I stayed a week at the Asia Cha-am and had a wonderful time. The property is really nice and the staff is amazing. I had an ocean view from the 10th floor and really enjoyed the sound of the water. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel services are really good for someone who doesn't ride or has the car. They offer a shuttle to go to anywhere near the hotel.

Stayed in the larger part of the hotel on the 16th floor. Had a great view of the sea from the balcony. Room had all l needed for my stay, clean and tidy, fresh linen each day. The pool on the floor above me was small with sunbeds but no umbrellas which was strange. It made a welcome change to sitting on the beach with the sand getting everywhere.

Excellent breakfast, large pool and beautiful/modern facilities. The sfaff is very friendly. It's very good if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle. The beach in front of the hotel had a jellyfish sign and we didn't see anyone swimming on the beach, but you have an excellent pool to make up for it. There are also no restaurants nearby, but the hotel's restaurants are very good.

Stayed during New Year’s Eve with some expectation of fun activities and live concert that are different than the usuals, but the hotel seems reluctant to invest on guest entertainments given the fact that only one guitarist and one old singer that we see every time we stay here. The family hotel has a Kid club, and there are rooms that allow dogs to stay, so the privacy may be less. Personally, I was okay because there are a jacuzzi in the balcony. Great hotel, huge room, excellent bed and restaurants very good. Club lounge was fantastic with great selection of wines and cocktails and food. While it's an older hotel, it's very well kept and large rooms with a real 5 star service culture. The pools seem to go on forever and the beachfront so peaceful. Recommend going in Low season, as amazing value.

This hotel is recommended by a Thai friend. It is inexpensive and has a great location. The bed is big and there is a sofa bed. One room can sleep 4 or 5 people. Children love playing in the swimming pool. There is a slide and the beach is very quiet.

This is the best pet friendly in Cha-am. Pet can use almost everywhere in the hotel. The hotel well prepare pet food, wet tissue and plastic bag. We love this place and will bring my dog here soon.

A delicious buffet type Christmas dinner was served on an adjacent beach. The buffet included pasta, seafood, chicken and beef. The cheese selection included wonderful blue cheese. There was a variety of desserts. They were very sweet and tasty. There was live music and a few speeches for entertainment. Overall the dinner was a pleasant and enjoyable event.

Everything is good except the sound of trees hitting the roof all day. The pool is clean and shady. I went for 2 nights with my girlfriend. There were only 2 people in the whole resort. It was very quiet. You can come with your family. It should be very fun. There are seats for families. Overall, it is very good. 🥰

Charm Resort is the right venue for family and friends. The resort provides big private pool. Great time spending relaxing in the pool. The superb breakfast is served right to your balcony. This is why I did revisit many times a year.

Steps from an included shaded sitting area at the beach, it's a peaceful, well-maintained, and quiet resort. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. The environment is perfect with the green fields, and being near the beach is a very good spot. However, my cabin isn't suitable for 5 adults as there is only a toilet room and a shower room, completely separated. I don’t understand why they leave the 1st floor empty; it should have one more shower+toilet room down there. Also, the electricity has been shut off sometimes.

Very good food, both thai and farang. Polite waiters also english spoken. Clean and nice restaurant. Fresh table cloth and napkins. Vat and tip is added on the tab. Friday and Saturday offers live music, farang style.

Top knot view and ambience conveniently located in Cha-am. Worth every pennies especially when we get the entire beach ourselves as the beachfront is private and exclusive to the resort guests.
