The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our very erratic schedule that was full of uncertainty with regard to our check in dates. They allowed us to keep changing without an issue as we expirienced delays with visa processing. They were very welcoming as well. The hotel is pretty big, has 2 building A and B. There is a big pool outside that has kids zone. The lobby is the entire first floor. They have 4 excavators, (I think )6 floors. I am not sure about the services. But the location is so deep from the big street. I can't see it from the big street. And the parking space is not big, but not full..

This was a return stay at this hotel and must say that condition has deteriorated since my visit last year. The need to place a cash deposit is also an inconvenience during check-in and causes delays during check-out, especially during peak hours.

I had a great time there, the room was clean, the staff great and helpful and the location awesome, just a few minutes from the sky train and two shopping malls.

I have been staying here in Tepp for 2 years with my family. Wonderful place, especially for those whose children study in Bangkok Patana school... It is walkable with shuttle car also. Extra: - Acoustic piano (I already get it tuned and my sons enjoy playing there) - Meeting room - Roof top is enough to enjoy sunrise, sunset.

The location is not quite convenient though Novotel hotel(has a good Chinese restaurant) is just a stone throw away. The environment is still peaceful and quiet. If you need some beer and supper, you can drop by a small eatery near the entrance of the road and it happens to be owned by a Taiwanese couple who hire one local as waitress.

My stay was great but the hotel is situated by a very busy road way. It was very hard to book grab to pick me up. It took 3 tries...But I would stay again and prepare better for the road.
