This must be the 6-star hotel back in the 70's and 80's when our parents would had their honeymoons there and eventually conceived some of us. The hotel there seemed froze in time. Even the room inside is a museum of what it was like in the golden days. The room and the setting with balcony can't get any better; however, all the amenities inside were museum quality. Came here on a school trip, which it's great for - not so much as a holiday guests as it's very quiet.

Large but very relaxing resort, starting to show some signs of wear and tear but still very pleasant. Rooms are very spacious.

The place is clean, although you can still tell that it is pretty old. Overall ut is fine, but there a couple of things that should be improved. 1. Wifi: I cannot use wifi in my room. My friend needs to go to the lobby for internet connection. 2. Dinner: We had a dinner here (Thai food, buffet). There was not much variation. And the taste was below average.

Resort feels like a time-share than the convenience of a full hotel, but well maintained. Definitely need access to an automobile.

While we didn't get to play on the water slides (because we were there for company meeting), the rooms were sufficiently comfortable and definitely spacious. The lights in the room were a little lacking. Sure, it's pretty and mood setting, but sometimes we need brighter lights (like when we're looking for stuff). The breakfast food was okay, nothing special, though I wish they had bacon.

This is a really good resort and probably the best in Khao Yai. If you stay here, you wouldn't want to go out. The view is soo nice, you can just sit at the balcony and stare at the lake. Room service is also very convenient. There's a lot of variety for the breakfast. We LOVE this place so much. It's bathroom is SO big.

It's a very good place to stay especially with family and friends. crew's are very polite & very welcoming. The rooms are clean,comfy and presentable. Even though it's still nice they will possibly start renovating soon

The things that fascinated me about the hotel were ‘spa, movie nights and vibe.’ (you have to pay them all yourself) Other than that there’s literally nothing! Stay on covid 19 situation, they unopened for some operation but the service was great in many ways. Nice staffs. Good location. Grand deluxe with pool view at the corner of the building is nice and big space. They have the beach cafe theme name “Journey cafe” and fine dining restaurant name “lacol” in the hotel area so it’s crowded at the open time of both places.

Rooms were very spacious and transport was provided to the main block for breakfast in the morning. Staff takes a little longer to respond to requests, but overall a good place to stay for those expecting only a location to rest before heading out for other activities in the morning.

Botanica Khaoyai is one of the best hotel in the area, the staff are friendly the rooms are super nice clean and roomy I have been to Botanica Khaoyai several times, the place is well managed and the pool area is very nice modern and cozy breakfast are with variety of choices. Simply peaceful without fancy facilities. Just you and cold weather. Small swimming pool that i didn't try. Good breakfast line. Careful for someone without good knees. No elevator so 2nd and 3rd floor needs ladder climbing. Oh, housemaid didn't replace hand towel and shower cap for us.

Beautiful hotel, large and clean rooms. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash etc) smell amazing, can be bought from their store as souvenirs too. On-demand transport is available for moving within the Toscana Valley area, but going elsewhere e.g. 7-11 is difficult unless you drive. Plenty of beautiful photo spots in both La Casetta and Town Square.

Good services. Breakfast is just normal but not bad at all. Fewer activities than town zone does. First night was very peaceful but second night was very noisy. Expect to be a peacful place but having some kind of company party with noisy music.

Great location and grounds. Beautifully kept landscaping and multiple restaurants. The main issue would be that any of the advertised sightseeing options in Khao Yai are going to be really far out of the way. You don't necessarily need to leave the grounds for anything, but if you do, it's going to be a little trek. Spent two nights and it is a great time with the family!

It’s a beautiful resort with very nice view. Cleanliness is good, staff may not be able to speak English, parking available in secured hotel compound. Breakfast was basic but good, both local and western. It was really quiet at night and the resort is well lit till 11 or 12 midnite.

The scenery and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic. My family loved going for a morning stroll around the hotel grounds and the breakfast was very good. A good hideaway place, make sure you ask for Golf Course View or Forest View to get more privacy. Service is great with shuttle vans running between properties.

5 stars for amusement factor - I live in the Thames Valley... this is the Las Vegas version. Nice cocktails and decent Thai food but obviously expensive relatively as this is a high end resort...

This place just surprise me everyday since I checked in - crispy clean room, attentative butler service, good buffet spread, love the bbq service at villa etc. It is a good place to stay with friends and families if you are looking for a relaxed holiday.

The Castle Restaurant is well decorated according to English decor with a mix of shabby chic. Nice and peaceful place to chill and get fed. Food is ok, service excellent. Prices are reasonable.

Amazing! I really thought I was in Italy...beautiful view, nice restaurant and service is good as well.

Area is beautiful but the room had low water pressure and the toilet didn't flush. I'm sure that's uncommon but after we told the staff, they didn't do anything about it. We stayed only one night so didn't make a fuss, but it's really not OK. Toscana itself is amazing though.

I got a room on 6th floor. Nice room with a view. Lovely decoration and includes everything you need in a hotel room. I also used fitness facility. Seems to be in good condition. Actually pretty pleasant condo to stay in Khao Yai, well decorated and with good mountain views. Hassle-free check-in and check-out, but you really need to get there by the end of check-in time (19.00 if I recall correctly). They can wait for you for some time but I think it will be problematic if you arrive late in the evening.

It's not a hotel, rather it's like a one bedroom airBnB within a condo complex. Don't expect reception or restaurant. Good alternative to the Thames Valley next door which costs 3x as much. Lost in the middle of nowere. All the staff is nice and helpfull. Rooms need an update and when they get it the owner should pay attention to how the bathroom finishing is done. Walking on the grass can be tricky, bumps and holes everywhere.

Due to my cleanliness standard, here they’ve been missing many spot. Room’s floor was so much of oily lacquer, even they were trying to lessen them on my 2nd day. Staff was kind anw.
