Beautiful hotel with many photogenic views. Good service staff.

Newly opened minimalist hotel There are many types of rooms. Decorated in one tone, very manageable, perfect for photography. The girls prepare the props. The room inside is clean, looks good, choose a room with a bathtub on the balcony. The hotel has bubble machines, or anyone can use a bath bomb to blow bubbles. The rooms are fully equipped with everything. There is also a wicker bag for service, the bathroom is separated from the toilet. There is also a raincoat in which you can take cool photos. The area around the hotel is beautiful. You can really take pictures from all sides, as if you were in a cafe. There is a water bar in the pool area. The breakfast area is also beautiful. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. A wide variety of food You can choose as you like. The highlight here is the lobby. This is the corner where everyone takes pictures. It is like a swing, very beautiful. The parking lot is in good condition. Recommended for people who like taking pictures.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was peaceful, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious and offering a wide variety of options. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning!

We stayed at VALA Hua Hin for 25 nights in a Mini Suite Beachfront room. We received VIP treatment throughout our stay and cannot compliment the staff highly enough.
Besides the 5-star service, the 6-star breakfast buffet menu was simply unsurpassable.
The entire resort exudes quality and style, where modern architecture sits among swathes of luxuriant greenery, with an impressive swimming pool as its centrepiece.
Our sincerest thanks to the owners, management and staff for giving us the holiday of a lifetime.

What we liked:
- Beautiful and modern room with a very comfortable bed
- Great service from well-trained staff
- Amazing swimming pool about 50m in length (great for swimmers)
- Nice gym
- 2 city bikes for free rent
- (Very) small village with restaurants and massage places nearby

Why not 5 stars:
- No Beach (no shuttle offered to nearby beaches)
- Breakfast good but not wow (not much variety over the days (we stayed for 6 nights))
- Pool area only clean on the first glance. On the the 2nd glance it is obvious that the pool area is not being cleaned up every day.
- The positioning of the hotel is a bit unclear. They seem to target everyone (couples, influencers, families, singles, people with dogs). We are a couple and from time to time there were way too many families with young kids screaming throughout the whole resort. Important to know for couples that this resort is not a retreat or adults only place but a place for everyone (with all the pros and cons coming along with this).

This is a good value hotel. We stayed 2 nights with my dogs. The room was clean and tidy. The service was also excellent. I especially recommend the restaurant. The dishes were more delicious than we expected! If I had to say one thing that the amenities were not enough. There was no extra toilet paper, and no toothbrushes. I would say this is a 4.5 star hotel, not a 5 star one.

Me and my boyfriend have spent a total of 7 days at VALA. I must say I’m quite impressed with the quality of both the staff and the hotel itself. Never in my life have I had such a relaxing time whilst on vacation.
The staff do their job with a smile and are always looking out for the well being of their guests.
The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of options. They have a coffee bar where you can ask for practically anything and they will deliver it to your table.
We enjoyed an amazing dinner at the hotel restaurant. Even though it was quite expensive it was definitely worth the price.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city centre, but we just booked a taxi whenever we wanted to do some other activities. Initially I thought that it would be annoying being so far from the markets and shops, but we found that the nearby 7/11 and local parlours were quite satisfactory. The location is very peaceful and helped us having an even better time.

Overall we have had an amazing week at VALA, and if we are returning to Thailand, we are definitely coming back to this hotel. It’s worth every single penny.
