The hotel is placed in the city center, with the benefit to have whatever you need so close, but at night the square is noisy and teh windows are not insulated. Rooms are old and need a renovation: stinky, dirty moquette, full of stains, bathroom really old; my shower had a problem with draining system also. Cleaning of the room to be improved, I requested to have an extra clean and they did it quickly...

Centrally located on Kraljevo's town Square. Surrounded by shops, outdoor Café, restaurants, nightlife and souvenir vendors. The hotel itself offers a rooftop restaurant and ground floor bar-restaurant with wonderful views, food and outdoor seating on the town Square to enjoy a cocktail or espresso.

Excellent hotel surrounded by numerous eateries and coffee shops. Front desk staff spoke fluent English and made my stay a pleasure.

I liked that the pizza dough was thin. Pizza was tasy and the knives were very blunt so we had to eat the pizza with our hands. Restaurant is on the top of the hotel, at the terrase with nice view on the city center. Service was good.

It's an OK hotel, clean but they have a problem with smell coming of drains in some rooms (I asked to move to a different room - staff very helpful), breakfast so so. Parking was really full when we were there (February), you need some skill to park there. Location is great.

The rooms are clean, but smoking is allowed so they smell. The shower door was broken, and the sauna out of order. Generally, it was a pretty decent experience. The breakfast options were great.

The single room is tiny but relatively clean, bathroom is spacious, the bed is comfy. The meal in restaurant is tasty and enough. Recommend for short stay. Location is good nearby park, quiet at night.

I recently stayed at Hotel Botika for a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier about my experience there. To be honest, this hotel set a new high standard for me- I wasn't expecting to find such a high quality hotel in Kraljevo, where I had some family matters to tend to (my family lives in a village nearby and I was visiting from North America). After my stay here I travelled around many countries...

Rooms are nice, but I didn't like that smoking is allowed in restourant and most of the rooms are for smoking. Waiting for meal is too long.

Breakfast and dinner room very small capacity, rooms toilet also so small. Hotel is clean and near center of Kraljevo.

Nice clean room at good price.. only complaint is that there's no lift here. If u get higher floor rooms.. get ready to climb

Rooms are really spacious and good. We left in the middle of the night and got a good breakfastpackage for the road.

A bit secluded, far enough from the city center. Its parking has space for a dozen cars or more. The apartments are of standard quality. Quiet and inexpensive. The food is great and meals are abundant. What else?

Hotel is near the city center, so very good location. My room was pretty simple, but that's what you get for small amount of money. Affordable and good accommodation. The staff is extremely pleasant and always available. The possibility of a variety of food in the restaurant accommodates everyone in agreement with the staff. Note, the new part of the accommodation is absolutely fine, while the older part is a bit cramped and next to the main road, so traffic noise can be annoying at night. Small hotel, a bit far from the centre, but close to Vrnjačke Terme (ask for tickets, it's cheaper when you buy at the hotel!) A taxi service from the centre is not expensive (200 din) and highly recommended. Clean, comfortable double room, unfortunately no view from our windows (Suggest neighbors to clean their yards, not to create scrapyard in a hotel environment. It's not really neighbourly!) Good...

Everything is excellent! We are staying at de luxe room, which is perfectly clean, neat, big enough, with the balcony, A/C is working, wifi works, food is great!!! I recomend strongly, especially to bring kids here. There is a cute playground at reception desk. Staff is extremely pleasant. The ceiling in the bathroom was such a cool surprise - cloudy sky.

The location is excellent, right on the set list. The reception staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are small but not very clean. The restaurant staff is a disaster. Horribly uncultured and rude, more precisely, plain. This does not apply to working girls, only and exclusively to male waiters. Throwing insults at guests and breaking into other people's conversations, as well as commenting...

The building is located in the center of the city, next to the promenade, the rooms and apartments are on the first floor, while on the ground floor there is a restaurant with a large garden. They have private free parking for guests, as well as a charger for electric vehicles. The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Highly recommended to everyone, because it has a pocket for everyone.

All recommendations. Rooms are beautifull, clean, and located in peacefull part of town but it's close to center and all others interesting locations in Vrnjacka Banja.

Fabulous and nice hosts made our stay unforgettable and enjoyable. Everything looks as on the photos. The deluxe apartment we stayed at had a nice garden and sitting area and was overall really comfortable. The apartment is in the quiet street very near to the center.

