The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy, and it was very quiet. The hotel has everything you need, proper room service, store, ATM, etc. The underground parking lot is very convenient. Its just next to gondola.

Excellent location, rooms, service, amenities, pool massage ski resort. Road to hotel needs mending.

At the ski track, loads of activities for small kids, great spa mega awesome staff which always finds a way to help you. Meals are amazing, restaurant level service in a buffet with local specialties and international cousine. Cannot recommend enough, it so easy to be here..

The location is amazing, countless opportunities for hiking and sightseeing, the views from the nearby mountain tops are amazing! The rooms are nice and clean, there is free WiFi in every room, the only issue we had with the rooms was that the shower head was leaky. One of the biggest problems for me was that for dinner and lunch most options were not vegetarian friendly, and definitely not vegan...

Receptionist was very polite, the rooms are clean and well organized, there’s wifi and very hot water!

Clean rooms, fast and strong wifi, well organised. Hotel info in Serbian and English. Parking spaces can be a bit tight to reverse out of but you could always park down the side. Good value for a stop over while passing through Pirot.
