The hotel is placed in the city center, with the benefit to have whatever you need so close, but at night the square is noisy and teh windows are not insulated. Rooms are old and need a renovation: stinky, dirty moquette, full of stains, bathroom really old; my shower had a problem with draining system also. Cleaning of the room to be improved, I requested to have an extra clean and they did it quickly...

Centrally located on Kraljevo's town Square. Surrounded by shops, outdoor Café, restaurants, nightlife and souvenir vendors. The hotel itself offers a rooftop restaurant and ground floor bar-restaurant with wonderful views, food and outdoor seating on the town Square to enjoy a cocktail or espresso.

Excellent hotel surrounded by numerous eateries and coffee shops. Front desk staff spoke fluent English and made my stay a pleasure.

I liked that the pizza dough was thin. Pizza was tasy and the knives were very blunt so we had to eat the pizza with our hands. Restaurant is on the top of the hotel, at the terrase with nice view on the city center. Service was good.

It's an OK hotel, clean but they have a problem with smell coming of drains in some rooms (I asked to move to a different room - staff very helpful), breakfast so so. Parking was really full when we were there (February), you need some skill to park there. Location is great.

The rooms are clean, but smoking is allowed so they smell. The shower door was broken, and the sauna out of order. Generally, it was a pretty decent experience. The breakfast options were great.

The single room is tiny but relatively clean, bathroom is spacious, the bed is comfy. The meal in restaurant is tasty and enough. Recommend for short stay. Location is good nearby park, quiet at night.

I recently stayed at Hotel Botika for a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier about my experience there. To be honest, this hotel set a new high standard for me- I wasn't expecting to find such a high quality hotel in Kraljevo, where I had some family matters to tend to (my family lives in a village nearby and I was visiting from North America). After my stay here I travelled around many countries...

Rooms are nice, but I didn't like that smoking is allowed in restourant and most of the rooms are for smoking. Waiting for meal is too long.

Rooms are really spacious and good. We left in the middle of the night and got a good breakfastpackage for the road.

Affordable and good accommodation. The staff is extremely pleasant and always available. The possibility of a variety of food in the restaurant accommodates everyone in agreement with the staff. Note, the new part of the accommodation is absolutely fine, while the older part is a bit cramped and next to the main road, so traffic noise can be annoying at night. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. So spacious, well organized. Staff is very kind and helpful. They granted all our wishes. Hotel is refurnished two years ago and looks nice. The shower cabin was leaking, the terrace doors wouldn't close, food was so so, but the staff was super nice. For a 4* hotel it should be much better.

Looks absolutely terrible from the outside, desperately needs a new facade. Rooms are small and stuffed but modern looking and clean with lots of storage space for clothing. Great water pressure for those who care about that (I do). Disappointed by the fact there was no ironing service, for a 4 star hotel this seemed unacceptable, had to bring my own iron and do it myself on a towel inside the room...

Well organized hotel, with great customer service and reception desk and parking. Rooms are very clean and well equipped (IPTV, internet, air condition, hair dryer, towels etc.) Great SPA with big swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. Also there is a recreation room with table tennis and snooker.

Very good apartment, very friendly service in the spa/wellness (Zeljana is the most kind girl I've met in a while). But the bathroom in the apartment definitely needs a renovation... All in all, i enjoyed the time spent there

Excellent place to enjoy the spa in a hotel environment. The wellness centre is fantastic with a great range of spas, saunas, and pools. Freshly made drinks are available and it's reasonably priced. The outdoor pool is great for families and a nice spot to have a meal or drink. Would highly recommend the 3hr wellness package for day visitors and would love to spend a couple of nights here just unwinding

For a wellness & spa centre , smoking allowed inside is strange. If you order a drink in the Bar and you want to pay with card- you have to go to the Reception, because they have no device for paying with card in the Bar.

One&Only true Resort in this area with outdoor pools for adults and kids. Great food! Big SPA with great massages! Service is top notch.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but have actually reserved a dinner at their restaurant which is open to outside guests. Since it was Friday evening, there was a live band, singing and playing a guitar, some of ex-yu music hits. We had a great meal enjoying listening to them. The food 🧆 was absolutely delicious, considering that their prices were not that high, we expected smaller portions, but actually...

Hotel Fontana is located in the most beautiful location in Vrnjacka Banja. Near the big park and the bars. The negative part is that there is very little parking space. The breakfast is not for high rating, too little choice and not all food was tasty. Also too many conditions for using the spa centers. In our room the ventilation did not work, and also when we was leaving the hotel, at the reception...

