The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy, and it was very quiet. The hotel has everything you need, proper room service, store, ATM, etc. The underground parking lot is very convenient. Its just next to gondola.

At the ski track, loads of activities for small kids, great spa mega awesome staff which always finds a way to help you. Meals are amazing, restaurant level service in a buffet with local specialties and international cousine. Cannot recommend enough, it so easy to be here..

Such an amazing place to stay and have fun with either your family or friends.
Food is so delicious and you have a variety to choose from.

The location is amazing, countless opportunities for hiking and sightseeing, the views from the nearby mountain tops are amazing! The rooms are nice and clean, there is free WiFi in every room, the only issue we had with the rooms was that the shower head was leaky.
One of the biggest problems for me was that for dinner and lunch most options were not vegetarian friendly, and definitely not vegan friendly.

Excellent hotel at a wonderful location. Nestled on the Stara planina right below the spectacular rock formation called Babin zub. This hotel offers great hiking and skiing experience especially for skiing beginners as it has great, very easy blue tracks with wonderful views. The hotel also offers a suiting spa experience and buffet-type dining service with a large variety of delicious food!

Huge variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner! But some of it was just average in taste. Room was generally ok, the service in the restaurant and game room could be improved. I was there during summer so it wasn't crowded, but I think during winter the SPA could be smallish. For the relatively high price I expected a bit more, but all in all it was pretty good.
