A perfect hideaway, just 4 hours car drive from BKK airport. The beach Bungalows are definitely worth the upgrade! Restaurant and Spa prices are high, but you can find cheap alternatives 4 km south of the resort. Good bikes are offered for free!

Very beautiful resort midway if you are driving down from Bangkok towards Phuket, Krabi or Koh Samui. A nice place to have a night rest with outstanding views on the beach. Relaxing but needs some beach cleaning from rubbish. Do something about 4 vicious (stray?) dogs to the right on the beach. Needs a customer relations mgr now that Neung unfortunately has left.

Right across from the beach, wonderful pool for adults and kids. Breakfast was basic with different foods option, western and Thai. Egg station. Breakfast starts 7 am no exceptions

This hotel and resort is small and quiet, perfect for a coastal stay away from the larger cities and towns. The restaurant is very good. A really good menu for lunch and dinner and a very good breakfast, catering to all tastes. The pools are great. The one outside the pool villas was partially closed for repair, but it was still functional. The rooms are large and cool.

It’s a nice resort by Thai Standards. Food is ok but not great. The rooms have many styles and sizes. It seems like it is catered to more locals but have a good number of tourist too. The breakfast is ok just to fill you up. They have a selection of local and western food items

Nice place to stop and take a break. Nice rooms and breakfast. Good pool to cool down, nicely landscaped TV Ocean with good clean beach across the road, as is good seaside dinning area for your evening meal with a good menu and reasonable costs.

It's a big resort which seems to mostly cater for western tourists. The restaurant and cafe are nice. The main pool is nice but the smaller pool with plenty access rooms was a bit dirty. Breakfast is good. Beach is just across the road. Do not arrive early they will not allow check in before 2pm even if your room is ready which makes no real sense.

Don't arrive before the check in time of 2pm, regardless of wether the room is ready you will be made to wait until 2pm precisely. The standard rooms are in a block at the back of the resort. The breakfast was a limited choice, hardly any western choice, no bread buns, cheese, no bacon, no beans, or grilled tomatoes, the only western choice was omelette,fried eggs and hard boiled eggs and a choice...

Amazing food, Beautiful grounds, beach is beautiful and shallow, no waves in October. I drank lots of water with ice no problem. Wi-Fi is fantastic. Happy dogs love to greet and rest. So much love here. I will definitely come back again soon! Best resort ever!

Exactly opposite the beachfront, the location of this resort is perfect. Feels like you are on a private beach. The accomodations and food services are average, but you would rather eat at a beach side restaurant anyway. The price is pocket friendly and the staff is extremely helpful. I would recommend this place if you are staying in Ban Krut for a long time and are looking for a simple and clean...

Lovely friendly staff, nothing too much for them. Very good restaurant. Right opposite the beach, quiet and relaxing. Bicycles given for our stay, some restaurants and bars within walking distance. Ban Krut quite close.

We normally stay closer to the town but just an extra couple of minutes further found a quiet well maintained and landscaped beach resort. One minute you are standing on the beach the next in a tropical resort. Bicycle available for a gentle ride along the beach road. Restaurant very good and worth coming too if you stay else where.

Everything in the place is good, beautiful garden and pools, it is clean the food is excellent and the staff is always ready to help. The beach is of course fantastic. and for a dog lover like me, I love to pet the dogs who are so friendly. This place is paradise

Going to stay on weekdays is very peaceful, like having a private beach. Moderate prices, there are 4-bed, 2-bed accommodation on the beach, a little more expensive. There is a small swimming pool. Next to the sea

The room is nice and clean. Facilities are very well maintained. Staff is very nice. The beach is across the street. Resort provides bicycles for free of charge. We explore the community around, and try local food which is very good.

Very much enjoyed our one night stay at this quiet hotel. Beds comfortable, room clean, easy parking next to room. The Beach is 50mts across the road and plenty of beachside restaurants for eating. Can recommend .

