Being a 3 🌟🌟🌟 hotel, having a pool and spa, situated in the middle of a forest close to the center of the town I can say that is a good stay for a couple of days.Recommend it.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated, but poorly maintained, especially the rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are devastated, walls and floors are dirty as if some hooligans raided them. Breakfast is on a three star hotel level. There is an open terrace overlooking the park, river and nearby hills which is very nice. The problem is that this terrace transforms in an open air...

Location is great, hotel is very clean, stuff is kind and helpfull. However, the restorant, that is just next to waterfall, hence is one of the highlights of staying there, is not working, but this did not reduce the price. Also , no soap in bathroom. Maybe it’s just due to covid situation and I guess in any normal time of year it can be great place to stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. All the receptionists we encountered were super helpful and spoke very good English. The food at breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

Excellent, fantastic, luxurious hotel in historic building in the centre of Cacak. Old style furniture in the public places and new comfortable one in the room. Wide staircase, large vestibules and lobbies, high ceilings everywhere, chic bed clothes, wonderful restaurant

Very nice and cozy right in the center of town. It is not luxurious but the roor are clean and nice. The food is excellent.

Great location, friendly people and nice accommodation! Make sure to get rooms on the first floor if you go there during summer… AC works great and the rooms on the first floor are better than one at the second floor. Food is great!!!

Everything was good but the room had some bad smell.

The rooms are nice, clean and wide. The service is good as well as their food. The biggest problem was noice from the restaurant. I slept there for 3 nights, actually I had only one night without noise. Every second night there was a party. The first one finished around 4:15am and the second one around 1am. I was expecting to rest and be ready for my work but it didn’t happen.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Serbia. The reason why is the best hotel because they made myself like I am at home. Every furtinuture was new and and place where we eat in the restaurant was amazing. Food was so delicious. Also breakfast too. One thank you to Goran, he was so helpful to us. We will definetly come again!

Something in between a hotel and a motel. Cleanliness should be on a higher level.

Went there few times. Each visit in Cacak I stay in this small hotel. Not without reason...Friendly staff, excellent food, quiet and very clean. Very good accommodation with fantastic comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Five stars from me!

Very big rooms, brakfast is excellent, lunch and dinner are not so big portions and waiters should be more polite and they must improve service. Reception staff is EXCELLENT!!!

Hotel Lane is a small hotel in town Sjenica, but staff is very kindly, rooms, bathrooms are clean. At winters there were very low temperatures you can park a car in garage if you imagine that the outside is temperature -20°C. I love it.

we got here by accident - road ahead close to city was missing and it was midnight :) hotel was for 35€ extremely nice. Very comfy beds, very nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was lets say Balkan style, fresh cheese, local bread only thing I was surprised - first time in my life breakfast without coffee :( for that one star down

Neat and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only complaint is that it is located in the roundabout next to the highway... for those who don't mind, it will be as if it were 5 stars.

Affordable and good accommodation. The staff is extremely pleasant and always available. The possibility of a variety of food in the restaurant accommodates everyone in agreement with the staff. Note, the new part of the accommodation is absolutely fine, while the older part is a bit cramped and next to the main road, so traffic noise can be annoying at night. Spacious parking in front of the accommodation

Full comited and focus group of young but expiriece people willing to help with any problem you may have on any kind of espresso coffee machines and equipment.

The hotel is placed in the city center, with the benefit to have whatever you need so close, but at night the square is noisy and teh windows are not insulated. Rooms are old and need a renovation: stinky, dirty moquette, full of stains, bathroom really old; my shower had a problem with draining system also. Cleaning of the room to be improved, I requested to have an extra clean and they did it quickly...

Centrally located on Kraljevo's town Square. Surrounded by shops, outdoor Café, restaurants, nightlife and souvenir vendors. The hotel itself offers a rooftop restaurant and ground floor bar-restaurant with wonderful views, food and outdoor seating on the town Square to enjoy a cocktail or espresso.

Excellent hotel surrounded by numerous eateries and coffee shops. Front desk staff spoke fluent English and made my stay a pleasure.

I liked that the pizza dough was thin. Pizza was tasy and the knives were very blunt so we had to eat the pizza with our hands. Restaurant is on the top of the hotel, at the terrase with nice view on the city center. Service was good.

It's an OK hotel, clean but they have a problem with smell coming of drains in some rooms (I asked to move to a different room - staff very helpful), breakfast so so. Parking was really full when we were there (February), you need some skill to park there. Location is great.

I always go to Hotel Crystal when I am in Kraljevo. They offer 24-hour service, fantastic apartments, and parking, which is a priority for me. The apartments are superb and very clean. They also provide a free buffet breakfast in the morning. I have been going there for the last few years and have never been disappointed. I will be visiting Kraljevo from Scotland in January 2025 with my son. See you...

Very clean. Friendly staff, and a reasonable breakfast buffet. The whole hotel as well as the rooms is a technical not seen in other hotels. The rooms have more electronic element than I never came to use. To the center about 4-5 min. Walk. Parking places plus a garage.

Breakfast and dinner room very small capacity, rooms toilet also so small. Hotel is clean and near center of Kraljevo.

The rooms are clean, but smoking is allowed so they smell. The shower door was broken, and the sauna out of order. Generally, it was a pretty decent experience. The breakfast options were great.

The single room is tiny but relatively clean, bathroom is spacious, the bed is comfy. The meal in restaurant is tasty and enough. Recommend for short stay. Location is good nearby park, quiet at night.

I recently stayed at Hotel Botika for a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier about my experience there. To be honest, this hotel set a new high standard for me- I wasn't expecting to find such a high quality hotel in Kraljevo, where I had some family matters to tend to (my family lives in a village nearby and I was visiting from North America). After my stay here I travelled around many countries...

Rooms are nice, but I didn't like that smoking is allowed in restourant and most of the rooms are for smoking. Waiting for meal is too long.

This hotel is in low budget kind of hotels. Therefore don't expect to find some luxury furniture or great decoration. I can definitely classify it in kind where you can have cheap stay for few nights.
