We had a great time. The staff was extremely helpful, they even upgraded our room for free and gave us a nice big apartment. The food was great and delicious. The gym is brand new with tons of equipment and the spa center was awesome, especially the heated outside pool. The location couldn't be better. 10/10!

There are 3 kinds of rooms, old ones, half renovated and full renovated. Avoid 1st ones, 2nd ones are cool, and 3rd I've not seen. Food is great. Staff is pleasant.

Good hotel. Everything written in the description is correct. The pictures show how the apartments really look. They offer a variety of delicious food. Friendly staff in the dining room. Very warm in the apartment. There is a shuttle service to the ski resort. The only complaint is the bad smell in the bathroom.

For sure the most luxurious hotel on Kopaonik. Great location, just a few meters from the ski slope. Friendly staff and nice interior. The rooms are comfy. Hotel cleanliness is at a high standard. Nice mid-price Hotel Four stars hotel renovated 6-7 years ago. For me, personally, is little bit far from ski-lift... When you are backing on skis to Hotel, you can ski to the doors

The hotel itself is pretty great, especially room 21. Owners are so nice and friendly. You won't have any problems communicating with them, they are both good english speakers. Room has an entrance really close to ski center so you can get there in no time. It's quite comfy and you have a feeling like you are at home.

Friendly people behind the reception desk, you can get helped in English. The food is not bad, but also not great, typical touristic buffet. The rooms are cleaned thouroughly each day. Should the weather be worse than expected, note that there is a guys with both stationary trainers and weights.

Wonderfully restful place, friendly, good food, great massages in the spa at reasonable prices, house ski slope is good for beginner practice and a short walk to gondola taking you up to the Kopaonik ski system

The hotel is not bad. Most importantly, there is parking for hotel guests. The rooms are tidy and bring new towels every day. The food is great, but honestly what is not good is the hotel ski slope. The hotel does not have any ski pass discount for hotel guests. The ski pass is quite expensive for about 400 meters of trail. The price for a ski pass is around 15 euros Per/Day.

Our favorite place for winter vacation. Warm, cozy, and family atmosphere. It's epidemiologically perfect and I love it, feeling completely safe. They have small wonderful private spa for 4 persons it's great for families like ours. I recommend booking spa in advance.

Some other 4 star hotel feels better, but this is also a really good one, if you are not bothered by details. Hotel - Consisted of numerous buildings, with a lot of stairs between them. If you are up for a combination of luxury and nature, this is the right place for you. It has a concept of an urban village; you can find everything you need: groceries, pharmacies, souvenir shops etc. But always keep in mind that you mustn't litter, since this is a nature reserve.

Location is perfect, hotel is located a very close to gondola station. Village is on around 1000m altitude and it has perfect condition in winter and summer. The hotel is close to main road and is it easy to find and access. Small family hotel with a very nice hosts. The spa near H apartment was ridiculous. It was cold, hygiene was not satisfactory. Staff was unpleasant, unattentive. Plus it is ridiculous that I need to give my id card to enter a spa. I have never seen such outrageously stupid rules. Not recommend at all. The apartment that I stayed in M4 was high level! But I will see to find some other place with spa to stay at next time.

Nice place a bit far from the Kopaonik ski resort. But they provide ski buses for a very cheap price, 600 dinars (5 Euros) for 2 people,turn around ticket. There are a few nice restaurants around the area, rather calm than buzzing.

Nice place to spend some time and relax. The architecture is beautiful and the prices for both housing and food are reasonable. The services could use an improvement, but nothing too bothersome. All in all this place is pretty great if you want to spend a few nights around that location.

Mixed emotions, they do have great donuts and outside (when the weather is fine) is ok, however inside accomodation and overall service is not good. Sign "do not enter the restaurant if you are not going to eat" is a scandal!

The best place for a break on the track. Very spacious still sometimes overcrowded because it's really amazing. During the season peak there is a live band performing in front of the Hotel and the atmosphere is great. Hotel also provides accommodation.

It's a nice rustic place, cosy and comfy. Our apartment was big with a balcony. It's a bit far from the center, about 15 min drive. It could be more clean, it was ok but there were two ugly dirty chairs that ruined first impression. We had problems with water pressure. They offer a half board service at reasonable price.