Ban Krut is a great place to stay and this resort allows you to enjoy the area to the full. Situated at the northern end of the beach this resort is very quiet. There are free bikes to use which allows for easy exploration of the surrounding area and a trip to the food stalls around the 7/11 store about 2kms away. There is a local shop right next to the resort selling cold beer, water and snacks etc...

The location of this resort is perfect, close to a beautiful beach. Both the common areas, the room and bathroom and the beach were very clean. The room was large, so was the bathroom; there was warm water at any time. Breakfast and dinner were good and had some food for vegetarians - only a few for vegans, though. One of the best places to stay, if you like solitude and quietness. Nice pool, great food and a very kind service. The sea is just in front. You can also book tours there. The Bongalows are nearly luxery with a large terrasse and a kind of livingroom. Any time again!

50 km south of Prachuap Khiri Khan you will find this resort. In terms of price, it is on the slightly more expensive end, but they also have some cheap rooms at the back. The resort was revisited on 10 December 2022 The resort is run by some very nice people who like to have guests. The beach is something all by itself, pure sand. The food is good, but maybe not so much western oriented.

Lovely place and would certainly stay again. Old but clean. Relaxing and located on the beach with nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Clear sunny days are best. Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I and my family love this peaceful place. Running by very nice and warm family. Good location, Beautiful beach, Clean and very tasty restaurant. Especially wild local shrimp which you can't miss it. That's a one of the best shrimp I ever ate in my life.

Nice cabin with open roof toilet and shower. Nice clean pool staff very friendly . The even drove us to the ferry to koh tao in the morning .

Great place to stay in Ban Krut. The cabins facing the beach are great value. The ground are nicely maintained, and the beachfront is the best around. I’ve been visiting the area for 15 years and I’ve stayed here most of that time. Owner and staff are friendly and efficient.

Quiet clean great staff don't come here if you want to drink from buckets at a pool party it's so peacefully

Good for a one night stay when coming or going to the islands. Beach is not bad, seafood restaurants nearby.

3 star hotel with clean beach. Hotel has option of private bungalow and villa from 1-3 bedroom. All basic amenities provided. Nothing to complain if you aren’t expecting 5 star facilities.

I just love Baan Krut! Step back to a time when you would count the minutes between vehicles, the only foot prints on the beach are yours and the sound of waves are your biggest disturbance. This wonderful one road beach town is like Thailand of 30 years ago except the accommodations have kept up the the times! We have stayed at several of the hotels up and down the beach but always seem to return...

Fantastic place to stay at Ban Krut near the beach. Frank and Boon were very welcoming and helpful with tips and advice during our stay. Highly recommend.

The bungalows are very well maintained and in top condition. Beautifully idyllic location 👍 But what we liked best was the hospitality of the owners. Boon and Frank are extremely helpful, very friendly and really care about their guests. After so many years in Thailand, we have never experienced anything like it. Really great!

We had a wonderful stay here during our charity bike ride from Myanmar to Singapore - thank you Boon and Frank for the warm welcome, great hospitality - and introducing us to the Baan Krut community! The Resort is not close to the beach but about 25meters far from the resort. It's easy to walk from the resort to the beach by walk through the Pramong Seafood Restaurant.

Spacious and newly renovated room. Both the room and outside of the hotel is painted in beautiful colours. Warm pool. The location is really central in Bam Krut, by the beach and a couple of minutes walk to 7-Eleven and lots of street food.

This hotel is a bit on the basic side. Many have commented on the lack of facilities and service here. Reception close at 9pm so please check-in before. There are many insects especially mosquitos. Room was hot, air con power is not enough for room size. No slipper, no tissue hanging, no chair in the room. Curtain must be closed all time because balcony near the pool and sitting area.

A bit dark inside the room, especially the bathroom. Although, wifi was fast, not enough furniture and not work spaces friendly. The room was hot and low spec AC was not powerful enough.

Big and Clean room with good shower. Close to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. WiFi works fine. Strong smell of bug repellent in the room and not enough hangers for clothes but everything else is good
