Heaven View Krabi SHA Mini-hotel

The hotel rooms are spacious, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. Overall the hotel is tidy & clean. The lady who checked us in was polite.

Big down side is that unfortunately the breakfast options are very limited, you can only order your breakfast 1 day in advance which is fried chicken with yellow rice from I believe a nearby local restaurant which is not bad however when staying in a hotel you really want to enjoy proper breakfast. The stay felt more like we are staying in Airbnb rather than a hotel.

The location is quite far, wasn’t a problem for us as we travelled by car. However for someone without their own transportation might be a little difficult to travel.

Overall very good option for its value!

The best hotel in Krabi; we stayed for 9 days! Every day, the staff was very nice and approachable. The hotel view is absolutely amazing, and it provides many accommodations and informations for tourists too!

Friendly staff, beautiful location.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Definitely worth it. The room is spacious, clean, aesthetic with incredible view through the balcony. Location is not walking distance from Ao Nang beach but that's part of the charm, it's quiet. You can rent motorbike from the hotel at around 300 baht for 125cc.

Everything is good and Trips is the best Agency way to bought it

The property is so beautifully located, you can see the cliff and the beach both at the same time. The view from the hotel room was absolutely insane. We woke up to a beautiful view of the beach and the neighbouring cliff and it was absolutely breath-taking. The location is a bit cut off from the main road, no market or beach is walkable as such but you can always take a Bolt/Grab ride from the property. The Almond Croissant served at their cafe is to die for.

This place was a dream to stay at. Luxury at a budget I would say. The view is amazing and the rooms are spacious. We ordered an almond croissant and oh my god it was delicious. The only thing is that this place is a little isolated so you can’t really walk around and explore stuff, but cabs are easily available so that shouldn’t be a big issue. Special thanks to the lady at the reception (I didn’t ask for her name unfortunately) who so so sweet to us, accommodated our requests, and was super friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Krabi and seeking a nice retreat away from the hustle bustle of the more touristy areas.

Huge room, with sea view. Comfortable bed, nice sofa. Good bathroom, although aside from a small lip, no separation from shower and rest of bathroom, so the floor ends up soaked when you have a shower.

Breakfast was not included, so I cannot comment on this.

The Wi-Fi was effectively unusable. It was 2 bars at the most and usually just 1, so ok for some basic browsing, but I could not stream video.

There is a very steep slope leading up to the hotel from the car park.

On arrival, the hotel provided an electric vehicle to take me and my luggage from the car park up to the hotel.

When I checked out, I asked if the same car would take me and my luggage to the car park. They said no.

The previous day, I had seen the electric vehicle take other guests and their luggage down, when they had checked out, so I'm not sure why they didn't offer take me?

I asked if there was someone to help me with my luggage (I'm not young and I have a bad back), they said 'no - only her', and pointed to a tiny young girl, who had a mop in her hand.

The girl very kindly helped me and I topped her, but I don't think it was really her job?

I heard every word from the guests in the room next door, so I had to wait until they went to sleep before going to bed myself.

All in all, it was a nice hotel, but there are some improvement opportunities.
