The hotel is nice, European style. The bed room is good, bathroom can be improved it's look old style. Morning breakfast is very cute and good quality. You can have breakfast nearby swimming pool. After breakfast you can swim immediately if you like haha. The location is not too far from Kaoyai National Park. The service is good enough. There's parking spaces here. So total of the hotel I can give 5 stars rating here ;-)

We had 2 nights of terrible and sleepless nights in this hotel. As we booked 3 rooms here, the problems were similar in every room hence this is a problem with the hotel, not room specific. In short, rooms’ AC units gave alternating cold and warm air throughout the nights; compressor unit at the balcony made tons of noise each time there was cold air; the room was constantly flashing in light due to the smoke detector; the shower was poorly installed and not operational friendly; the water at tap was running at non usable flow rate; the bidet at WC was faulty. Avoid this hotel unless you want your trip to Khao Yai to be ruined

The hotel facilities were acceptable for most aspects. The sound proofing and the shower were deal breakers - we stayed at the room right next to the elevator and we could hear the service staff slamming doors and the next door neighbours talking very clearly. The shower temperature alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold without ever being in the comfortable range on the first night. It got slightly better the second night, then was not a problem at all on the last night.
The cleanliness and the breakfast were the saving grace for the experience. They offered a good variety of food at breakfast and there were no problems at all.
There were tents set up in the lawn to let guests chill and relax outdoors. The lights made the area very cozy at night.
You can see that the hotel tries hard to provide good service, but the hardware is unfortunately not as accommodating. The building went for a fake Italian style that was not tasteful. The thin walls and uncooperative shower made the stay uncomfortable.