The SPA and the restaurant of Fontana makes it a landmark point for this beautiful city. I highly recommend this hotel which is located few meters away from the Parc and the touristic attractions of the city

I went with my boyfriend and sister for a cup of coffee/nes coffee and it was good. The place is clean as well as toilets. The staff is nice, too. The music is good as well, the terrace is spacious and it's very pleasant to sit in Fontana.

Think pool table, swimming pool 28C, basketball courts, football field, table tennis, kids play ground (with slides, seesaws, tree houses, trampoline), gazebos and beautiful rich nature. My room for 3 had a double bed and a single bed. The room was bed and clean. A wide variety of good breakfast options. The staff is nice.

The rooms are nice, clean and wide. The service is good as well as their food. The biggest problem was noice from the restaurant. I slept there for 3 nights, actually I had only one night without noise. Every second night there was a party. The first one finished around 4:15am and the second one around 1am. I was expecting to rest and be ready for my work but it didn’t happen.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Serbia. The reason why is the best hotel because they made myself like I am at home. Every furtinuture was new and and place where we eat in the restaurant was amazing. Food was so delicious. Also breakfast too. One thank you to Goran, he was so helpful to us. We will definetly come again!

Went there few times. Each visit in Cacak I stay in this small hotel. Not without reason...Friendly staff, excellent food, quiet and very clean. Very good accommodation with fantastic comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Five stars from me!

Very big rooms, brakfast is excellent, lunch and dinner are not so big portions and waiters should be more polite and they must improve service. Reception staff is EXCELLENT!!!

The property was very clean and comfortable. All the receptionists we encountered were super helpful and spoke very good English. The food at breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

The first hotel in the area, the restaurant downstairs is good, there is Mustang 3km away from the hotel which is also the best restaurant in the area, opposite is the House Club. There is no car rental point inside Belgrade Airport. You have to drag your suitcase across the street to find a parking lot with a collection of car rental companies below.

Easily the nicest hotel in Kragujevac. Clean, modern, with all the amenities you could ask for. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and the beds are comfortable too. The restaurant is excellent and my only feedback would be to have some traditional Serbian options in the menu, like palicinke for breakfast. Overall, excellent hotel

The facilities are amazing, everything from decor to the spa was superb, staff very welcoming and helpful, on one of the nights we had the spa all to ourselves and the hotel had a great vibe. Great Amazing place. Great rooms, everything is new and shining. Awesome wellness/spa center. Very nice and friendly staff. The only thing I can complaint about (although it's not really specific to this hotel, but rather to the whole Serbia) is smoking in the restaurant, even during breakfast.

Everything is fine while at the property, but surroundings have a lot to desire. In addition, the air conditioner barely worked (wasn't dead but very weak).

we stopped here passing through as we drove the mountain roads of serbia through bosnia to dubrovnik croatia. hotel is a great value. clean with extremely friendly staff. checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. breakfast was included and they made me an almond milk latte which was quite tasty. breakfast is what you expect for this level hotel had cereals, eggs , sausage etc. would highly recommend...

The receptionist kindly moved me to a quieter (better) room as there was a noisy function being held there, they promptly repaired a few small issues in the room and even found my misplaced room key! What could have been a tough experience became a joy. Thanks

Great hotel in the heart of Kragujevac. The room was clean, Internet worked stable, and the staff is very welcoming. The best view of the city. Despite the smoking being permitted in the room, there was no smell from the previous visitors, whatsoever. Can recommend the stay here.

Good place, clean and nice staff. Have bad AC for hot summer days, and bad fridge. Everthing else is okay and met expectation.

Good hotel with an old and quality furniture and own atmosphere of noblle vila. Only one disadvantage for me was narrow way to the parking place if you are with big car maybe can not park there. Parking is for maximum 5 cars small and middle size.

A pink Villa in balkan-Spanish style, 5 minutes walking from the centre of the town. Nice rooms with wood floor, a nice balcony and all the comforts of a superior hotel, broadband wifi included! The price is very interesting and the staff very professional and accurate.

Being a 3 🌟🌟🌟 hotel, having a pool and spa, situated in the middle of a forest close to the center of the town I can say that is a good stay for a couple of days.Recommend it.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated, but poorly maintained, especially the rooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are devastated, walls and floors are dirty as if some hooligans raided them. Breakfast is on a three star hotel level. There is an open terrace overlooking the park, river and nearby hills which is very nice. The problem is that this terrace transforms in an open air...
