Location: in the Northern part of Samui island, 18 km from airport, 9 km from the centre of Chaweng, Maenam beach.
Consists of fifty-one houses and a complex of 2-3 storey blocks.
The hotel has 70 rooms.
Total area: 17000 m2.
Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to a public beach 40 m away, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge.

I had a wonderful stay!
The rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. The highlight of my experience was the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Raju he was always ready to help with a smile, and made sure everything was perfect.
His hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

We are spending our 10 year anniversary in a pool villa and resting everyday. The wait staff Sa, Dada, Aern, Nutty and especially Sara have been so amazing and accommodating to us and have made our stay next level, we are so grateful to these beautiful kind hearted people. Definitely recommend.

I've stayed in the pool villa at FHV&S during my Feb2025 trip to Koh Samui. What a beautiful location, with the restaurant and pool backing onto the beach. The villa is spacious and beautiful, with a very modern and clean bathroom. There is a buggy service to take you around the grounds. Buffet breakfast is good but not great. Nothing blows you away. Fitness centre has an amazing view but is a tiny, cramped and stale-smelling room that really requires the buggy to get to, as it's up a steep hill. I'd highly recommend this hotel but would ask for expectations to be low for the gym.

Nice property. Fairly well kept. The sandbags in front of "beach" a bit of an eyesore. There is very very little beach from Oct-May due to tide.
Either walk over to W Hotel or drive to Maenam Beach.
Very nice pool, great size and clean, with swim up bar. Great bar staff.
Breakfast is good and overlooking the sea. The Gym is a disaster, very small, old, tired, outdated, filthy and even broken equipment.
It's too far of a walk to shops/restaurants, recommend renting a scooter which hotel can set up for you.
Overall, I liked my time and can recommend for anybody looking for a relaxing time.

I enjoyed the stay at Ocean view room. Also, Cooking class leaded by head chef Ti and assistant Jo. We got also Candlelight Dinner served by Toy… in general it was the best experience in our honeymoon. To add, they have live music and dance…

We have just left our week at Fair House. We had a really nice time. The staff were always lovely and helpful. I couldn't fault them. They were helpful with everything. The boys loved ordering drinks at the swim up bar and the staff were always lovely and polite.
We loved the pool and the beach. We did paddle boarding and kayaking one day. Rocky the activities guy was always really helpful.
We were able to walk to restaurants near the hotel and discovered some really nice local restaurants. Top Daily, the Thai convenience store was a 5 min walk for snacks.
The massage was amazing. The ladies were always smiling and polite.
I have commented on the restaurant separately. As we didn't have a good experience but I didn't want to impact this review.

We stayed for 5 days in a pool villa. It was a very fun experience. The pool is very secluded from other rooms or villas. ;-) (if you know what I mean)
We did rent out a motorbike from the hotel for a day 125ccm for 300baht or 160ccm for 450baht. I know there are probably cheaper places but it was no hassle and no scamming so...
Unfortunately it was not main season anymore so the weather was rather windy and there aren't so many people there. We wanted to do some activities but we would have been the only ones so we made our own plans. They were very kind and would have done the activity also if it's only us.
All in all pleasant stay!

We found this place very frustrating. Some great service but unfortunately it was mostly poor. Room was great and the pool was awesome. Unfortunately by the time the cleaned leaves and bugs out of the pool each day it was almost dark. If they left a net I would have done it myself. One day I did clean the loungers and patio myself. The restaurant service was desperately slow every day.
The location is awesome. Right on the beach. The resort could be a 5 star with better service and more attention to detail. The pickup on arrival was great, then the hotel forgot our booking for the airport transfer. And unfortunately that kind of sums it all up

We had a very good stay at the Fair House.
The staff had a delicate attention for our honeymoon, we were very touched! The hotel is charming, the gardens are lush. Our sunset suite, slightly elevated, allowed us to have a beautiful view of the sea. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and availability!

I loved staying at Fair House, the room with the hottub on the balcony was fantastic, the room was cleaned perfectly every morning.
We had breakfast included and the breakfast buffet selection was a lot more impressive than any other breakfast buffet I've experienced.
The restaurant is open until 10:30/11pm which is fantastic and the food is very reasonably priced for how beautiful the fair house resort is, the view from the restaurant is very impressive and sunsets seen most evenings weather permitting.
The swimming pool is also impressive and has a pool bar where you can have a coffee or alcohol beverage.
All the staff are very nice, informative and helpful. We will return to Samui and Fair House will be top of our list of choices.
