Apartman is confortable, it is very well eqiupped. You have cable tv with all the channels, everything for cooking including microwave. Bed is good, it is quiet place so i slept well. Good for the active vacation. Host is very nice and friendly

Osoblje je fantastično, kao i hrana i sam smeštaj. Na 7min od centra (kolima), obezbedjen parking. Zaista ispunila, čak i premašila sva očekivanja.
We were there a few years ago, so now in 2022 it could be different. Then we were very satisfyed, cleanlyness and the breakfast were excellent. This and last year we couldn't get any contact with them in the summer, there are no answer even to phone calls. This year they responded to our email ten days later, after we've found another accomodation. Very sad.
Everything was perfect, clean and warm room, delicious food, friendly hosts
Overall very good place, but there are some cons that guests should be concerned about. Some of these are general Kopaonik issues : 1. The water is not for drinking, you have to buy it in the store. There is a risk It mixes with irregular sewer water in the area. Also the bathroom smells of sewer occasionally. 2. If you have high cholesterol or blood pressure issues avoid the food. It's greasy and...
Vila Trag is very cosy mountain place. Apartments are spacy, comfortable, clean and warm. Food is delicious. They have mini bus that takes you to ski center. Only complain is that they don't have receptionist all day so you have to take room key with yourself.

Friendly stuff, very professional. Clean, comfy, tidy place. Food is extremly good, local ingridients, tasty and in large portions. Strongly suggest to try baked veal and soups. Two teracces, indoor, I am really glad to have breakfasts, lunches and dinners here. Been here with kids and friends.
Best meal we had in Kopaonik. Price is a bit higher than the average in town, but definitely worth it. Waiter was super friendly and food was amazing. They have plenty vegetarian options and portions are very generous.

Decent according to the old recipe "How much money, so much music"
The price is somewhat stronger than it should be, snow cleaning around the building itself is not very necessary. Our apartment was good and clean. Each apartment has a different owner. And for this money, you need to provide a parking space.
Not uniform apartments, quality depends on owners
Appartments are different as they have different owner. Our apartment was clean But furniture defect and oven did not bring water to cook within 1 hour. No storage for ski boots and skis. Location is quiet and has a restaurant on ground level where you pick the key. The restaurant has high rating on the internet pages. (We did not use so we can't rate)
It's good for the price. Warm, clean and close enough to the resort centre to walk with skis etc.

I dont know how the rooms are, but the Restaurant is not bad, the design is interesging and something different. The music and the athmosphere is more for younger people (20-35) and not very suitable for families but also okey. The Food is great but the Menu is bad, because its like reading a long boring book wich is not clear, please change the structure and the design of the Menu!!!!

The heating is perfect. It was -14 degrees outside and +24 degrees inside. The internet connection was perfect - fast and stable. It's in a good place! True is not easy to find! Brand new building! The view is magnificent! Friendly environment! Well equipped rooms with kitchen and clean bathroom! The farmer is also a good head! Helpful! The only problem is I don't mention that construction is going on and you can't relax!
Everything was ok, the host was correct, the apartment was clean and new, all praise. There would be 5 stars, but we had nowhere to throw trash so we piled up in the apartment.

Nice cabins, pretty good restaurant at the location. Buffet breakfast available for around 4 euros.
Excellent mountain cabin, very warm and cosy. Car parking is available which makes your vacation stress free. Food is superb, everything on menu is perfect. Hosts are more than friendly, they were available to us all the time during our stay for any assistance and help. We'll keep coming back for sure.
A litle far,but good serves
The villa is very cozy and clean. The food at its restaurant is delicious and cheap and the staff and people around are very warmhearted.
