This hotel as it’s age. The only part that’s making me give 3 stars rather than 2 is the fact that they provide great service and support and the members are quite kind. Other than that the night wasn’t really pleasant. Starting with the shower, the water pressure was horrible, what’s worse you couldn’t adjust the temperature, it was either hot or hot water. The AC worked but wasn’t as powerful as you’d like. We had a balcony that was right up to a building, had 0 sun light (we could touch the walls of the next building, it was that close). There’s no soundproofing. There’s no elevator. The beds mattress moved all around. The upside, the location is close to the beach and the main road. I’d stay here over night like we did, it was cheap and did the job. But wouldn’t stay here for any longer :(

We booked a room with balcony and view. The view was a wall.
The wifi did not work at all. I had an important video call that I couldn't attend. This os really frustrating when you label you have wifi.

Great family run hotel. I've stayed here multiple times. It's a great place to stay when visiting Ao Nang and nearby islands. The staff treat you like family. Thanks for the great service!

Simple, budget friendly hotel. We had no issues with it. Stayed in two different rooms, initially in a big room rented online for a first night. We liked it and ended up renting another smaller & cheaper room in this hotel as a sort of a home base for the whole stay in Thailand. (stayed in Nov. 2023)

The place is located near the sea (3 min). The room is basic and you can find everything from the description. Lady on the reception was polite and asked about room cleaning frequently.
My wife has a curly hair and she had problems with drying her hair. It would be nice to have hairdryer in the room but it was missed. One more thing to know is that there is no safe box in the room. There is one big box with a separate cells on the first floor and you can get the key for one of them. However, it doesn't sound safe if you want to leave a laptop or documents.
Anyway, it's a good place for the price we paid.

Great value for money and very friendly & helpful staff.
You do have to understand that it’s not a 5 star hotel you’re paying for, but for its class they do offer everything you need:
- private room with shower and AC
- 5 min walk to the beach
- free beach towels
- great assistance at the reception
Besides, the upgraded our room for free, so we had a gigantic nice bed. They helped us get the 7 island excursion more than 1000 B cheaper per person than we saw in the street with National park fee included! Further transfer was also arranged flawlessly.
In the end we liked Ao Nang and even stayed one more night; which they arranged with us without problem. Thank you for a nice stay!

Very nice and friendly stuff! Loving them, their are very courteous and helpful.
Contra is the very bad waterpressure in the shower, we had a room at the 4th floor (also there's no elevator, what wasn't a problem for us, but maybe nice to know). It's nearly impossible to take a shower at least to wash your hair.
And on the other side of the street theres a loud bar.

Even if it is a cheap hotel , the rooms are worth it ! Big space and a lot of space for storage! Perfect for one or two persons. The bathroom is convenient with enough space! Very well located. Nothing to complain about. The staff is very nice and allowed me to check in even if I it was too late and no staff here so thank you very much for that! I will come back if I need to for sure. And