A week ago I stayed in this mini app or you say room with a bathroom and basic accessories with a mini fridge. Everything is as described, perfectly clean and tidy.. Bathroom room, right next to the set, but also to a tavern that has live music until early morning hours. The owner is extremely kind, unobtrusive. Auxiliary bed is very small and uncomfortable. I recommend for a short break. Within the room there is a small refrigerator, a coffee maker and a sofa. Bathroom very decent.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. So spacious, well organized. Staff is very kind and helpful. They granted all our wishes. Hotel is refurnished two years ago and looks nice. For our taste food is fine. Not too big choice but still very tasteful and different every day. There is vegetarian food too. Spa area is not to big but quite enough for this size hotel. Very neat and clean. Our room (#15) was too small, but others are bigger. They offer breakfast buffet, and there's a bar. Awesome location, close to the city center. There's a supermarket across the street. Gym, dentist, gas station and main bus station all in 50 meters radius.

The shower cabin was leaking, the terrace doors wouldn't close, food was so so, but the staff was super nice. For a 4* hotel it should be much better.

Looks absolutely terrible from the outside, desperately needs a new facade. Rooms are small and stuffed but modern looking and clean with lots of storage space for clothing. Great water pressure for those who care about that (I do). Disappointed by the fact there was no ironing service, for a 4 star hotel this seemed unacceptable, had to bring my own iron and do it myself on a towel inside the room...

Well organized hotel, with great customer service and reception desk and parking. Rooms are very clean and well equipped (IPTV, internet, air condition, hair dryer, towels etc.) Great SPA with big swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. Also there is a recreation room with table tennis and snooker.

Very good apartment, very friendly service in the spa/wellness (Zeljana is the most kind girl I've met in a while). But the bathroom in the apartment definitely needs a renovation... All in all, i enjoyed the time spent there

Excellent place to enjoy the spa in a hotel environment. The wellness centre is fantastic with a great range of spas, saunas, and pools. Freshly made drinks are available and it's reasonably priced. The outdoor pool is great for families and a nice spot to have a meal or drink. Would highly recommend the 3hr wellness package for day visitors and would love to spend a couple of nights here just unwinding

For a wellness & spa centre , smoking allowed inside is strange. If you order a drink in the Bar and you want to pay with card- you have to go to the Reception, because they have no device for paying with card in the Bar.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but have actually reserved a dinner at their restaurant which is open to outside guests. Since it was Friday evening, there was a live band, singing and playing a guitar, some of ex-yu music hits. We had a great meal enjoying listening to them. The food 🧆 was absolutely delicious, considering that their prices were not that high, we expected smaller portions, but actually...

Hotel Fontana is located in the most beautiful location in Vrnjacka Banja. Near the big park and the bars. The negative part is that there is very little parking space. The breakfast is not for high rating, too little choice and not all food was tasty. Also too many conditions for using the spa centers. In our room the ventilation did not work, and also when we was leaving the hotel, at the reception...

Good accomodation in every way. Great SPA with different types of sauna, tepidariums, smashed ice, indoor pool. Clean, modern ambient, comfort beds. Polite stuff.

The SPA and the restaurant of Fontana makes it a landmark point for this beautiful city. I highly recommend this hotel which is located few meters away from the Parc and the touristic attractions of the city

I went with my boyfriend and sister for a cup of coffee/nes coffee and it was good. The place is clean as well as toilets. The staff is nice, too. The music is good as well, the terrace is spacious and it's very pleasant to sit in Fontana.

We visited them last year for lovefest, although we arrived much later, we had absolutely no problem. Very nice people! Rooms clean and tidy, every recommendation! See you next year. :)

The villa has a great location, very close to the center and right next to the park. The hosts are very pleasant, helpful and always available. The attitude towards guests is relaxed, so guests feel at home. Rooms are air conditioned and clean, and beds are comfortable.

This spa center has very friendly staff and nice and spacious rooms, that are fully equipped. Had the massage and it was excellent and very relaxing. Its situated in quiet neighbourhood and yet only a short walking distance from the vrnjačka banja center.

It's a nice, clean place just uphill from the town centre. My husband and I travelled with a baby and we were very satisfied. They provided free parking and a crib for the baby. The room was accessible by stairs only but there was a place to store the stroller. The staff was super friendly and catered to our every need. The massage was also great!
