We are spending our 10 year anniversary in a pool villa and resting everyday. The wait staff Sa, Dada, Aern, Nutty and especially Sara have been so amazing and accommodating to us and have made our stay next level, we are so grateful to these beautiful kind hearted people. Definitely recommend.

I've stayed in the pool villa at FHV&S during my Feb2025 trip to Koh Samui. What a beautiful location, with the restaurant and pool backing onto the beach. The villa is spacious and beautiful, with a very modern and clean bathroom. There is a buggy service to take you around the grounds. Buffet breakfast is good but not great. Nothing blows you away. I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. The highlight of my experience was the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Raju he was always ready to help with a smile, and made sure everything was perfect. His hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Nice property. Fairly well kept. The sandbags in front of "beach" a bit of an eyesore. There is very very little beach from Oct-May due to tide. Either walk over to W Hotel or drive to Maenam Beach. Very nice pool, great size and clean, with swim up bar. Great bar staff. Breakfast is good and overlooking the sea. The Gym is a disaster, very small, old, tired, outdated, filthy and even broken equipment...

I enjoyed the stay at Ocean view room. Also, Cooking class leaded by head chef Ti and assistant Jo. We got also Candlelight Dinner served by Toy… in general it was the best experience in our honeymoon. To add, they have live music and dance… It is my recommendation to everyone wants the best experience.

We stayed for 5 days in a pool villa. It was a very fun experience. The pool is very secluded from other rooms or villas. ;-) (if you know what I mean) We did rent out a motorbike from the hotel for a day 125ccm for 300baht or 160ccm for 450baht. I know there are probably cheaper places but it was no hassle and no scamming so... Unfortunately it was not main season anymore so the weather was rather...

Lovely resort, it's very big so felt strange in covid times cause it is empty. Clean and comfy rooms with nice big balconies. Very nice staff and I liked the location near fisherman's village with lots of nice massage and food options nearby. The only negative is not there fault but the sand on the beach is quite coarse so makes beach walks uncomfortable.

They have a newly re-opened lovely Thai local restaurant right on the beach. Reasonable price and most importantly - it’s LOCAL taste and menu options. As a long term resident on Samui, this is very difficult to find on the beach - especially at a large resort. Excellent !! Highly recommended to support Bandara!

Room was recently renovated, so everything is fresh and clean. The hotel is close to the airport, the walking street and overall attraction. The breakfast is alright, a la carte as it’s during the Covid situation. Recommend for family, work related, vacation but not so much for couple. Great value as well.

Staff at reception is not at all friendly. We requested for a room near the pool, they denied. We thought of extending our stay, they said we will have to change our room because it was assigned to their next guest. Late check out (even by 15 mins) was also denied. We had a wonderful few days staying at the Celes resort upon arrival from Switzerland. The staff is friendly, the resort is very clean and the pool is fantastic, overlooking the sea. Had a lovely stay here. Great room with very comfortable bed, nice shower with glass roof. Room overall was just comfortable. Love the espresso pods from illy, you get 2 a day. stayed for one night last night. i booked the wrong dates by mistake through Agoda and i called the hotel directly. they were hapy to change the dayes for me. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant/bar on the beach is wonderful. Breakfast fantastic and all very well priced. i have stayed at all the hotels near pralarn pier and this is is by far the best. thanks for a great stay

Really just stayed here so that I was close to the pier to get the boat in the morning. Pretty basic room with a bed and aircon. Bed was very hard but I was able to sleep.

A magical village, staff is the nicest you have everything you need. In front of the resort you have a shop where you can rent and plan trips, pool is amazing next to it you have a restaurant, great food and drinks not pricey at all. The beach is almost on the end of the bay, the only people on the beach are from the resort and it's beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay here. One of the best break service we experienced in Thailand. In front of the hotel the rent a bike place has overall good services, they sell all kinds of ferry and excursion tickets. Loved the garden, very well tended and with lovely smells. Very good place. Rooms are big and clean. The biggest bed I've ever seen. Very kind stuff - they keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out and allow us to still use pool, beach and restaurant. They heave also wide offer of tours on reception. In front of the hotel is small shop where you can buy some drinks and snacks and they offer scooter rental nad taxi service for very reasonable prices...

People are lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Ride to town 400 baht, airport run 500 baht for 2 people. Breakfast has western and Thai options. Separate menu for other meals - western/Thai. Rooms are comfortable with smart TV and decent showers, small fridge and kettle. 2 bottles of water each day and cleaned daily. You need transport to get to town, but the hotel is on the beach with a nice pool...

