in pool area after 6pm which is too early comparing with other similar hotels (I think that at least it should be 7 or 8pm, since spa/pool is open until late 10-11).

We are returning guests to Royal Spa, which speaks by itself about our general experience. Upon the recent arrival, we were upgraded to a Family Suite at no extra cost. Hotel staff are most kind and welcoming across all units.
Rooms are quite basic yet spacious, tidy, and well-maintained. There is a superb selection of TV channels.
The wellness area offers plenty of facilities including a 30C swimming pool, three saunas, steam bath, small kids pool, and indoor & outdoor massage baths. Everything seems to be spotlessly clean.
Most likely the best thing about the Hotel is food quality. The food selection is plentiful and varied with the addition of local specialties. Congratulations to a Chef and kitchen personnel!
On a downside, Wi-Fi is very slow in all areas and needs to be fixed. New room amenities and more machines in the gym would also do fine for the Hotel.
Overall, Royal Spa offers one of the best quality-price ratios in Serbian spa resorts.

Staff was great, extremely helpful. Spa area is great considering the hotel type and location.
Buffet was adequate but nothing was really warm even though we went to breakfast/dinner almost always as soon as the buffet opens.
Rooms are on a smaller side, clean, but quality of the bed is not that great, my back hurt...
Hotel is located next to the beautiful park and Kur-Salon which is must visit.

Just visiting, had a dessert for a snack at the restaurant. The waitron was very pleasant+ helpful
