Incredible hotel , the rooms are absolutely stunning , very luxurious and clean . Very scenic area . The cocktails at the Japanese restaurant are so good too. The breakfast options are immense and delicious . Overall, fantastic hotel .

If you stay here, you wouldn't want to go out. The view is soo nice, you can just sit at the balcony and stare at the lake. Room service is also very convenient. There's a lot of variety for the breakfast. We LOVE this place so much. It's bathroom is SO big.

Large but very relaxing resort, starting to show some signs of wear and tear but still very pleasant. Rooms are very spacious.

The place is clean, although you can still tell that it is pretty old. Overall ut is fine, but there a couple of things that should be improved. 1. Wifi: I cannot use wifi in my room. My friend needs to go to the lobby for internet connection. 2. Dinner: We had a dinner here (Thai food, buffet). There was not much variation. And the taste was below average.

While we didn't get to play on the water slides (because we were there for company meeting), the rooms were sufficiently comfortable and definitely spacious. A good hideaway place, make sure you ask for Golf Course View or Forest View to get more privacy. Service is great with shuttle vans running between properties.

The things that fascinated me about the hotel were ‘spa, movie nights and vibe.’ (you have to pay them all yourself) Other than that there’s literally nothing! Stay on covid 19 situation, they unopened for some operation but the service was great in many ways. Nice staffs. Good location. Grand deluxe with pool view at the corner of the building is nice and big space. They have the beach cafe theme name “Journey cafe” and fine dining restaurant name “lacol” in the hotel area so it’s crowded at the open time of both places.

Rooms were very spacious and transport was provided to the main block for breakfast in the morning. Staff takes a little longer to respond to requests, but overall a good place to stay for those expecting only a location to rest before heading out for other activities in the morning.

Botanica Khaoyai is one of the best hotel in the area, the staff are friendly the rooms are super nice clean and roomy I have been to Botanica Khaoyai several times, the place is well managed and the pool area is very nice modern and cozy breakfast are with variety of choices. I have to drop 2 stars to the rooms just because they lack maintenance and deep cleaning. I like the oldish style and all, but no reason to have holes in the bed sheets and stains on the shower curtain or dead bugs on the wall. Anything else is just great (pool, breakfast, location..)

A bit disappointed. The pictures was no way the same. Place needs renovation and grounds need to be maintained. Low pressure water can't even get a hot shower. Food in the resto was so so. Won't be back soon.

Incredible stay among nature and the ability to have an experience inside the resort that is refreshing and different than any other places. The only wish was if they had their own restaurant and better food options. The breakfast is not good. The rooms are spacy and clean but the main attractions is the property which has rich heritage and beauty among nature.

Beautiful hotel, large and clean rooms. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash etc) smell amazing, can be bought from their store as souvenirs too. On-demand transport is available for moving within the Toscana Valley area, but going elsewhere e.g. 7-11 is difficult unless you drive. Plenty of beautiful photo spots in both La Casetta and Town Square.

Good services. Breakfast is just normal but not bad at all. Fewer activities than town zone does. First night was very peaceful but second night was very noisy. Expect to be a peacful place but having some kind of company party with noisy music.

Great location and grounds. Beautifully kept landscaping and multiple restaurants. The main issue would be that any of the advertised sightseeing options in Khao Yai are going to be really far out of the way. You don't necessarily need to leave the grounds for anything, but if you do, it's going to be a little trek. Spent two nights and it is a great time with the family!

Good property just outside the NP. Nicely laid out over a large area. Front desk is friendly but other staff like golf cart drivers and breakfast area staff need to know how to smile.

Many blocks of rooms. We stay in block one every morning took a buggy to have our breakfast. Very beautiful view, offers outdoor movies with a small fees. The breakfast place lobby is a wooden building with high ceiling is really beautiful.

This is a beautiful location, with clean, comfortable tents and spaces. The shared bathrooms are clean and have everything you need and the pool was lovely. We had the eco-tent which was gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This place so far has become our family's summer time must visit place. Tents are in good condition, except sometimes the surrounding pub will have people sing until midnight. But this does not make the place not worth to visit.

The scenery and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic. My family loved going for a morning stroll around the hotel grounds and the breakfast was very good. Our extra large double bed was incredibly comfortable and the room and balcony very large. Overall a very nice weekend break and we will certainly return in the future.

This place just surprise me everyday since I checked in - crispy clean room, attentative butler service, good buffet spread, love the bbq service at villa etc. It is a good place to stay with friends and families if you are looking for a relaxed holiday.

Amazing! I really thought I was in Italy...beautiful view, nice restaurant and service is good as well.

Area is beautiful but the room had low water pressure and the toilet didn't flush. I'm sure that's uncommon but after we told the staff, they didn't do anything about it. We stayed only one night so didn't make a fuss, but it's really not OK. Toscana itself is amazing though.

I got a room on 6th floor. Nice room with a view. Lovely decoration and includes everything you need in a hotel room. I also used fitness facility. Seems to be in good condition. Actually pretty pleasant condo to stay in Khao Yai, well decorated and with good mountain views. Hassle-free check-in and check-out, but you really need to get there by the end of check-in time (19.00 if I recall correctly). They can wait for you for some time but I think it will be problematic if you arrive late in the evening.

I impressed with the service and follow from the support team . A birthday cake request for my wife birthday was well prepared and was free . The room 4 family was big and clean . Morning Sunday rise just at door step at the balcony. 😀👍

It's not a hotel, rather it's like a one bedroom airBnB within a condo complex. Don't expect reception or restaurant. Good alternative to the Thames Valley next door which costs 3x as much. We booked two rooms and they are both different designs. Rooms are clean.. With the exception of the air con filters.. Please check it and clean it..If not you will be breathing in poor air as many dead insects...