We stayed here as a family, and its was a good stay. It is not super kids friendly as the pool is small. Its far from everything and you need transportation to go anywhere, hence the low rating on location. If you a a couple i think you might find the location on the beach perfect

Comfortable and quite cute easy to lock and safe. Service was lovely of a rentals taxi close to town and local markets. Location well though small beach and pool was out of action lots of renovation and construction happening. May need to check before booking.

Escape resort was top class! Rooms were stunning, the pool area and restaurant were spectacular as it over looked the private beach! Only downfall was that it was a bit far away from central Samui. But honestly wasn’t even that’s not even a deal breaker. It’s the perfect resort for relaxing and very safe for a family with small children! 10000% would recommend!

Calm, quiet, ideal hotel with a gorgeous beach. We sunbathed on the premises and had lunch. The restaurant is very good at low prices. Mostly pensioners and middle-aged people with children. It suits us very well. There is a shuttle to Chaweng.

Was here for a 2 day conference. The location was amazing. So close to everything. Conference room facilities were perfect, and the ethernet speeds so fast. Very good Hotel to stay in Ko Samui Very friendly, kind, caring, staff and very relaxing atmosphere every single day. We stayed for 5 days and didn't want to go to Bangkok It was fantastic and don't have words to share our stay. Fisherman's Market was just 10 minutes away. I will highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Baanfah Resort! Our garden-view room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, and everything was cleaned thoroughly every day. I stayed one night at this hotel, it was a wonderful first evening in Samui, almost straight off the flight and into the sea! My room faced on to the beach and was perfect for a wake up swim. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast at the hotel. Only one downside was that the wall between the two rooms were thin and I heard quite a lot of noise from the neighbours. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the beachfront room. + amazing view on the beach + lovely location in china town, but away from the busy streets + friendly staff + clean room - shower pressure and temperature kept changing every few seconds - limited sunbeds and other guests reserved sunbeds on the beach by laying their towel and going back to their room for hours… therefore no sunbeds available...

Next to a quite and beautiful beach 🏖 The room is clean and tidy. There is a mini fridge, safe, water boiler, tea &coffee and water bottles. The mattress is hard which might not be to everyone’s liking but we loved it. Slept really well.

It's a nice place right next to Lomprayah pier on Maenam beach. The territory is huge and the house we're currently renting is spacious. It's quiet except for the birds and frogs. Our landlady Sugar is very helpful and friendly. Whatever minor issues we had were dealt with immediately.

2-bedroom villa is great! Hot water, big living room and kitchen with all you need to cook. Big fridge! Pool was fine, but we prefer to go to the beach on the morning (3-4 mins walk from villa to the water). Beach is fine, had no problems with water cleanliness, but this depends on the season I guess. They have a great collection of services from laundry to motorbike rental and massage to cooking classes. The hotel is 1 minute walk away from Mae Nam pier area! The area is really quiet expect for some early birds in the morning. Our room was were clean and we got everything we paid for!

You get what you paid for. If you prefer a cheap and quite good accommodation, the cheapest bungalow is still good enough and very close to the pier, but still outside of the noising "city"/main street. The service staff is very enthusiastic, the facilities in the room are well maintained and relatively new. In addition, the hotel's food quality is also very good, and the overall feeling is very good. The views of the mountains and the rice paddy fields are incredible! This is a great place to come and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's convenient though since they do offer a daily shuttle that takes you to town and to the beach. We love staying here, and would highly recommend it for those who want to experience some serenity and a unique experience

This is a great option to stay in koh Samui. The villa room comes with a great bed and private pool. The beach bag and umbrella are provided in the room. Which can be taken to the beach which is just 50 steps away from the resort. It is a great beach with amazing place to eat. The breakfast at the villa is great as well.

Overall we had a great experience here. Staff are very friendly. The tent we stayed in was not only attractive and decorated perfectly, it was also very functional. We stayed cool with A/C and bug free. Lovely to shower outdoors too.! However, the landscape here is sparse and sad; not lush, colorful, or inspiring. Very Clean Cozy Comfortable Accommodation. Built about two years ago so still fresh and new. Owners are helpful and friendly.

Nice big clean rooms. WiFi and pool. Buffet breakfast (bacon) expensive area. Ocean not good for swimming.
