Great place with a lot of things to do. In the centre of the Kop, great food, kindley stuff with good animatora of you vođe for team buildinig. Interesteing for haveing 5 days of good rest.

Good location , very good food, average spa and kind stuff. Room are big, bed too but room carpet was very dirty, tiles from bathroom broken and lock too. Prices are high and this is not place for quiet vacation because there are lot of small children. Generally hotel is ok.

Nice mid-price Hotel Four stars hotel renovated 6-7 years ago. For me, personally, is little bit far from ski-lift... When you are backing on skis to Hotel, you can ski to the doors

The hotel itself is pretty great, especially room 21. Owners are so nice and friendly. You won't have any problems communicating with them, they are both good english speakers. Room has an entrance really close to ski center so you can get there in no time. It's quite comfy and you have a feeling like you are at home.

Friendly people behind the reception desk, you can get helped in English. The food is not bad, but also not great, typical touristic buffet. The rooms are cleaned thouroughly each day. Should the weather be worse than expected, note that there is a guys with both stationary trainers and weights.

Rooms look good and the staff was very nice to us and actually helped us with everything we needed. On the down side, I don't feel the food is quite on par with other 4 star hotels. After a long time, we got an excellent hotel in the center of Kopaonik, and it is pet-friendly for all those like me who rarely leave behind our pet! A hotel which doesn’t provide heating during the summer season even when the temperature gets down to 4-5 degrees during the night surely doesn’t deserve 4 stars. We had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful, they even upgraded our room for free and gave us a nice big apartment. The food was great and delicious. The gym is brand new with tons of equipment and the spa center was awesome, especially the heated outside pool. The location couldn't be better. 10/10!

My family spend four days in this beautiful hotel. Rooms are new, and perfectly clean. Pool is great as well as jacuzzi. They serve tasty breakfast and dinner. Stuff are very welcoming and helpful.

Large but poorly furnished rooms, food is ok, spa is tiny and an appointment has to be made, no chill out area next to sauna. Parking is free but has very limited number of places which get quickly full. Quite far from the ski resort.

The rooms are very luxary and clean. There was WiFi and TV with over 50 chanales in English (this is something that we missed in a lot of hotels when traveling). The staff was very polite and helpful. In general if you are wondering where to go to ski or snowboard, I highly recommend hotel zoned!

The hotel is not bad. Most importantly, there is parking for hotel guests. The rooms are tidy and bring new towels every day. The food is great, but honestly what is not good is the hotel ski slope. The hotel does not have any ski pass discount for hotel guests. The ski pass is quite expensive for about 400 meters of trail. The price for a ski pass is around 15 euros Per/Day.

Our favorite place for winter vacation. Warm, cozy, and family atmosphere. It's epidemiologically perfect and I love it, feeling completely safe. They have small wonderful private spa for 4 persons it's great for families like ours. I recommend booking spa in advance.

Some other 4 star hotel feels better, but this is also a really good one, if you are not bothered by details. Hotel - Consisted of numerous buildings, with a lot of stairs between them. There is a free limited parking in front of the hotel, next to the street and additional one, charged 700rsd per day, if I can recall. If you are up for a combination of luxury and nature, this is the right place for you. It has a concept of an urban village; you can find everything you need: groceries, pharmacies, souvenir shops etc. But always keep in mind that you mustn't litter, since this is a nature reserve.

Friendliest and most helpful host we've ever met. Food was always different and always delicious. House was warm, had everything you need. There are nearby SPAs, restaurants and a market. The only downside is that you have to go home afterwards :)

Good conditions for this price in this location. The room was very warm, the staff is very helpfull and welcoming. All essentials are available, including paking place we requested. Requires a short drive to the ski trails infrastructure.

Location is perfect, hotel is located a very close to gondola station. Village is on around 1000m altitude and it has perfect condition in winter and summer. The hotel is close to main road and is it easy to find and access. Small family hotel with a very nice hosts. The building and the hotel is a bit old but for the price and quality it is just perfect.

The spa near H apartment was ridiculous. It was cold, hygiene was not satisfactory. Staff was unpleasant, unattentive. Plus it is ridiculous that I need to give my id card to enter a spa. I have never seen such outrageously stupid rules. Not recommend at all. The apartment that I stayed in M4 was high level! But I will see to find some other place with spa to stay at next time.

Nice and quiet place, exeptional view, beautiful nature. During the winter time perfect for skiers, during the spring, summer or autumn perfect for walking, cycling, relaxing.

Lifts to the slopes are not close though but there's ski bus and taxis so you can come and go whenever you want.

Really nice and cozy place to visit and stay during your trip to Kopaonik. Cable car is only a few minutes ride from home and it isn't expensive. The far best thing about the place is that host is more than hospitable. He helped us with transportation, food and gave us other local tips and tricks. I recommend it to everyone! Have a nice stay!

We visited the house for the second time this year and were not disappointed. The villa is extremely warm and clean with everything you need for a good holiday. The host Miladin is very responsive and hospitable. We will definitely be back again! Thank you for everything!
