The downsides to the room are the bathroom fittings which have seen better days. They are old and rusty which needs to be replaced. The water in the shower area also leaks out into the rest of the bathroom as the rubber seals have worn off.
It would have been perfect if the toilets fittings are replaced or repaired.
Overall, still a good experience and my stay was peaceful and quiet.
This hotel had a nasty shower, so it failed my test.
For ฿3000/night in low season, I was expecting luxury. We arrived to an empty parking lot, and an eerie, empty hotel. The room smelled damp. The shower was difficult to operate and had mold on the tiles. Totally unacceptable for this price range. Try to stay at Viewpoint down the street, it’s much newer.
1) We changed 3 different rooms for our 3 nights stay because of faulty aircond, faulty and loose shower facilities, water leaking near sink.
2) The room was haunted. Our tv got turn on 3 times by itself while we are sleeping in the middle of the night. There are loud wall knocking sound and man speaking too despite no one else staying that floor other than ourselves.
3) We also experiencing sleep paralysis and have bad time to sleep well for all 3 nights.
4) Room has no basic amenities like iron, to iron my clothes.
5) The kettle is so dirty and has a layer of wax or dirt when we try to boil hot water.
Service:
1) Their staff cannot communicate in english very well and hence if you have issue you might face problem to get it resolved.
2) The uncle who take care of parking space is quite friendly and helpful.
With the expensive price, i wont come back again.
