I spent New Year's Eve here and I can say that I had a good accommodation and adequate services. The pool, the massage and the spa were OK. In terms of hospitality, our Serbian neighbors should work a little more. Spa is with non standard cold water and add on payment for Sauna. Very poor fitness zone So it is a hotel without spa or fitness

Had a business conferences there and all I can say is well done. The staff I so friendly and helping the rooms are spotless and the food... the food was amazing! 15/10

This is currently the best hotel on the Silver Lake. It is decorated with taste, the rooms are nice and clean and the staff is friendly. My family and I liked the pool area the most. Although it is an indoor pool, it has an exit to the garden, so you can enjoy the sun. It deserves 4 stars.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Marina, the receptionist, had a great role in all this as she was kind enough to also give us touristic information in a very good english.
