Location is nice, pool is small but nice as well. Food options are limited but what is available will be served fast, warm and in decent quality. It is really close to center of Niška Banja spa and all it's content so it is easy to experience all that Niška Banja has to offer.

great destination - by the river - 3,5 km walk to down-town; great for running and exploring the city. it is peacfull. very friendly hosts.

Rooms looks very nice just as whole ambient. The bad thing is wi-fi whitch doesn’t work just as ac. Stuff is very arogant and uncomfortable. I felt really judged by their talk and looks. The room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days just as pool ( water was full of grass bugs and it was fuzzy... )

Located few steps from the town center, at a busy street, yet far enough for the traffic noise not to be a problem. The room looks exactly as on the pictures - quite modern and new. They mean business when they mention soundproofing. And that comes from people, who are very sensitive to unwanted noise. We stayed for one night when we were travelling from Turkey to Belgium. We made a reservation on its official website and we got an answer in few minutes. They informed us that check-in was possible at any time. Big and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. safe private parking.

The hotel was a real discovery. Located on the outskirts of the city of Niš, inside it is beautifully decorated, the breakfast was also delicious. A colleague and I took the family room and it was the best of what we met on the way from Moscow to Athens. On the territory there is free parking for cars, there is free wireless internet. Wonderful place. My friends and I stayed here for two nights and everything was perfect. The rooms were big and very clean. The breakfast was filling. The stay was so kind and went out of their way. The court yard for morning coffee or afternoon drinks is very relaxing. Definitely will return to this hidden gem. It is a great value for money.

Quiet location and and all you need: shower gel and soap, napkins, wi fi, parking spot, instant coffee for the morning (it's a family business, not a regular hotel with reception and staff on the location). There was pigeon droppings on the terrace and no one had made any effort to clean it up. It was basically unusable. The service was very slow — we waited an entire hour just to be served breakfast... Nothing special... .....................

The hotel is quite good, there is no one at the reception desk almost the whole time, but the people on the adjacent restaurant ( where breakfast is served) are quite helpful Most rooms have a balcony so that's definitely a plus And A/C is so great for Serbian summers :) More on my YouTube channel Lex Universe

We got a large and nice room. Clean, with A/C and large TV. Could be difficult to find a parking space but for one night there was no problem. I definitely recommend it.

There were three of us (grandmother/mother, daughter and granddaughter). The room did not match the description at all. We were not accommodated in the main building, but in new apartments across the road. We had to drag heavy suitcases to the second floor, there is no elevator. The room was not cozy at all and not for a family. There were 4 single beds in a long room. There was nothing that tired...

Room hygiene needs to be improved, and broken facilities need to be repaired promptly.

We stayed in new rooms that were newly made available opposite the actual hostel. The rooms were clean and the landlord was accommodating. We were there for the jazz festival so it was a bit noisy. The hostel has no reception and is above a restaurant, so there are smells... hence the point deduction

A very small and pretty hostel, more similar to a B&B than to many other hostels. We were in a room for two which was spacious and pretty, There's a lovely garden and a small but functional kitchen, and no other communal areas. I think this hostel might be better for a trip with friends than for a solo traveler. It's located in a very quiet street, but the city center is just a five minute walk.

Hostel is great. 4/5 because the owners were cold & stiff, wouldn't describe them as "friendly" at all. But they were probably just having a bad day and weren't expecting me to show up impromptu without booking in advance.

This is the best place to stay in Nis! The man who welcomed us was so nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of information about the city - what to visit, how to get there, good restaurants and places to eat in general. He gave us a map and also provided us with an amazing and clean room! My friend and I wanted to stay in a room with a private bathroom and two beds, he gave us in my opinion the best one...

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean. They even called us a taxi when we were leaving for the bus station. The price is very good for the quality of the hostel. I recommend.

I came here solo hoping to meet other travelers but It was empty during my time except when I checked out I saw that there was a family staying with their children. The facility is clean. I just wish it was more social.
