Room was good and staff was friendly. Staff didnt speak neither english or finnish. Wich is intresting considering the location.

Well if you're Svetogorsk as a foreigner, you're only here for work. I'm not sure if there are any other hotels so I can't really compare but the hotel is adequate. It looks like an office building but the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The restaurant though small is adequate. The staff here are very friendly

Despite the appearance of the hotels of Soviet times, the service is decent, especially the CAFE !!! Recommend to fellow travellers!

Great place to relax. Very beautiful and picturesque nature. Spacious warm houses. Responsive and kind staff. We stayed there with a large group of children. Everyone liked it very much.
