On the first morning, there was no cold water in the bathtub. It was fixed in the evening, but not even a word of apology or any gesture from the staff. The showerhead was old, leaking, and clearly overdue for replacement.
The second day was uneventful, but on the last night | had to turn off the air conditioning because it was too cold, and immediately a dripping noise started from the ceiling, lasting the whole night. To make things worse, at 5 a.m. the golf course blowers under my window woke me up.
Staff English is quite limited, though managers do speak very good English if needed.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel whether for business or leisure.
I spotted various animals, including vibrant chameleons, majestic peacocks, and even monitor lizards.
The caddie assigned to me was incredibly friendly. She offered me fruits, ice water, fan for me. Her service made my day even more enjoyable.
Located just a 30-minute drive from the city center, this golf course is easily accessible.
Location is away from town but close to Suvarnabhumi International Airport so a grate place to stay during a layover or pre or post flights.
Golf facilities available on the golf course for those inclined.
