We stayed here 8 years ago as part of a wedding party and the place was beautiful. Great reception area, tall ceilings, large bedrooms with balcony and sea views, access to the private beach which was beautiful and lovely ornate gardens to walk around in. It was fabulous and incredible value for money. We returned for dinner as a party of four though recently and the place had an air of desperation...

We were passing by and decided to stop by this hotel. Right on the seashore! Huge pool, large area. I was surprised by the lack of people, although we would have rested here 👍

Nice, spacious rooms, attractive grounds, but the sea is dirty and there is no beach(IN the FULL sense of the WORD)

4 nights here. The good things are the overall decoration, friendly staffs (some of them) and reasonable price. Unfortunately, everyday in the morning, you will be disturbed by maid even you are still in the bed. Service and rooms are excellent. Good location fantastic bar outside called Saba bar the 2 owners are great fun.

The room is a suitable size, clean, has wifi, air conditioning, television, refrigerator, water heater. In the morning there is coffee provided, complete with equipment. Next time, come and stay for sure.

Very good service, the owner is cute, comes late at night, provides good hospitality, comfortable beds, overall the room is good, the air conditioner is cool, the bathroom may have some black stains, close to the sea, overall location is good, good roads, easy on the price. Overall impressed Will stop by and stay again.

The room looks new, not dirty, has a wardrobe, bed, dressing table, refrigerator, but some equipment has some damage, such as a bed, a spring bed, but when sleeping, it will sag, the wardrobe, the shelf is a little damaged, but still usable. There is a parking lot in front of the building. But there is only one roof line, the rest is outdoor parking. Downstairs there is a dining room, microwave and...

It's clean and nice. Just wish it had more parking and a lift. Walking up 4 floors with luggage is no joke.

Very good hotel, for its price! Friendly staff and close to restaurants. If you are in ban chang for couple of days. I would recommend this hotel!

The place is very new. The room is big. There is no restricted check out time. Basically you check out the same time you check in.

The best underrated hotel we've been to... Old hotel with very few guest but great place, the beach is nice the room is big you get nice breeze from the sea.. great place for one or two days

The food is passable, but our kids love coming here for the pool and the play area. Its never very busy and the staff and very helpful.

This is nice hotel on the beach with the Crab Restaurant nearby. The lobby area, restaurant, pool and beach areas are very nice. The rooms have small bath shower facilities and the balconies are a bit scary due to a very short railing to save guests. The beach area was clean.

Amazing setting right on beach. Lovely staff and hands on GM. When her card machine didn't work she said I could pay the next day but I went to the village for cash . Very comfortable bed, and beautiful bed linen. Nice toiletries. Nice cooling off pool. Not big enough to swim really. Really enjoyed our time there despite the hickups. I totally love the hotel. Recommended

The location is fantastic with a lovely sea view. Good place to relax. Clean and well maintained. The staff were hospitable, friendly and very pleasant. Will come again, surely.

A lovely hotel in Banchang . Bit hidden away but if you know the area and have own transport a real nice place to stay

Ideal location, fair price, staff very nice and co operative. No lift for upper floors. WI-FI week in some rooms. Free basic breakfast and hot water available 24 hours.

Well it's a great little hotel with great parking at your motorcycle enthusiast and the rooms are very affordable with good air conditioning and shower and comfortable bed. Excellent value accommodation for my week in Ban Chang. Very amenable staff that allowed me to extend my stay every 2 days.

Very clean, inexpensive hotel with friendly staff. Mint the manager is bilingual with great English skills. She has a vast knowledge of Rayong province, and assisted me with very convenient transportation and travel information. Highly recommend you stay with Mint, she's the best part of the hotel.

Very spacious serviced apartment. So functional and so close to what's becoming some of our favourite seaside cafes and restaurants. Should really try out Phalanorama Cafe at Phala beach if you visit.

Very nice, just next to the golf course. You an use the gym and swimming pool. For children it is good.

Excellent with great beds. 21May2022 update. Stating to show a bit of age, but still clean and rooms freshly painted. Very comfortable soft mattress with nice quality Linens. I paid 800 baht per night. I'll be back.

The hotel is ok for staying generally. They do have breakfast served in the moring starting from 6.30 AM There is a pool bar in front of the hotel but it you want to swim for exercising, it is too much exposed. The cleaning is a bit down. You could sweep the floor with your hands and the dust can be seen.

This is a great place to stay. Very large and clean rooms freshly painted. Good beds that are not too hard like most places and a good shower also. Highly recommend.

Nice and cheap, friendly and helpful reception. Older building and furnishings, but the rooms are clean and large. Overall, much better than you'd expect for the budget.

Excellent hospitality, cheap and clean. We stayed at the Grand Hotel for one night with our two children. We were cycling through on our way to Cambodia. The owner was really pleasant and gave us a discount on the room. It ended up costing us 600 Baht for a family room that slept 4 comfortably. The room was clean and spacious.
