Acceptable. I don’t know for 4 stars but categorization is always questionable. Room was clean and with with nice terrace. Breakfast was very poor. However, there is no better deal in Leskovac

Very good hotel on the main square in Leskovac. The room was big and spacious and with a lovely terrace overlooking the square. Breakfast is very nice and the hotel has an excellent restaurant. Great quality meats! Would recommend this hotel (and the restaurant) when in Leskovac.

Everything at this hotel is very nice, food, room, etc. But there is a problem. The hotel has no parking. So you have to park pretty far away from the hotel and if you have luggages its kinda hard to carry them to the hotel. You may also have to pay attention to the parking system, otherwise you might be ticketed.

Great international and local cousine, good location with spacious parking lot near restaurant. Accommodation is also good as well as hygiene. Polite staff, live music in restaurant. Reasonable prices. Number one choice if you are visiting Leskovac.

Everything is very good...rooms are clean, comfortable, staff are so kind, location is excelant, you are in the city center by the foot in few minutes.

The hotel was clean, the room was warm and comfortable. There was a party downstairs in the venue, but I can’t say I was disturbed or that I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was also tasty. We were in transit, just one night, but it was perfect.

Very nice hotel. The price is more then a correct. The rooms are big and clean with very conformable beds. Breakfast is very good. I was surprised to find so good hotel in this part of Serbia. All recommendations. Just check is there some celebration in the hall. That can ruin your stay is you wish to sleep!

We didn't expect much during the journey transit way, but the staff and owners were very helpful, room was clean with the right price and the traditional brakefast was tasty ( with vegetables and local- traditional meats) I recommend ...but think about separate eating place for a not smoking people please

Perfektní ubytování na cestě do Řecka a z Řecka. Kousek od dálnice a přitom klidné. Nekuřácký pokoj. V přízemí krámek s možností nákupu. Kousek do restaurace s možností večeře.

Everything was great. Ideal accomodation for rest on route E75 heading to Greece. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms look super modern and clean.Certainly recommended 👌🏻

Konak Iris is very good place. It is very clean and the hosts are very helpful and responsive. Predejane is very good place for family vacation. The air is clean, and the weather is perfect. Predejane is particulary in the mountain.

Location is nice, pool is small but nice as well. Food options are limited but what is available will be served fast, warm and in decent quality. It is really close to center of Niška Banja spa and all it's content so it is easy to experience all that Niška Banja has to offer.

great destination - by the river - 3,5 km walk to down-town; great for running and exploring the city. it is peacfull. very friendly hosts.

Rooms looks very nice just as whole ambient. The bad thing is wi-fi whitch doesn’t work just as ac. Stuff is very arogant and uncomfortable. I felt really judged by their talk and looks. The room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days just as pool ( water was full of grass bugs and it was fuzzy... )

Located few steps from the town center, at a busy street, yet far enough for the traffic noise not to be a problem. The room looks exactly as on the pictures - quite modern and new. They mean business when they mention soundproofing. And that comes from people, who are very sensitive to unwanted noise. Its a small place suitable for overnight sleep. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Rooms have flat screen tv and air condition. Food in restaurant is tasty and really cheap. Location is near road so light sleepers might have a probem. One night with lunch was 36€ and i payed 5€ for dinner. Parking is small and mostly full. Overall good value for its money.

Great place. Clean, modern. You have all you need for your stay: towels, fridge, TV, A/C, water heater for tea or coffee, coffee, parking (for 3 cars). Great price.

We stayed for one night when we were travelling from Turkey to Belgium. We made a reservation on its official website and we got an answer in few minutes. They informed us that check-in was possible at any time. Big and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. safe private parking.

The hotel was a real discovery. Located on the outskirts of the city of Niš, inside it is beautifully decorated, the breakfast was also delicious. A colleague and I took the family room and it was the best of what we met on the way from Moscow to Athens. On the territory there is free parking for cars, there is free wireless internet. From the windows overlooking the old city.

As we arrived, we had problems with the car. The reception was very kind and swift to offer their help. In less than 10 minutes the manager came to us and was very kind to help us and arrange a meeting for us in an official car service. Other than that, the service was professional and kind. Nice house located top of hill near center. Facilities are basic, but good. Hostel is clean also. We accidentally forgot to return the room key. We put it in the letter box with address at last village before Romania. Sadly it was Easter and we didn't have any staps. Hopefully the keys will get through.

The hotel is in a good location, even if you don't have a car you can reach it by bus from Nis city center. Sits in a mountainous part with great view. Some parts of the premises show the effect of time. When we stayed it rained and water found its way into our bathroom in the 5th floor. The breakfast was OK. The best think I'd say is how kind the staff was.

Amazed by the service provided. We had to switch place in the middle of the night. The receptionist greed us and answered all our needs.

Hostel is great. 4/5 because the owners were cold & stiff, wouldn't describe them as "friendly" at all. But they were probably just having a bad day and weren't expecting me to show up impromptu without booking in advance.

This is the best place to stay in Nis! The man who welcomed us was so nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of information about the city - what to visit, how to get there, good restaurants and places to eat in general. He gave us a map and also provided us with an amazing and clean room! My friend and I wanted to stay in a room with a private bathroom and two beds, he gave us in my opinion the best one...

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean. They even called us a taxi when we were leaving for the bus station. The price is very good for the quality of the hostel. I recommend.

I came here solo hoping to meet other travelers but It was empty during my time except when I checked out I saw that there was a family staying with their children. The facility is clean. I just wish it was more social.

A very small and pretty hostel, more similar to a B&B than to many other hostels. We were in a room for two which was spacious and pretty, There's a lovely garden and a small but functional kitchen, and no other communal areas. I think this hostel might be better for a trip with friends than for a solo traveler. It's located in a very quiet street, but the city center is just a five minute walk.
